The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay is a newly built hotel with 750 rooms, located within walking distance of Tokyo Disney Resort. Based on the concept of "TRAVELOGUE = Memories of a Journey to a Foreign Land," the hotel features standard rooms themed around the world's oceans, such as the Mediterranean and the Gulf of Mexico, to evoke a sense of wanderlust, as well as concept rooms that offer an extraordinary experience as if you've stepped into a storybook. The result is a space that is vividly impressive, as if you've traveled to a foreign land, yet also somehow nostalgic, comforting, and warm.
We offer a hotel experience that is perfect as the prologue and epilogue to your Disney Resort trip, providing a sense of exhilaration that lingers long after you've left.

Our company was responsible for planning, design and engineering, floor plans and equipment, graphic and art design, and sign design and construction.

This hotel is specifically designed for groups (4-6 people) and targets visitors to the Disney Resort.
The client requested a hotel that combined functionality that minimizes waiting times and stress from check-in to check-out, while also maintaining the excitement of the park experience or enhancing anticipation for the park.

To ensure enjoyable trips with family and friends, we aimed for a design that is stress-free, equitable, and uplifting.
We eliminated stress for guests by using clear and easy-to-understand directions through color schemes and artwork, and by providing equal amounts of beds and hooks for each person. The guest rooms are designed to be unique yet calming, so that guests can create happy memories, and are equipped with a large table where everyone can gather and comfortable sofas. The hotel design is one that offers a sense of excitement and escape from the ordinary, while also feeling elegant, making it a hotel that children will love and adults will choose.

Both our standard and concept rooms are well-received not only for their cheerful and vibrant designs, but also for their functionality, such as large tables and equitable bed arrangements. As we are a hotel with many children, the library area under the wooden staircase in the lobby and the bold and playful art behind the reception desk are also popular.
