I-NEC has relocated its headquarters to Frontier Meieki, an environmentally friendly, cutting-edge office building in Meieki, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya. The concept is "rays of hope," with the symbolic color "I-NEC Blue" and light interwoven in the space, so that people can take a new step and feel a hopeful future. The cutting-edge office space combines environmental consideration with concept design, and concept design elements of "light," "blue," and "environmentally friendly materials" create a place that embodies the company's purpose and vision. Under the direction of Taki Tanaka, representative of IZA, who is in charge of I-NEC's branding, a symbolic piece of "light" art was installed at the reception in collaboration with Takahiro Matsuo (artwork), representative of LUCENT Inc, and Setsuya Kurotaki (sound concept design), representative of NOiR inc. In addition, the I-NEC Blue gently envelops the entire office, bringing a sense of unity and connection to all who gather here. In addition, the existing base for the OA floor was washed and used as is, eliminating the need for finishing materials to reduce the environmental impact, and the walls are made of cement tiles made from recycled waste materials such as coal ash from thermal power plants and used coffee beans. We were in charge of the design and construction.

The Malaysian Pavilion, exhibited at the 2025 World Expo in Japan (Osaka-Kansai Expo), is a space that comprehensively expresses the tradition, diversity, and advanced nature of the multi-ethnic nation of Malaysia, with the theme of "INTERWOVEN - Weaving a Harmonious Future." At the center of the pavilion is the symbolic "Tree of Harmony," about 10 meters tall, whose leaves are hand-woven by artisans from all over Malaysia using sustainable natural materials, and whose trunk is an organic structure made by weaving fast-growing bamboo in a spiral shape. The morphological language of this design is also deployed in displays floor, lighting, and graphics, symbolizing the network that weaves the entire pavilion. As a pavilion where diversity intersects to weave one big story, it has become a place that embodies hope for a harmonious future.

This is the first store for Henri Charpentier's new brand, financier specialty store "BEAN to FINANCIER." The concept of "baked color" is expressed throughout the store by using tiles with uneven baking marks. In addition, details that mimic the gold bars of Paris' financial district, the origin of financiers, are scattered throughout the store. The store symbolically shows the story of how the products go from the kitchen, wrapped in a gradation of baked colors, to being lined up in front of customers, allowing them to experience the brand with all five senses.

Sapporo Flower Carpet 2024 is a citizen-participation art event in which participants create large flower paintings using Hokkaido petals and natural materials, with the main venue being the Hokkaido Prefectural Government Red Brick Building and Sapporo Kita 3-jo Square. The aim is to promote the beautiful "flower scenery" of Hokkaido and Sapporo, and to promote the floriculture industry. The event began in 2014 and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, with a total of approximately 3,800 volunteers involved in the production and a total of approximately 640,000 visitors. In 2024, the event will be held from June 28th (Friday) to 30th (Sunday). Fujie Suzuki, a Sapporo native and art director at NOMURA IVD, was invited to design the anniversary carpet (main carpet) commemorating the 10th anniversary of the event. NOMURA IVD was also in charge of the key visuals for this event. The theme of the anniversary carpet is "Weaving, towards the future." The carpet is the largest to date, at 225m², and was concept design and created by Suzuki himself, the first Japanese concept design the Brussels Flower Carpet 2016, which was highly praised both at home and abroad. NOMURA has been providing special support by concept design the anniversary carpet and key visuals, and providing PR and volunteer support. The Sapporo Flower Carpet has been held since 2014. It is run by a public-private partnership between the government (Hokkaido and Sapporo City) and private companies. It is working to develop human resources who will increase the value of the region, run by a diverse group of citizen volunteers, from young children to people working in the neighborhood and foreign residents, and promote understanding of the floriculture industry in Hokkaido for the next generation through collaboration with elementary and high schools.

"FUEGUIA 1833" is a perfume brand founded in 2010 by Julien Bedel in Buenos Aires. We were in charge of the construction operations of Azabudai Hills Gallery, our third store in Japan. The concept of the "tree house" is concept design, symbolized by the tree trunk that stretches from the center of the perfume table to the ceiling and the Andes Mountains painted on the window panes. The ceiling and walls are made of solid Japanese cedar, and a faint cedar scent wafts through the air. The wall fixtures are made of baked cedar used in traditional Japan architecture, and the flooring is made from reused cedar scaffolding boards used at actual construction sites. At the end of the perfume table, the Infusion Bar offers a selection of designer red wines, literally a one-of-a-kind shop that stimulates the senses.

The venerable RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka, which has a history of 90 years since its founding and has been loved by many guests, including state guests and the Imperial family, as the "Guest House of Osaka," has introduced the "Vignette Collection," one of the brands of IHG Hotels & Resorts, and has made its grand opening as the "RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka Vignette Collection" in preparation for the opening of the Osaka-Kansai Expo in April 2025. The hotel has been renovated into a space that will be loved for generations to come, inheriting the hotel's history and identity and incorporating the charm of the beautiful surrounding scenery unique to the city of water. In this renovation, we were responsible for concept design of the entrance, reception, public areas, guest rooms, banquet halls, and gym, as well as working drawings and construction of the guest room area, art, and FF&E.

