At the beginning of the planning, Akikusa Gakuen approached us to ask about seismic retrofitting of the gymnasium. In conjunction with the seismic retrofitting and the renewal of the gymnasium facade and interiors, the corridor connecting the school building and the gymnasium was requested to be "a bright and clean corridor, not a humid and dark one. We wanted to create a space that the school can leave to future generations." This led to concept design of the corridor space expressing the identity of Akikusa Gakuen. The most important thing in this plan was to create a "space that people will continue to love." Therefore, this time, we created the origin of concept design together with the students in a workshop, and worked on a "progressive concept design" that would create attachment and be passed down. We asked the students to bring in photos that expressed "Akikusa-ness," and extracted the feelings they had put into words in the form of "#〇〇," sublimated them into concept design, and decorated the corridor. By having the students digest concept design as if it were their own and spread it to those around them, we hoped that the "Akikusa-ness" would be passed down from generation to generation and that people would continue to interact with the space with affection.

Taikisha is a world-class global environmental engineering company that contributes to society with advanced technologies related to energy, air, and water. This project is a plan for a communication space aimed at creating open innovation with Taikisha's customers and partner companies. The reception area on the 29th floor of Shinjuku Grand Tower, where the company's headquarters is located, was renovated into a showroom, and our company was responsible for planning, concept design, and digital content production for "TAIKISHA INNOVATION GATE Shinjuku," an entrance for the co-creation of new value that aims to solve the issues of business partners and social problems.

SCビジネスフェアは一般社団法人日本ショッピングセンター協会が主催する、ショッピングセンター関係者が一堂に会する業界最大級のイベントです。当社も2023年1月25日～27日までの3日間出展しました。2023年2月に発刊された書籍『「しあわせな空間」をつくろう。－乃村工藝社の一所懸命な人たち』※と連動させ、白を基調としたブースデザイン、壁面はミラー、什器や棚に書籍を並べ、コーヒーのおもてなしなど、来場者にとって"しあわせな空間"となるような演出をしました。当社ブースには、3日間累計で約670名の方にお越しいただきました。 ※『「しあわせな空間」をつくろう。－乃村工藝社の一所懸命な人たち』：人々の「しあわせ」を呼び起こす空間をアミューズメント施設からホテル、ミュージアム、オフィスまで、当社が手がけた最先端の空間づくりを紹介している書籍です。

バルセロナの路地裏で始まり、世界30か国以上に広がったアートキャンディショップ PAPABUBBLE（パパブブレ）のさいたま新都心店です。店舗内で繰り広げられるキャンディ製造パフォーマンスを通じ、飴職人とお客さまが一体となってキャンディを楽しめる体験型店舗となっています。 さいたま新都心店では、キャンディづくりをより臨場感を持って楽しんでいただけるよう、 パフォーマンスが行われる厨房スペースとお客さまの境界を極力取り除いたシームレスな店舗を目指しました。そこでインテリアデザインは、お客さまがあたかもキッチンの中にいるかのような感覚を味わえることをコンセプトとし、メインマテリアルには厨房と同じステンレス素材を使用。厨房機器や厨房用資材を店内にちりばめています。 また、店舗内のストックスペースにおいては工場用のビニールカーテンを用いて敢えて飴の材料を見せることで、目の前でアートキャンディが生み出される臨場感を最大限に演出しています。 体験消費やSDGsを意識した次世代型のキャンディショップとして、お客さまにも製造に参加していただける企画の発信や、今までは切れ端として処分されていたキャンディの端っこを、入手困難なプレミアム商品に生まれ変わらせる新サービスもスタートしています。

