Loisir Hotel Shinagawa Seaside Renewal

Loisir Hotel Shinagawa Seaside is located on an upper floor, with the front desk and conference rooms on the 16th floor and guest rooms on the 17th to 22nd floors, making a total of seven floors. In this renovation, our company was responsible for renovating 50 guest rooms on the 18th floor.
Leveraging the unique characteristics of the location and focusing on its excellent access to tourist attractions, we incorporated concept design into the initial experience of guests during their stay. Based on the concept of "the space where the first step of your journey begins," we subdivided the accommodation experience and added concept design to each of these "first actions," aiming to create a space where guests can feel truly hospitable.
Furthermore, to take advantage of the unique scenery of this area, FF&E incorporates the colors of the container terminal in the port area that stretches out in front of the hotel, integrating the outside landscape into the space as borrowed scenery.

The hotel was requested to be one that would attract a new customer base, and to have guest rooms that could accommodate an expanding customer base.

Targeting leisure travelers (groups/families/inbound tourists), the hotel has adopted modern Japanese-style guest rooms to meet the increasing demand from inbound tourists in recent years.
We have also introduced bunk beds and sofa beds to increase the number of people that can be accommodated per room.

The hotel is intended to be both a "place to rest during your journey" and a "place where your journey begins," a space that supports the first step of every guest's journey.

In response to the increasing demand for accommodations for large groups, and given the current shortage of available rooms, we received concept design that effectively and functionally utilizes the space. In addition, we have added new Japanese-modern style rooms, a style that was previously unavailable in our hotel, allowing us to meet a wider range of needs.
