This was a renovation project for the Game Creator Department's practice room at Technos College Tokyo Kogakuin College (Koganei City, Tokyo). We were in charge of everything from concept design environmental features and interiors construction. We started with the initial request to create a classroom where students could imagine themselves working at a game company five years from now, and after repeated interviews with teachers, we realized that the underlying desire was for students to "imagine their own future without being confined to the game industry." Therefore, we proposed a concept design concept called "Game Creator's labo" so that students could imagine themselves in the future as creators without being confined to the field of games.

Technos College Tokyo Air Travel & Hotel College This is a renovation project for two classrooms, the "Bridal Room" and the "Presentation Room," used by the Bridal Department. Based on the theme of "mariage (harmony)," the "Bridal Room" aims to be a warm and glamorous space where users can naturally imagine their future lifestyles through wedding planning. It is also designed to be a practical learning space for students, nurturing their imagination and ability to make proposals to materialize their dreams. The "Presentation Room" is a space that will become a "hub of encounters and ideas" where students from all departments can gather to exchange opinions and engage in creative activities. Natural materials are used, and the lighting and acoustics are adjusted to create a harmonious learning environment that will help students develop the ability to produce life events.

In preparation for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo, renovation work has been underway on the Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 building since 2021. As the gateway to Kansai, this project aims to "expand international flight capacity," "enhance the airside area," and "improve passenger experience." Until now, the airport had lounges for each airline, but these have been consolidated into one, providing a larger space through space efficiency. Among these, this project corresponds to Phase 3 of the large-scale renovation, and is an international business lounge with a total area of 2,970 m2 and 658 seats, with the theme of "ancient capitals and cities." The building is divided into two areas with different concepts, "North Side" and "South Side. schematic design was done by Azusa Sekkei, and our company was in charge of interiors (FF&E), working drawings and construction of the facilities, and art supervision.

The Hiwasa Sea Turtle Museum Caretta is a rare sea turtle museum located on Ohama Beach in Tokushima Prefecture, and is beloved as the oldest loggerhead turtle conservation site in the region. At the same time, it also serves as a base facility for the local Minami Town's plan to increase the return rate of sea turtles. This renovation has created a place where people can learn about the coexistence of humans and nature through sea turtles and nurture the next generation of leaders by providing a comfortable space for visitors and making it easy for sea turtles to live in from the perspective of animal welfare.

We have planned a Mie Prefecture booth to be exhibited in the Kansai Pavilion at the 2025 World Expo, Japan (Osaka-Kansai Expo). The Mie Prefecture booth is based on the theme of "The Origin of the Japanese Spirit" and has been designed as a space where visitors can experience the charms of the "beautiful country of Mie," including its rich nature, history, diverse culture, and food. It is an experiential booth that allows visitors to experience Mie with all five senses through valuable displays and content that can only be found at the Expo.

The project is scheduled to be completed in March 2025 after approximately five years of full-scale renovation work. It will include new stands (viewing facilities for a wide range of customers, including the general public and guests), entrance gates, the first double-sided paddock screen at a Japanese racecourse, and a grass plaza, and will open as a facility that allows many people, including local residents and horse racing novices, to experience the feeling of being an "open racecourse."

The new indoor playground "mirocco" opened in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture in July 2025. It aims to be a place where not only children can play to their heart's content, but also families and local people can enjoy together. This facility was built by renovating the pool and hot spring facilities at the indoor facility "Tamarina" in 22nd Century Hill Park in Mansui, Kakegawa City, and renovating it into an all-weather playground. We were responsible for the entire process, from concept formulation to design, construction of interiors, play equipment, decoration, and operation, while utilizing our know-how in regional revitalization and facility business. In addition, as an independent DBO* project, we made private investments in this facility, and improved the facility's appeal by adding play equipment, built-in furniture, signs, graphics, etc. About the facility concept/space concept design The facility concept is "Let's create a bouncy everyday life." The name "mirocco" was decided by vote, with the intention of creating a facility that everyone will want to visit 365 days a year (3=mi/6=ro/5=ko). The main areas are "Guru Guru no Yama" where you can play with play equipment, "Waku Waku Base" where you can play quietly, "Hitoyasumi Lounge" where adults can relax, and "Haihai no Hara" where babies can play safely. In addition to these areas, "This Is Cafe", which has new stores in Shizuoka Prefecture, will open in Tamarina and offer a menu that is easy for customers of all ages to use. In addition, the interiors of the facility, play equipment, benches, etc. are made with local resources, and environmentally friendly materials are used in various places, such as benches made from local felled wood, a craft space where scraps and waste materials are used as craft materials, and plaster walls made from Kakegawa's "soil". *DBO: Abbreviation for Design Build Operate, a business method for developing public facilities. The public sector commissions private businesses to design, build, and operate the facility.

