Shibuya Sakura Stage

"Shibuya Sakura Stage" is a project that aims to complete the urban infrastructure of the Shibuya Station area in the once-in-a-century redevelopment of the area around Shibuya Station, and to create a new next-generation landmark that will inherit and disseminate the culture of the Shibuya Sakuragaoka area.
Our company is responsible for design, layout, and construction of the commercial environment in Tokyu Land Corporation's exclusive area, as well as the spatial design, layout, hardware design, and construction of the lower floors of "INTER-SQUARE" and "Sakura CHORUS".

The challenge for the commercial environment of Tokyu Real Estate's exclusive area was to connect the dispersed locations with a commercial experience using signage and content.
"INTER-SQUARE" and "SAKURA CHORUS" are works that will bring excitement and culture to the "Shibuya Sakura Stage". The challenge was to create new excitement while respecting the culture of Shibuya and the history of Sakuragaoka.

The Shibuya Sakuragaoka area, while located in front of Shibuya Station, has a deeply rooted local culture of "enjoying hobbies," and this facility will preserve that culture, pass it on to the next generation, while also creating cutting-edge trends and culture.
"INTER-SQUARE" and "Sakura CHORUS" were concept design with meticulous attention to detail and originality in their spatial experiences, so that they can become a permanent part of the city's environment for a long time.
The commercial environment team and the digital team collaborated to provide an experiential value that embodies the unique character of Sakuragaoka, creating a space for commercial activities, events, and gatherings of people enjoying diverse hobbies and next-generation creators.