This is the Machida store of PAPABUBBLE, an art candy shop originating from Barcelona, Spain. We aimed to create a symbolic concept design that would be the base of the PAPABUBBLE brand in the Machida area, taking advantage of the long and narrow section located next to the escalator in the shopping mall. The section had low visibility from the entrance of the shopping mall, and the view from the escalator changes from up and down, and it could be approached from multiple traffic lines, so the main viewpoint was not fixed and it was difficult to "show the store's face" and attract customers. Therefore, we made a plan to make good use of the location, which can be seen from all angles, up, down, left and right, thanks to the escalators and multiple traffic lines, and turn it into a strength for attracting customers. Specifically, we boldly arranged about 7m x 90 aluminum bars that resemble candy bars, the symbol of PAPABUBBLE, in the space, and painted each side a different color to create a mechanism that changes color depending on the angle from which it is viewed. This visual effect is used to attract customers into the store, and the floor plan is designed to allow them to enjoy shopping. The gradual color changes also represent the variety of PAPABUBBLE candies and their flavors, which are created through magical performances.

Following on from the 15th anniversary renovation in 2013, for which we were in charge of planning and design supervision, we were involved in the 20th anniversary renovation from the planning stage. After several renovations, the hotel was opened in 2019 as a milestone project that marked the completion of the entire renovation. The welcome space on the first floor and the restaurant floor on the fifth floor were completely renovated, the signs within the building were renewed, and new digital signage was installed. The renovation was based on the concept for the 15th anniversary, "Romanticship Umihotaru," and unlike the fourth floor, which had all openings facing the sea, the image of the space was created with only inward-facing openings and special decorations.

This is a renovation project for the Global Innovation Center of Amada, a company that boasts one of the world's top market shares in the metal processing technology and sales and development of processing equipment. The brand appeal area, technology displays, communication space, actual equipment displays area, and sales negotiation space were planned based on the "value that Amada brings to the world." This facility allows visitors to experience the "passion for building bonds with customers and manufacturing that contributes to society" that has been passed down since the company's founding, as well as the high level of technological capabilities, and allows them to feel the possibilities for the future that we will walk together with Amada.

This is a head office relocation project for the Wealth Management Group. With the theme of "Bringing a comfortable hotel feel to the office," because Wealth Management is involved in the hotel business, we designed the office space for employees to use for business purposes. Based on the client's corporate philosophy of providing Japanese charm and culture as an "experience value" and delivering excitement and stable prosperity to all customers, the client can choose not only a place where they can concentrate, but also a place where they can relax like in a hotel, and by providing authentic coffee and tea in the work space, we are trying to use these "experience values" in business, and designing it to lead to business success.

This is the second store in Japan of an Italian delicatessen and restaurant from London, England. Muromachi, which focuses on pasta dishes, has an open theater kitchen in front, and the layout is such that you can welcome customers and enjoy the live feeling of cooking. With the CI color of pistachio green as an accent, and a slightly subdued color tone that matches the townscape of Muromachi, this restaurant has a different charm than the first restaurant.

This project involved the renovation of River City 21 Shinkawa, a tower residence with 505 units completed in 1995. The property is located in a riverside location facing the Chuo Ohashi Bridge along the Sumida River, with an attractive view of nature and openness. The Chuo Ohashi Bridge, which spans the foot of the condominium, is lit up at night and is known as a landmark of the Tsukuda area. A promenade has been developed along the Sumida River, making it a place of relaxation for local residents to go for walks and jogs. The residences are available in a wide range of plans, from 1R/1K for singles to 2LDK, and there are many unique floor plans, such as Japanese-style rooms with Ryukyu tatami mats and plans with spacious stock rooms. Following a change of ownership, we were commissioned to design and construction this pioneering bayside tower condominium, a property with high potential for nature and city coexistence, with our mission of adding value that is in line with the current era.

The new corner "Sound" opened in the Forest on the 5th floor of the Science Museum is an displays room where you can not only listen to sound with your ears, but also "observe it with the eyes of science." Through the various "waveforms" drawn by the four experience devices "Jumbo Piano," "Laser Dance," "Aqua Wave," and "Chladni Pattern (relocated)," you can learn about the three major elements of sound (amplitude, frequency, and timbre) while playing. Among them, "Jumbo Piano" is an interactive device that converts the performance of a giant piano into a waveform in real time and projects it on a screen, and is popular not only with children but with a wide range of generations. In accordance with the basic displays plan presented by the client, we considered and produced the equipment, content, and graphics to realize the image.