This was an office renovation project for Star Micronics, Head Office headquartered in Shizuoka City whose mission is to contribute to the sustainable development of society as a "great small and medium-sized enterprise" that takes on the world. The seven-story Head Office, which opened in 2018, featured open offices on floors 1 through 6, with the seventh floor designated as a prestigious, secret executive floor. Six years later, in 2024, the decision was made to extend the seventh floor to office space in response to an increase in the number of employees and changing work styles. Based on the request, Star Micronics' Prosperity Partner, Kiuchi Construction, proposed, designed, and construction the seventh floor, which reopened in February 2025. The plan, which juxtaposes a central light courtyard across the floor, features a quiet work area with 40 seats on the east side, an active area for lively discussions on the west side, private executive offices on the south side, and an executive conference room (usually used as a work area) on the north side, maintaining an open atmosphere while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance.

アイネック様は、名古屋市中村区名駅にある環境に配慮した先進的なオフィスビル「フロンティア名駅」に本社を移転しました。シンボルカラーである“アイネックブルー”と光が織りなす空間で、新たな一歩を踏み出し、希望に満ちた未来を感じられるよう、コンセプトを「光線の希望」としています。環境配慮とデザイン性を融合させた先進的なオフィス空間を特徴とし、「光」「青」「環境配慮型素材」をデザインエレメントに、企業のパーパスとビジョンを体現する場を実現しました。アイネック様のブランディングを担当している、IZA代表の田中タキ様のディレクションの元で、LUCENT Inc代表の松尾高弘様(アートワーク)、NOiR inc代表の黒瀧節也様（サウンドデザイン）とのコラボレーションにより、シンボルとなる“光”のアートをレセプションに設えました。また、オフィス全体をアイネックブルーがやさしく包み込むことで、ここに集う全ての人に一体感とつながりをもたらします。加えて、OAフロアでは、既存の下地を洗浄してそのまま使用し、仕上材を省くことで環境負荷を軽減し、壁材には、火力発電所の石炭灰や使用済みコーヒー豆などの廃棄物を再利用したセメントタイルを採用しています。当社は設計・施工を担当しました。

2025年日本国際博覧会（大阪・関西万博）に出展されたマレーシアパビリオンは、“INTERWOVEN - 調和のとれた未来を編む”をテーマに、多民族国家であるマレーシアが内包する伝統・多様性・先進性を統合的に表現した空間です。館の中心にはシンボルとなる高さ約10mの「Tree of Harmony」を配し、葉はサステナブルな天然素材を用いてマレーシア各地の職人によって手織りされたもの、幹は成長の早い竹をらせん状に編み上げた有機的な構造で構成されています。この造形の形態言語は展示床・照明・グラフィックにも展開され、館全体を編むようにつなぐネットワークの象徴となっています。多様性が交差しながら一つの大きな物語を紡ぐパビリオンとして、調和のとれた未来への希望を体現する場となりました。

アンリ・シャルパンティエの新ブランド、フィナンシェ専門店「BEAN to FINANCIER」の第1号店です。コンセプトである“焼き色” を焼成ムラのあるタイルなどを用いて店舗全体で表現しました。さらに、フィナンシェのルーツである、パリの金融街の金塊を模したディテールをちりばめています。“焼き色”のグラデーションに包まれた厨房から商品がお客さまの目の前に並ぶまでのストーリーを象徴的に見せ、ブランドを五感で体験できる店舗としました。

