overview
Our company was in charge of the design, planning, and construction of "H¹O," a rental office operated by Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd.
H¹O is a flexible office developed with the concept of "HUMAN FIRST OFFICE," focusing not on the company as a whole, but on the individual working there, prioritizing the ability to unleash individual potential, security, and comfort.
Normally, clients acquire land and begin construction of a building, but in this project, as a first attempt, we proceeded by becoming a tenant in an existing facility.
In designing the interior, we aimed to create a design plan inspired by the history and memories of Yokohama, as well as a shared environment where everyone who works there can feel comfortable.
Furthermore, in designing the facilities, we conducted thorough consultations with the facility management, clients, and partner companies to realize the high-spec equipment requirements for H¹O within the constraints of the existing building.
To better support each individual working there, a new H¹O office has been realized in Yokohama through the collaboration of in-house and external designers and architects who participated in the project.
Customer's voice
Thanks to Nomura Kogeisha's design and construction capabilities, we were able to create a high-quality office space that perfectly balances the H¹O concept with the unique character of Yokohama. As a result, we believe it has become a place that effectively communicates the value of the H¹O brand to tenant companies and visitors, leading to an enhanced sense of appeal.
