2025年日本国際博覧会（大阪・関西万博）において地球環境産業技術研究機構（RITE）様が出展する実証プラント「RITE 未来の森」において、当社は企画、デザイン、建築、展示設計および監理から運営サポートまで総合プロデュースを行いました。本施設は、大気から二酸化炭素を直接回収するDAC（Direct Air Capture）※1と 、それを地中へと貯留するCCS（ Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage ）※2の双方を掛け合わせることで、今後期待されている未来の技術の実証実験に取り組んでいます。そして、人が排出した二酸化炭素を人の力で回収するという、新しい森を未来につくることを目指したプロジェクトです。ガイダンス棟では建築も新しい技術への実証実験として取り組み、未来の森というコンセプトから未来の木造技術「CLT※3折版構造ハングアップ工法」を世界で初めて実現させました。ハングアップ工法とは、丁番金物によりお互いに緊結した三角形 CLT パネルを水平面に敷き詰め、特定箇所をクレーンで吊り上げることで自重により折り紙のように変形し、折版構造を形成させるコンセプチュアルな工法です。今回はこの工法を用いることで、表情のある構造体で大空間をつくり上げ、デザイン性・機能性・施工性を併せ持ったCLT構造の普及促進につなげるための建築実証プロジェクトとしての側面もありました。これにより、身の引き締まるような神聖な空気感を発する建築空間が出現し、そして国産杉によるCLT折版構造そのものが展示映像や演奏などの音を響かせるコンサートホールのような音響環境を実現した類稀な建築となっています。会期終了後には、サスティナビリティ建築として活用すべく、京都府木津川市にあるRITE本部への移設の計画があります。万博の出展、そしてその後の活用を通し、二酸化炭素排出抑制、廃棄物を最小限とするリユース、CLT構造の普及促進などさまざまな社会課題に取り組みました。※1　大気からCO₂を取り除くことで、大気中のCO₂濃度を下げる技術※2　排出されたCO₂を集めて地中に貯留する技術※3　ひき板を並べた後、繊維方向が直交するように積層接着した木質系材料 

ロワジールホテル 品川シーサイドは、全フロアが高層階にあり、16階のフロント・会議室と17階から22階の客室の7フロアで構成されています。このたびのリニューアルで当社は18階の客室50室の改修を担当しました。立地の特性を生かすとともに、観光地へのアクセスの良さに着目しながら、宿泊時の最初の体験にデザインを反映しました。「旅の一歩を刻む始まりの空間」というコンセプトのもと、宿泊体験を細分化し、その“最初の行動”にデザインを添えることで、訪れたお客さまにホスピタリティを感じていただける空間づくりを目指しました。また、この土地ならではの景色を生かすため、FF&Eにはホテル前に広がる港湾地区のコンテナターミナルの色彩を取り入れ、外の風景を借景的に空間に組み込みました。

2025年日本国際博覧会（大阪・関西万博）の「未来の都市」パビリオンに出展された川崎重工様の展示プレイスです。展示コンセプトは「移動本能研究所」です。川崎重工グループが描く2050年のモビリティ社会を、実物大のモビリティを用いた体験型展示で表現しています。来場者の「見る」「触れる」「体験する」といった体験を通じて、移動の未来に大きな希望や期待を感じさせる空間を提供しています。未来感と大型LEDによる没入感を両立させた空間演出と、実物大モビリティによる展示・体験を融合させることで、移動の未来を「自分ごと」として体感できる構成としています。

This is a Tokyo Head Office relocation project of Toman Toys, which handles the planning, manufacturing, sales, and consulting business of character miscellaneous goods and toys. Against the backdrop of rapid business growth, we started with the aim of expanding our office and rebranding our company, and we were in charge of construction from concept design design to interiors and construction work. Based on the "creative power" and "trust" that Toman Toys has built up so far, we are creating a new face of the company with an eye on future growth while valuing a friendly and soft corporate image. The layout plan reflects the company culture of closeness and friendliness in the spatial composition. concept design used a combination of materials in a one-tone color based on wood to express the intellectual atmosphere of an idea company. In addition, FF&E coordination based on Scandinavian furniture fosters a soft atmosphere of the corporate image. The corporate colors incorporated throughout as accents create a sense of unity throughout the space, creating a one-of-a-kind office.