FOXEY is a one-of-a-kind made-in-Japan brand that has consistently created products based on the concept of "clothes that accentuate the beauty of women" since its founding in 1980. The "FOXEY ADEAM KITTE Osaka Store" opened at KITTE Osaka, a new landmark in Osaka, and was the first street-front store in the Osaka area, for which we were in charge of interiors construction work.

The shichimi can from Yawataya Isogoro is a famous Shinshu souvenir. The theme of displays held to commemorate the 100th anniversary of its sale was "Dissecting the Shichimi Can." The secrets hidden in the small can were unraveled from the perspectives of history, materials, and concept design. A panel concept design that resembled an unfolded label enveloped the small venue, and the shichimi can, a beloved supporting role on the dinner table, took center stage, adding color to the venue. This exhibition was also held at the Nagano Prefectural Art Museum's Civic Gallery, and recorded the highest number of visitors of any gallery displays.

Sorappa, which opened in Gran Green Osaka, is a lounge exclusively for workers, consisting of a dining area, a café that doubles as a workspace, and a terrace. The dining area is an open space with a 7m-high window that overlooks the Umekita Park, making it suitable for groups to use without worrying about others around them. The open space extends from the café to the terrace, and on sunny days you can enjoy a relaxing cafe time while looking at the beautiful view.

The Centennial International Students Memorial Hall is a cultural exchange facility that connects to the future the stories of young Asian students who came to Japan in the early 20th century to study in search of new knowledge and skills. It was opened with the aim of hosting exhibitions and serving as a place where different cultures and values intersect and people can deepen mutual understanding through dialogue. We were responsible for the planning and basic concept of the Centennial International Students Memorial Hall, as well as design, layout, building execution. We were also responsible for displays design and construction of the special exhibition "Young Zhou Enlai's Footprints in Tokyo" to commemorate the opening of the hall.

THE SEVEN is involved in planning and developing content for the global market and producing a variety of entertainment businesses. The company has recently expanded its floor space to create a groundbreaking office for further creative enhancement. The office is designed to consistently consolidate all functions of video production from planning to final checks in a single space, and to ensure that we continue to respond to extremely high-quality video, we place the utmost importance on the quality check process. For this reason, the preview room is equipped with an 8K projector and Dolby Atmos* 7.1.4 sound system to enable highly accurate correction instructions based on the highest quality video and sound checks, further improving quality. In terms of design, we aimed for a concept design that is both beautiful and unusual, based on the keywords "beautiful concept design like a video" and "Science Fiction (SF)". In order to avoid uniformity of expression, we incorporated hand-drawn sensual forms in various parts of the design, but also created a consistent regularity to maintain a comfortable balance in the space through repeated verification. concept design TBS Television concept design Center was in charge of the design work and interiors ・Fixtures, electrical and plumbing systems, and signage graphic work. We achieved smooth promotion and completion of the project by building good communication with TBS TV concept design Center and other construction vendors, while taking advantage of our strength to consistently demonstrate our design construction capabilities. *Dolby Atmos: The use of overhead and upward-facing speakers to create a three-dimensional soundscape.

The Animal Science Museum, located within Chiba City Zoological Park, has undergone a complete renovation of its displays the flora and fauna that inhabit the rainforest, such as gorillas, birds, and nocturnal animals, visitors can learn about the interconnectedness of life and the preciousness of the global environment through displays before and after.

The hotel is directly connected to Kitahiroshima Station on the JR Chitose Line, the closest station to Hokkaido Ballpark F Village. The first to third floors are commercial facilities, and the fourth to thirteenth floors are the hotel with a total of 158 guest rooms. We were mainly in charge of concept design and construction of the hotel lobby and the guest room floor on the 11th floor, which has a Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters theme. The lobby space is sprinkled with baseball-themed elements, and the ceiling features an image of the Fighters' home stadium, S.Con Field HOKKAIDO, and the Fighters colors are used to create an exciting space. The Fighters floor has a corridor as a gallery space, where autographed uniforms and photos of players are displays, and the guest rooms are chicly coordinated in black to evoke the image of S.Con Field, and you can see the stadium from the windows.

The Panasonic Group Pavilion "Nomo no Kuni" is a pavilion based on the concept of "Unlock your nature" that draws out the potential of children through sensory analysis technology and experiences that stimulate the five senses. Utilizing the latest technology from Panasonic Holdings, we have achieved a spatial design that harmonizes with the worldview of "Nomo no Kuni" by using tiles that evoke the tactile sensation of walking on natural ground, natural wood finishes with metallic textures, and concept design techniques that combine with 3D printing. We adopted a spatial and experience concept design approach centered on what we can do for the future of children, incorporating cutting-edge design and construction methods in sustainability, such as reusable tiles and biodegradable concept design printing.

Founded in Nagano in 1736, Yawataya Isogoro is a long-established company that has created the image that "Shichimi is the best Shinshu souvenir." As part of the commemorative project for the 100th anniversary of the sale of canned shichimi in 2024, the company renovated its confectionery manufacturing workshop and warehouse to open a research and development site for shichimi togarashi. The new facility will function as a business negotiation lounge and test kitchen for B2B collaborative products, a hub for interaction between customers and employees, and a showroom.
