The Centennial Student Memorial Hall is a cultural exchange facility that connects the stories of young Asian students who visited Japan in the early 20th century, seeking new knowledge and technology, to the future. It was opened with the aim of becoming a place where different cultures and values intersect, and where people can deepen mutual understanding through dialogue, including the holding of exhibitions. Our company was in charge of the planning and basic concept of the Centennial Student Memorial Hall, as well as design, layout, building execution. We also handled displays design and construction for the special exhibition "The Footsteps of Young Zhou Enlai in Tokyo," which was held to commemorate the opening.

THE SEVEN is involved in planning and developing content for the global market and producing a variety of entertainment businesses. The company has recently expanded its floor space to create a groundbreaking office for further creative enhancement. The office is designed to consistently consolidate all functions of video production from planning to final checks in a single space, and to ensure that we continue to respond to extremely high-quality video, we place the utmost importance on the quality check process. For this reason, the preview room is equipped with an 8K projector and Dolby Atmos* 7.1.4 sound system to enable highly accurate correction instructions based on the highest quality video and sound checks, further improving quality. In terms of design, we aimed for a concept design that is both beautiful and unusual, based on the keywords "beautiful concept design like a video" and "science fiction (SF). In order to avoid uniformity of expression, we incorporated hand-drawn sensual forms in various parts of the design, but also created a consistent regularity to maintain a comfortable balance in the space through repeated verification. concept design The TBS TV concept design Center was in charge of the design work and interiors ・Fixtures, electrical, plumbing, and signage graphic work by TBS TV. We achieved smooth promotion and completion of the project by building good communication with TBS TV concept design Center and other construction vendors, while taking advantage of our strength to consistently demonstrate our design construction capabilities. *Dolby Atmos: The use of overhead and upward-facing speakers to create a three-dimensional soundscape.

The Animal Science Museum, located within Chiba City Zoological Park, has undergone a complete renovation of its displays area, taking into consideration that the building is nearly 40 years old. The museum is a "zoological museum" themed around the "tropical rainforest," a treasure trove of life, aiming to provide insights into ecosystems, foster learning, and encourage action for the future. Visitors can observe gorillas, birds, nocturnal animals, and other flora and fauna inhabiting the rainforest up close, while displays before and after convey the interconnectedness of life and the preciousness of the global environment.

This hotel is directly connected to Kitahiroshima Station on the JR Chitose Line, the nearest station to "Hokkaido Ballpark F Village." The first to third floors are commercial facilities, and the fourth to thirteenth floors house the hotel with a total of 158 guest rooms. Our company was mainly in charge of concept design and construction of the hotel lobby and the 11th-floor guest room area, which is themed after the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. The lobby space is filled with baseball-themed touches, and the ceiling structure is designed to evoke the Fighters' home stadium, "Escon Field Hokkaido," and incorporates the Fighters' colors to create an exciting atmosphere. On the Fighters floor, the corridors are used as a gallery space to displays signed uniforms and photographs of the players, and the guest rooms are decorated in a chic black color scheme reminiscent of Escon Field, with views of the stadium from the windows.

The Panasonic Group Pavilion "Nomo's Land" is based on the concept of "Unlock your nature," and is a pavilion that draws out the potential of children through technology that analyzes their sensibilities and experiences that stimulate the five senses. Utilizing the latest technology from Panasonic Holdings, the pavilion achieves a spatial design that harmonizes with the world of "Nomo's Land" by using tiles that evoke the tactile concept design of walking on natural ground, finishes made of natural wood with a metallic texture, and concept design methods that integrate 3D printing. In terms of sustainability, the pavilion incorporates advanced design and construction methods, including the reusability of tiles and biodegradable resin printing, and the spatial and experiential concept design approach is centered on what can be done for the future of children.

Founded in Nagano in 1736, Yawataya Isogoro is a long-established company that has created the image that "Shichimi is the best Shinshu souvenir." As part of the commemorative project for the 100th anniversary of the sale of canned shichimi in 2024, the company renovated its confectionery manufacturing workshop and warehouse to open a research and development site for shichimi togarashi. The new facility will function as a business negotiation lounge and test kitchen for B2B collaborative products, a hub for interaction between customers and employees, and a showroom.

