Tokiwakan, a ryokan inn in Gamagori, Aichi Prefecture, was beloved by many literary figures during the late Meiji period. The Ume Annex, originally built as a detached building, has been reborn as "THE COVE," a Gamagori Classic Hotel accommodation facility, offering a whole-house rental experience. Based on the concept of "encountering the blessings of the region surrounding Mikawa Bay and enjoying them with all five senses," the hotel makes the most of the renowned building, a registered tangible cultural property, and the views it commands, nestled on a hill overlooking Takeshima Island in the tranquil Mikawa Bay. Furthermore, by adding a touch of "newness" where necessary, the hotel creates a pleasant contrast and an extraordinary lodging experience. The hotel is packed with the charms of the region, featuring artwork using traditional techniques handed down in the area and the development of original drinks crafted by local people using local ingredients.

Ceravie Resort Izumigo Co., Ltd. operates hotels, cottages, and dog resort facilities in 11 locations across Japan. We were in charge of renovating the restaurant at "AMBIENT Azumino Hotel," a mountain resort surrounded by the Northern Alps. The background to the plan was to improve the efficiency of operations by expanding and consolidating the restaurant, which was previously divided into two floors, the basement and the first floor, onto the first floor, and to create a resort atmosphere with the magnificent Northern Alps visible from the observation terrace on the first floor, thereby improving the value of the customer experience. The plan was to create an extraordinary atmosphere using space, furniture, and decorations that reflect the region's unique culture, history, and crafts, and to create a new live kitchen that uses local ingredients to create cooking methods unique to the area, and to incorporate elements that will make customers want to stay again.

Technos College Tokyo Air Travel & Hotel College This is a renovation project for two classrooms, the "Bridal Room" and the "Presentation Room," used by the Bridal Department. Based on the theme of "mariage (harmony)," the "Bridal Room" aims to be a warm and glamorous space where users can naturally imagine their future lifestyles through wedding planning. It is also designed to be a practical learning space for students, nurturing their imagination and ability to make proposals to materialize their dreams. The "Presentation Room" is a space that will become a "hub of encounters and ideas" where students from all departments can gather to exchange opinions and engage in creative activities. Natural materials are used, and the lighting and acoustics are adjusted to create a harmonious learning environment that will help students develop the ability to produce life events.

This project involved the renovation of the practical training room for the Game Creator Department at Technos College Tokyo Institute of Technology (Koganei City, Tokyo). Our company was responsible for everything from concept design and environmental features to interiors construction. Starting with the initial request to create a classroom where students could imagine themselves working at a game company in five years, we conducted numerous interviews with the teachers and learned that the underlying desire was for them to "imagine their future without being confined to the game industry." Therefore, we proposed a concept design concept called "Game Creator's Labo" that would allow students to imagine themselves as creators in their own right, without being limited to the realm of games.

In preparation for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo, renovation work has been underway at Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 since 2021. As the gateway to Kansai, this project aims to "expand international flight capacity," "enhance the airside area," and "improve the passenger experience." Previously, the airport had separate lounges for each airline, but these are being consolidated into one, providing a larger space through space efficiency. This project is the third phase of a large-scale renovation, and is an international business lounge with a total area of 2,970 m² and 658 seats, themed around "ancient capitals and cities." The interior is divided into two areas with different concepts: "North Side" and "South Side." schematic design was handled by Azusa Sekkei, and our company was in charge of interiors (FF&E), working drawings and construction of equipment, and art supervision.

The Hiwasa Sea Turtle Museum Caretta is a rare sea turtle museum located on Ohama Beach in Tokushima Prefecture, and is beloved as the oldest loggerhead turtle conservation site in the region. At the same time, it also serves as a base facility for the local Minami Town's plan to increase the return rate of sea turtles. This renovation has created a place where people can learn about the coexistence of humans and nature through sea turtles and nurture the next generation of leaders by providing a comfortable space for visitors and making it easy for sea turtles to live in from the perspective of animal welfare.