Following the closure of the Panasonic Center Tokyo in Ariake, Tokyo, in December 2024, displays for business customers were relocated to Shiodome, Tokyo, and the "Panasonic Corporate Showroom" was reopened as a place where visitors can experience the history, latest solutions, and future vision of the Panasonic Group. Targeting VIPs from corporations and government agencies, the showroom aims to foster empathy and co-creation by presenting Panasonic's history and various initiatives for the future through hospitality and videos. Our company was responsible for design, layout production, and construction.

EARTH MART, the signature pavilion for the 2025 World Exposition in Japan (Osaka-Kansai Expo), was produced by Kundo Koyama. Based on the theme of "Considering Life through Food," it shares the potential of the food culture cultivated by the Japanese people and the evolution of food through technology, creating a space for considering "new ways of eating" that will lead us into the future. The design, which showcases "life" in a supermarket setting typically filled with "food," allows visitors to experience and gain insights into the background of life. Discovering value in everyday scenes provides an opportunity to reflect on the choices we make in various daily situations. Furthermore, the space is constructed using living materials such as "vegetable flowers" and "recycled eggs made from eggshells." The content itself was developed in collaboration with various people involved in food (farmers, sushi chefs, biotechnology researchers), creating an "integrated worldview" that unfolds in the space, thereby conveying its message. By resetting various assumptions through these "fragments of life," visitors can become aware of what is truly important to life, develop gratitude and kindness, and experience a subtle happiness. This product embodies Producer Koyama's desire to leave you with a lasting impression that makes you want to cherish mealtimes just a little more than yesterday.

The "Osaka Healthcare Pavilion Nest for Reborn," a joint venture between Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City, the host cities of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, brings together industry, academia, government, and the private sector. As the lead company in displays joint venture, our company was responsible for everything from basic planning and schematic design to working drawings and construction. The basic concept was "displays that allows visitors to experience a life where future medicine and healthcare are integrated, and that will also serve as an experiment for future society, creating a legacy," which was expressed through the future of "healthcare," "cities," "food and culture," and "entertainment." In the main program, the "Reborn Experience Route," visitors can meet their future selves 25 years from now by measuring their health data in a "body measurement pod." Together with this future self, they can experience the future of healthcare and urban life envisioned by approximately 20 exhibiting companies, mainly from Osaka, and have the experience of being reborn as their future self. displays embodies our hope that it will serve as a catalyst for a "future society where life shines," showing that "people can be reborn" and "take a new step forward." [Features of the project] We were able to realize this by bringing together the aspirations of the general producer, advisors, exhibiting companies, and many other stakeholders, with the hope that it will serve as a catalyst for a "future society where life shines," showing that "people can be reborn" and "take a new step forward."

This project was launched to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Yokohama Landmark Tower. Three attractive bars have come together, including restaurants supervised by chefs with ties to Yokohama and Kanagawa, as well as restaurants created in collaboration with local businesses. Opened on May 29, 2025, it serves as a new hub for showcasing the appeal of food and producers from Kanagawa Prefecture to visitors. Our company was responsible for everything from planning and concept design to construction, including the use of Kanagawa-sourced timber in part of the interiors and mural art by Kanagawa-based artist Ryohei Yamashita.

We renovated "Mitette," a new interaction area at the Kyoto Aquarium, located within Umekoji Park in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City, which attracts a wide range of visitors from children to adults. The new area offers a variety of functions, including displays about the aquarium, workshops, and a rest area. The space is designed to help visitors appreciate the Kyoto Aquarium even more by learning not only about the animals themselves, but also about the staff's passion for them and the activities of the staff and the aquarium.