福岡県北西部に位置する鞍手町（くらてまち）はかつて九州・筑豊炭田の一角を担うことで発展していきました。本施設は鞍手町の炭鉱の歴史を「体験」を通じて学ぶことができる博物館です。展示構成は、導入部の「年表」、暗闇を用いて演出した「坑道再現」、採炭現場の「ジオラマ再現」、そして当時の労働者や記録者による談話を撮影・編集した「語り部」と、大きく4つのゾーンに分かれています。260㎡という限られた展示面積を最大限生かしながら、各ゾーンに特徴を持たせることで、来館者にさまざまなアプローチで訴えかけ、興味を持ってもらえるよう設計しました。

静岡県の伊豆半島西部に位置する旅館の改修計画です。万葉集に詠われた「明けてしまうのが惜しい、素晴らしい夜」に由来する「あたら夜 西伊豆」の第2期、第3期リニューアルのプロジェクトとなります。第1期ではスイートルームとバーを改修、今回の第2期で客室の改装をし、第3期でファサード・ロビー・ルーフトップテラス(足湯)・共用廊下・ライブキッチンを改装するなど、全面改修を当社で担当しました。若年層のカップルや夫婦でくつろげる心地よい広さの客室、足湯をしながらマシュマロを焼いて食べられるロビー、西伊豆の水平線を見ながら楽しめる足湯付きのルーフトップテラスという夜を楽しめる体験をつくり出しました。

建築設計からインテリアデザイン、外構デザインまで住宅1棟丸ごとの設計・デザインを行いました。敷地は目の前に日本海を望む土地で一帯には複雑に入り組んだリアス海岸が広がり、「洞門」と呼ばれるダイナミックな地形の景勝地として知られています。一方、周辺に目を向けてみると迷路のように入り組んだ路地が独特の街並みをつくり出しています。これは、北風が吹き抜けるのを防ぐために交差部がクランクした枡形構成というこの地域ならではの特色です。その特有の路地構成を1階平面に採り入れることで建築ボリュームを分節し周辺環境との調和を図っています。外観やエントランスホールはリアス海岸をモチーフとした地形のような構成となっており、南側からセットバックすることで街並みとの連続性を確保しています。一方、北側のファサードは周囲より1段立ち上げ、立体的な桝形構成のような形状とすることで北風が街へ吹き抜けるのを防ぐことを意図しています。外部仕上に関しては、下部が岩肌で上部に木が生い茂るリアス海岸の外観的特徴を建築にも呼応させるべく、下層には洗い出しによって骨材をあらわにした岩のようなコンクリートを、上層には杉板型枠による木目調のコンクリートを採用しました。表面に現れてくる骨材も杉板型枠材も共に地域で採取できる材料を利用しており、その土地ならではの素材による表情が、立地固有の情景を未来に紡いでいくことを期待しました。加えて、この2段構成は、内部空間の仕上げにも適用することで建築との統一感をつくり出し、内外の一体感の醸成にも貢献しています。

阪神・淡路大震災から30年が経過し、震災を経験していない世代が増える中、震災直後の1997年につくられた神戸港震災メモリアルパークの改修を行いました。震災時のまま保存されている遺構と復興した神戸の街を対比して展示することで、地震の恐ろしさと街を復興させた神戸の人々の力強さを象徴的に伝えています。展示をリニューアルするにあたり、震災を経験していない若い世代にも理解しやすい内容に展示を再構成すると共に、近年増加している外国人観光客の方に向けて、展示グラフィックや映像の多言語化も行いました。また新たな展示要素として、遺構の震災前・震災時・震災後の状況を比較できるARコンテンツも制作しました。国内外・年齢問わず多くの人々にこの場所を訪れていただき、震災の記憶と教訓を未来へ継承する場所としてあり続けることを目指し、リニューアルを行いました。

本ホテルは那覇市の国際通り近くに位置し、客室数は全88室です。4つのレストラン、プール、ジェットバス、サウナ、ジムなど、多様な空間を内包しています。沖縄ならではの多様な文化が融合したミックスカルチャーからインスピレーションを受け、ミッドセンチュリーモダンをデザインコンセプトとし、まるで昔からそこに建っていたかのような物語性のあるホテルを目指しました。