We planned the Mie Prefecture booth to be exhibited within the Kansai Pavilion at the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo). The Mie Prefecture booth is themed "The Origin of the Japanese Spirit" and is designed as a space where visitors can experience the charm of "Beautiful Mie," including its rich nature, history, diverse culture, and food. It is an interactive booth that will allow visitors to experience Mie with all five senses through unique displays and content that can only be found at the Expo.

The project is scheduled to be completed in March 2025 after approximately five years of full-scale renovation work. It will include new stands (viewing facilities for a wide range of customers, including the general public and guests), entrance gates, the first double-sided paddock screen at a Japanese racecourse, and a grass plaza, and will open as a facility that allows many people, including local residents and horse racing novices, to experience the feeling of being an "open racecourse."

Opened in July 2025 in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, the new indoor playground "mirocco" aims to be a place where children can not only enjoy playing to their heart's content, but also enjoy it with their families and local people. This facility has renovated the pool and hot bath facilities that were located in the indoor facility "Tamarina" in the 22nd Century Hills Park in Mansui, Kakegawa City, and have been renovated into an all-weather playground. While making use of our know-how in regional revitalization and facility business, we were in charge of everything from concept formulation to design, construction of interiors, playground equipment, and decoration, and operation. In addition, as a voluntary business of the DBO* business, we have made private investment to improve the attractiveness of the facility by adding playground equipment, artificial furniture, fixtures, signs, graphics, etc. About Facility Concept/Space concept design The facility concept is "Let's create every day." 365 (3 = Mi / 6 = Ro / 5 = Ko) The naming was decided by voting for "mirocco" with the meaning that it will be a facility where everyone can gather. The four main areas are "Guruguru no Yama" where you can play with playground equipment, "Waku Waku Base" where you can play quietly, "Hitoyasumi Lounge" where adults can relax, and "Hi Hi Hara" where babies can play safely. In addition to these areas, Tamarina will open a new store in Shizuoka Prefecture, "This Is Cafe", offering menus that are easy to use for customers of all ages. In addition, the interior of the facility, such as the interiors, playground equipment, and benches, uses local resources, and uses environmentally friendly materials in various places, such as benches using prefectural logged wood, workshop spaces that use scraps and waste materials as work materials, and plastering walls using "soil" from the Kakegawa River. *DBO: Abbreviation for Design Build Operate (design, construction, and operation), one of the business methods when developing public facilities. The public entrusts the design, construction, and operation of facilities to private operators.

This is an office renovation project for Star Micronics, Head Office headquartered in Shizuoka City, whose purpose is to "contribute to the sustainable development of society as a 'great small and medium-sized enterprise' that challenges the world." The seven-story Head Office was initially operated in 2018 with open offices on the first to sixth floors and a prestigious, confidential executive floor on the seventh floor. Six years later, in 2024, in order to accommodate the increase in the number of employees and changes in work styles, it was decided to operate the seventh floor as office space as well. Based on the request, we collaborated with Kiuchi Construction, which is also Star Micronics' prosperity partner, to propose, design, and construction, and it reopened in February 2025. The plan, which places a 40-seat quiet work area on the east side, an active area for lively discussions on the west side, private executive offices on the south side, and an executive meeting room (normally an office area) on the north side, with a light court in the center of the floor, provides a sense of openness while ensuring an appropriate distance between different areas.

アイネック様は、名古屋市中村区名駅にある環境に配慮した先進的なオフィスビル「フロンティア名駅」に本社を移転しました。シンボルカラーである“アイネックブルー”と光が織りなす空間で、新たな一歩を踏み出し、希望に満ちた未来を感じられるよう、コンセプトを「光線の希望」としています。環境配慮とデザイン性を融合させた先進的なオフィス空間を特徴とし、「光」「青」「環境配慮型素材」をデザインエレメントに、企業のパーパスとビジョンを体現する場を実現しました。アイネック様のブランディングを担当している、IZA代表の田中タキ様のディレクションの元で、LUCENT Inc代表の松尾高弘様(アートワーク)、NOiR inc代表の黒瀧節也様（サウンドデザイン）とのコラボレーションにより、シンボルとなる“光”のアートをレセプションに設えました。また、オフィス全体をアイネックブルーがやさしく包み込むことで、ここに集う全ての人に一体感とつながりをもたらします。加えて、OAフロアでは、既存の下地を洗浄してそのまま使用し、仕上材を省くことで環境負荷を軽減し、壁材には、火力発電所の石炭灰や使用済みコーヒー豆などの廃棄物を再利用したセメントタイルを採用しています。当社は設計・施工を担当しました。