The HU Group's mission is to "create new value in healthcare." The "HU Bioness Complex" is a core facility for the healthcare business that symbolizes this. This is a place where the future of all life is created by combining the accumulation of data on life, or "Bio," with the creativity of business, which brings innovation to the industry. In order to realize the facility's concept of "Connect, Show, Nurture," we were responsible for the overall "communication design" of the facility, concept design of the working environment for employees, the planning and production of the space and content that will introduce the value provided by the facility to guests, the branding of the facility, including the naming, logo, and signs, as well as the promotion and concept design of novelties, leaflets, and opening events.

"Marunouchi Street Park (MSP)" is a social experiment project to examine the future state and utilization of Nakadori in Marunouchi, Tokyo. "MSP 2022 Winter", the seventh event since its launch in 2019, expanded its area from Marunouchi Nakadori to Gyoko-dori in front of Tokyo Station, making it the largest event ever. We participated as a general planning partner and operation manager. The theme of this event is "MSP Twinkle Street". Block 1 in front of Maru Building is based on the theme of "Twinkle Party", and design, layout a Christmas market in collaboration with stores in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho area, creating a winter festive space filled with heartwarming gimmicks such as merry-go-round benches, light quoits, and hot benches surrounding trees. Block 2 in front of the Marunouchi 2-chome Building was themed "Twinkle Terrace" and featured a popular street piano performance space, a spot to take photos with the illuminations in the background, and a long hot bench, creating a space where visitors could relax while enjoying the winter illuminations. And on Gyoko-dori in front of Tokyo Station, which was the first MSP event to be held, the "Marunouchi Street Rink," an environmentally friendly plastic skating rink, was installed, allowing many visitors of all ages and genders to experience the appeal of skating outdoors, which was well received. It is a project of "Marunouchi Street Park", which is being worked on as a demonstration experiment of future area management that transforms "road space" into a comfortable "urban park space" on Marunouchi Nakadori, Tokyo. The summer of 2022 will include a verification of what parks in the city center should be in order to make them permanent.・We verified the ideal way of safety management with a view to the park-like space. Based on the concept of "Marunouchi Street Park for everyone," we have created a city park space where people from all walks of life can feel nature with all five senses, connect with people, the city, and culture, and feel like spending a leisurely time. In addition, we arranged an inclusive table, a library, a refreshing space for light exercise, a street piano, etc. to provide opportunities for communication among visitors, and many people enjoyed them. The Sunshine 60 Observatory was established in 1978. It was renovated into a "playful observation deck" in 2016, and will reopen in April 2023 as the new Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbo Park. This facility was inspired by the "pleasant parks with grass" in Toshima Ward, which has been promoting urban development centered around four parks, and was designed with the concept of a "park in the sky" to create a comfortable, open-feeling park-like facility that people will want to visit again and again. The main area on the south side, Tenbo Hill, where the cityscape of Shinjuku's skyscrapers spreads out, combines mirrors and greenery to create a comfortable viewing space that gives a sense of openness connected to the scenery and a sense of unity with nature. You can also relax on the artificial turf that you can get close to the window, the swing-shaped benches, and the cushions and net benches with different heights, and enjoy the views from each viewpoint and the changing scenery of the sky and clouds in your own way. New features include a crawling space and a baby room, and the cafe now serves baby food, allowing visitors with small children to relax and enjoy themselves without worry. At night, the area is transformed into an observation deck for adults, where light, sound and scents are adjusted to allow visitors to experience the changing of time with all five senses. The "Event Space" area on the north side, which offers views of Mount Tsukuba and Saitama, is designed to host a wide range of events, including character events and art displays, in honor of Toshima-ku and Ikebukuro's vision of becoming an international city of art and culture.
