How do you blend the enjoyment of visitors with the message a company wants to convey? This is a common challenge for many facilities established by companies. We thoroughly discussed what "happiness" means to children and broke it down into a concrete image. We then created a concept that would captivate children. A new and unprecedented corporate communication space, "JUNOPARK," was born.

Chiba City Zoological Park, which opened in 1985 as a zoo close to the hearts of the citizens, has had an animal science museum attached to it since its opening, where visitors can learn mainly about tropical animals, making it a pioneer in Japan. In March 2025, to commemorate its 40th anniversary, the animal science museum underwent a complete renovation of its displays. While pursuing a high level of academic excellence, it was reborn as a facility where visitors can learn while experiencing the tropical rainforest, reminiscent of a theme park.

There are over 20 large hotels in the area surrounding Tokyo Disney Resort. Urayasu City has approximately 12,000 guest rooms. It is the number one theme park town in Japan, and also one of the largest concentrations of hotels in the country. One of these large hotels has undergone a revolutionary renovation with a new perspective and ideas, following a change in management company. A convenient and comfortable hotel designed with the customer in mind has been born.
Thirteen years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake. Reconstruction has finally begun in some areas. What kind of reconstruction will they aim for in these disaster-stricken areas, which are still uninhabitable? The challenge continues to be to build new community spaces where people of all ages can gather and connect, while reviving the connections that once existed between people.