2025年日本国際博覧会（大阪・関西万博）に出展されたマレーシアパビリオンは、“INTERWOVEN - 調和のとれた未来を編む”をテーマに、多民族国家であるマレーシアが内包する伝統・多様性・先進性を統合的に表現した空間です。館の中心にはシンボルとなる高さ約10mの「Tree of Harmony」を配し、葉はサステナブルな天然素材を用いてマレーシア各地の職人によって手織りされたもの、幹は成長の早い竹をらせん状に編み上げた有機的な構造で構成されています。この造形の形態言語は展示床・照明・グラフィックにも展開され、館全体を編むようにつなぐネットワークの象徴となっています。多様性が交差しながら一つの大きな物語を紡ぐパビリオンとして、調和のとれた未来への希望を体現する場となりました。

アンリ・シャルパンティエの新ブランド、フィナンシェ専門店「BEAN to FINANCIER」の第1号店です。コンセプトである“焼き色” を焼成ムラのあるタイルなどを用いて店舗全体で表現しました。さらに、フィナンシェのルーツである、パリの金融街の金塊を模したディテールをちりばめています。“焼き色”のグラデーションに包まれた厨房から商品がお客さまの目の前に並ぶまでのストーリーを象徴的に見せ、ブランドを五感で体験できる店舗としました。

「サッポロフラワーカーペット2024」は、北海道庁赤れんが庁舎前・札幌市北3条広場をメイン会場に、北海道の花びらや自然素材を用いて大きな花絵を作り上げる市民参加型のアートイベントです。北海道、札幌の美しい「花景観」の魅⼒発信、花き産業振興などを目指しています。2014年を皮切りに今年で10回目を迎え、制作に携わったボランティアは延べ約3,800名、観覧人数は延べ約64万人を集客しています。2024年は6月28日（金）～30日（日）に開催。札幌出身で乃村工藝社 IVD アートディレクターを務める鈴木 不二絵が、開催10回目を記念するアニバーサリーカーペット（メインカーペット）のデザイナーに招聘されました。また本イベントのキービジュアルも乃村工藝社 IVDが担当しました。アニバーサリーカーペットのテーマは「つむぐ、みらいへ」。カーペットは過去最大となる225㎡で、日本人として初めて「ブリュッセル・フラワーカーペット2016」のデザインを務め国内外で高く評価された鈴木自らが、リデザインし新たな花絵を創り出しました。乃村工藝社は特別協力として、アニバーサリーカーペットとキービジュアルのデザイン、広報・ボランティア協力を行っています。 サッポロフラワーカーペットとは2014年から開催。行政（北海道、札幌市）と民間企業による公民連携の組織で運営されています。地域価値向上を担う人材育成や、幼児から近隣在勤者、在住外国籍の方など多様な層による市民ボランティア運営、小学校や高校との連携による次世代に向けた北海道内花き産業の理解促進に取り組んでいます。

"FUEGUIA 1833" is a perfume brand founded in 2010 by Julian Bedell in Buenos Aires. We were in charge of the construction operations of the Azabudai Hills Gallery, which will be the third store in Japan. The concept of the store is concept design "tree house", which is symbolized by the tree trunks that extend from the center of the perfume table to the ceiling and the Andes Mountains depicted on the window panes. The ceiling and walls are made of solid domestic cedar wood, and there is a faint scent of cedar. The wall fixtures are made of burnt cedar, which is used in traditional Japanese architecture, and the flooring is made of cedar scaffolding boards used at actual construction sites. The infusion bar, beyond the perfume table, serves designer selection red wines, making it a one-of-a-kind shop that literally tantalizes the senses.