「サッポロフラワーカーペット2024」は、北海道庁赤れんが庁舎前・札幌市北3条広場をメイン会場に、北海道の花びらや自然素材を用いて大きな花絵を作り上げる市民参加型のアートイベントです。北海道、札幌の美しい「花景観」の魅⼒発信、花き産業振興などを目指しています。2014年を皮切りに今年で10回目を迎え、制作に携わったボランティアは延べ約3,800名、観覧人数は延べ約64万人を集客しています。2024年は6月28日（金）～30日（日）に開催。札幌出身で乃村工藝社 IVD アートディレクターを務める鈴木 不二絵が、開催10回目を記念するアニバーサリーカーペット（メインカーペット）のデザイナーに招聘されました。また本イベントのキービジュアルも乃村工藝社 IVDが担当しました。アニバーサリーカーペットのテーマは「つむぐ、みらいへ」。カーペットは過去最大となる225㎡で、日本人として初めて「ブリュッセル・フラワーカーペット2016」のデザインを務め国内外で高く評価された鈴木自らが、リデザインし新たな花絵を創り出しました。乃村工藝社は特別協力として、アニバーサリーカーペットとキービジュアルのデザイン、広報・ボランティア協力を行っています。 サッポロフラワーカーペットとは2014年から開催。行政（北海道、札幌市）と民間企業による公民連携の組織で運営されています。地域価値向上を担う人材育成や、幼児から近隣在勤者、在住外国籍の方など多様な層による市民ボランティア運営、小学校や高校との連携による次世代に向けた北海道内花き産業の理解促進に取り組んでいます。

“FUEGUIA 1833”は、ブエノスアイレスでジュリアン・ベデル氏により2010年に創業されたパフュームブランドです。当社は国内3号店となる麻布台ヒルズギャラリーの施工業務を担当しました。当店舗では「ツリーハウス」をコンセプトに据えデザインされており、それはパフュームテーブルの中心から天井に伸びる木の幹や、窓ガラスに描かれたアンデス山脈が象徴しています。天井や壁は国産杉の無垢材を使用しており、ほのかな杉の香りが漂います。壁面什器には日本の伝統建築で用いられる焼杉が使用され、床材は実際の工事現場で使用された杉の足場板を再利用しています。パフュームテーブルの先にあるインフュージョンバーでは、デザイナーセレクトの赤ワインが提供され、文字通り、五感を刺激する唯一無二のショップとなっています。

“大阪の迎賓館”として国賓・皇室をはじめ多くのお客さまに愛されてきた、創業90周年の歴史を誇る由緒ある「リーガロイヤルホテル大阪」が2025年4月に開幕する大阪・関西万博の開業を控え、IHGホテルズ&リゾーツのブランドの一つである「ヴィニェット コレクション」を導入し、「リーガロイヤルホテル大阪 ヴィニェット コレクション」としてグランドオープンしました。ホテルの歴史やアイデンティティを受け継ぎ、水の都ならではの周囲に広がる美しい景観の魅力を融合させ、時代を超えて愛される空間へと生まれ変わりました。今回の改装において、当社はエントランス、レセプション、パブリック、客室、宴会場、ジムの各エリアのデザインを手がけ、併せて客室エリアの実施設計・施工、アート、FF＆Eも担当しました。

姫路城を舞台に活躍した人々の暮らしや思い描いた夢に焦点を当て、大天守武具庫、渡櫓（わたりやぐら）、化粧櫓など、その場所にふさわしい展示演出で来城者に建造物やモノの価値を体感していただき、感動につなげることを提案しました。具体的には、それらの魅力を伝えるため、当時の様子を再現する情景展示や体験展示を中心に、姫路城を舞台に活躍した人々の物語と共に、暮らしや夢の場面演出をお手伝いしました。