東日本大震災の被害からの地域医療の復興と、大規模情報化に対応した新たな医療の構築を目指す「東北大学東北メディカル・メガバンク機構（ToMMo）」では、医療情報とゲノム情報を複合させたバイオバンクを構築しています。これまで、同じ病気に対して同じ薬を飲んでも効く人と効かない人がいる違いなどは、詳細が解明できていないために“体質”といった曖昧な言葉で説明されてきました。しかし、ヒトゲノム解読完了以降、ゲノム配列の細かな個人差が“体質”の差を生みだすことがあることが徐々に明らかになってきました。ToMMoは東北で2013年からたくさんの人からさまざまな情報や血液などの生体試料を提供いただくコホート調査を行い、解析をして、日本人ゲノム情報を高精度かつ低コストで解析可能とする「ジャポニカアレイ®」という遺伝子解析ツールも開発してきました。次世代の医療をつくるためには、さらに大規模なデータを、広い世代に協力を募り、集めることが必要です。そのような活動を認知していただくため、ToMMoは仙台市科学館3階の「生活と科学 ～ワンダーサイエンスルーム～」に常設展示を設置しました。当社は展示の企画・デザインなどを担当しています。誰にでもわかりやすく伝えるため、来館者が小さくなって人の体内を旅するというストーリー性のあるグラフィックやタッチパネルゲームで、細胞やゲノムなどについて紹介し、ToMMoの目指す一人ひとりに合わせた次世代型医療についての紹介をしていきます。「世界で一人のあなた、違うことを大切に」という多くの人に向けたメッセージも表現しています。

富士フイルムビジネスイノベーション様の「Green Park FLOOP」は、大人の新たな発見と子どもの学びや自由な発想が循環する場として、さまざまな複合機関連の技術を体験しながら、環境問題や富士フイルムビジネスイノベーションの技術をわかりやすく学び、サステナブルな地球の未来を探究する体験型施設として2024年にオープンしました。4つの体験展示ゾーン（Studio、Technology、Think、Action）では、未来の街づくりや複合機技術、環境問題についてインタラクティブに学べます。併設のCafe＆Co-workは「循環」をコンセプトに環境配慮型メニューを提供しています。施設全体を通じて、同社の環境への取り組みや技術革新を表現しつつ、来場者がサステナブルな未来について考え、行動するきっかけを提供しています。大人から子どもまで楽しく学べる、地域に開かれた新しい学びの場を目指しました。

本施設は特別天然記念物“アマミノクロウサギ”の保護研究施設です。施設名の「くるぐる」はシマグチ（奄美の方言）で「黒々とした」という意味で、アマミノクロウサギの毛色と、命がぐるぐると循環するイメージを表しています。ここでは来館者がウサギのスケールになって夜の森を冒険することができます。急に飛び出してくる車や巨大な天敵に驚き、自分より背の高い草花をかき分けてブラックライトに反応する森の生き物たちを探していきます。ウサギの視点になることでその気持ちや恐れに気付き、共感を育むきっかけとなるよう設計しています。さらには、保護されたウサギの治療室を来館者に完全公開することで、交通事故などで怪我を負っている現実を提示し、奄美大島の自然に抱かれながら、保護したウサギを野生復帰まで見守り、人とウサギの共生について考える施設となっています。

仙台市にオープンしたマルハン仙台苦竹店内の「REVERSE AREA」は、パチンコホールの熱気とは対照的にくつろぎを感じることのできる、新感覚のレストスペースです。ホールの熱気とくつろぎの空間との組み合わせを連想させるものとして、サウナ・水風呂・外気浴の流れに着目し、癒しとリラックス効果のあるコンテンツを室内に採用しました。水の癒しを最大限感じられるコンテンツとして、水盤を揺らして波紋の揺らぎを空間に映し出す装置、瑞々しい森林香のアロマ、オリジナルヒーリングサウンド、椅子もリクライニングチェアとボウルタイプチェアを選定し、あらゆる感覚で“くつろぎ”に浸れる場所としました。当社は、企画・基本構想、デザイン・設計、制作・内装施工、什器制作、サイン・グラフィックデザイン業務を担当しています。
