overview
This project involves the basic interiors concept design and FF&E (Front Floor & Interior) design and construction for Hines, a global real estate company, which is investing in Japan's first logistics facility.
We handled the basic concept design of interiors and landscape for the tenant common areas, as well as the selection of furniture, decorative lighting, plants, and other flooring and environmental services (FF&E).
Issues/requests
In recent years, with the increasing number of logistics facilities, we were asked to differentiate ourselves to attract tenants by proposing highly sophisticated concept design with a clear concept for the common areas, as well as user-friendly furniture that conveys a sense of enhanced employee welfare.
solution
Taking advantage of the vast site and the concept of incorporating the natural environment inside, we proposed a dynamic, well-balanced and comfortable space.
FF&E's proposal was to tour the showroom with the customer, select furniture that was comfortable and safe, and coordinate the space to create a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of plants scattered throughout.
Customer's voice
Through numerous dialogues, you deeply understood our concept design philosophy and aspirations, and brought them to life in the most magnificent way possible. Thanks to you, we were able to create a very comfortable space for facility users, and Hines is also very pleased that we were able to propose a new concept design and functionality for the amenity space in the logistics facility. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone at NOMURA Co.,Ltd. for supporting this project.