As the host country of the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo), which will be held under the theme of "concept design a Future Society Where Life Shines," Japan's pavilion, themed "Between Life and Life," allows visitors to feel the significance of "circulation" through a seamless connection between displays and architecture. The Japan Pavilion, which embodies the relay of life with its circular structure, has a unique presence as the host country's pavilion. In addition to a flow of movement that naturally draws visitors into the Japan Pavilion as they walk around its perimeter, its most distinctive feature is the countless "wooden planks" arranged in a circle. Through the gaps between them, visitors can catch a glimpse of the interior, and the continuity between inside and outside, displays and architecture, gives visitors an opportunity to become aware of the "in-between" space that is also the theme of the Japan Pavilion. Another feature of this pavilion is the concept of "Japan Pavilion that eats garbage." Garbage generated at the Expo site will be decomposed by the action of microorganisms and converted into energy and water. This "living pavilion" allows visitors to relive the process through an installation*, experiencing firsthand how the generated energy and water power the Japan Pavilion. As they tour the pavilion, which is composed of three zones, they can feel the significance of "circulation," a core aspect of Japanese aesthetics, and realize that they themselves are part of this long and grand narrative. In addition, by using "wooden panels" mainly made of CLT (cross-laminated timber) and steel for the structure, CLT is used in the simplest and most symbolic way possible. The CLT used in the Japan Pavilion is planned to be reused by companies and local governments throughout Japan after the Expo, and has been designed to be easily dismantled and repurposed. By understanding the value of "circulation," which underlies the Japan Pavilion's theme, "Between Life and Life," we aim to encourage visitors to re-examine the circulation that is so close to us, leading to an exploration of the future of society and hints for a sustainable future. Our company is responsible for displays concept design (schematic design, working drawings), construction, and operation of this Japan Pavilion. *A contemporary art form in which the entire displays space is experienced as a work of art. The audience walks around the space, enjoying the artwork through sight, sound, and other senses.

We have renovated the "Mountain Center" located at the foot of the slopes of the "Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu" ski resort in Abuta District, Hokkaido. The facility has two floors, with a shop and ticket counter on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor. In this renovation, the sales area on the first floor has been expanded to 1.6 times its original size, and the restaurant on the second floor has been renamed "sanshoku" and completely renovated along with the spatial design. We interpreted the facility as a place to send off guests arriving at Grand Hirafu onto the course, and a place to welcome guests returning from the course, and concept design it accordingly. We aimed to create a space that is cool yet somehow warm, with an experience that can only be found here, by blending the generous nature of Hokkaido, which embraces the resort, with the newly enhanced, cool brand identity symbolized by "Hirafu Blue," and scattering these elements throughout the lively space that is unique to a resort facility and offers once-in-a-lifetime encounters.

This pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo expresses the rich stories of Qatar's people, land, and sea through the skillful use of realistic materials. The space is constructed with real sand that recreates the desert landscape with delicate gradations, deep-sea-like aluminum material that covers the floor, walls, and ceiling, and a giant curtain of intricate embroidery that symbolizes cultural richness. The design creates an immersive displays space where Qatari's traditional crafts and landscapes fantastically emerge from materials that directly appeal to the senses of visitors.

Spread out in front of the Koitoi coast in Hokkaido, "Roadside Station Shiranuka Koimunkan" is a facility where you can enjoy a comfortable car trip with a function as an RV park (*1), which is rare at a roadside station, and is equipped with showers, saunas, and laundromats. There are also restaurants that use local ingredients from Shiranuka Town, and on a clear day, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the Koimun Coast from the "Azumashi Living" with a view of the sea and the observation deck on the second floor. In addition, based on the idea of "Japan's best child-rearing support" advocated by Shiranuka Town, the facility is equipped with a children's family space (Kokko Park). We participated mainly in the planning work of this project as a consortium member, and after being commissioned, we promoted the work as a member of the construction JV (*3), and handled a wide range of tasks such as interiors design and sign planning.  *1 A sleep-in facility certified by the Japan RV Association. *2 DBO (Design, Build, Operate): One of the public-private partnership methods in which design, construction, maintenance, management, and operation are comprehensively ordered from private companies. *3 Joint venture system. A business organization formed by multiple companies for the purpose of receiving and construction a single construction project.

Umeda Green Place is a mixed-use commercial complex located at the gateway to the "Umeda 2nd Phase Area," themed around "greenery" and "a place for encounters and exchanges." Creating lush green spaces and lively, relaxing areas, the complex features 20 shops, primarily restaurants and cafes, designed to cater to the diverse needs of people passing through the area around JR Osaka Station, from office workers to those visiting the park or shopping. Our company was responsible for the planning, design, and construction of the 2nd-floor food court and the 2nd and 3rd-floor restrooms, as well as overall furniture and fixture manufacturing.

We were responsible for design, layout, signage and graphic concept design, interior administration, furniture and fixture manufacturing, environmental features, and construction of the "Lounge & Dining" restaurant within the venue of the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo). This facility is concept design to be a welcoming space for guests from both Japan and abroad, combining high-quality spatial design with comfort. Our aim was to create a space that would create a special experience that would remain in the memories of people gathering from all over the world.
