〈プロジェクト概要文〉 2015年4月にオープンしたJR大阪駅直結の複合商業施設「LUCUA 1100]。『ギャップ、コントラスト、マリアージュ』をキーワードに、異ジャンル同士を組み合わせた様々な商品やSHOP同士を融合させた”新しい価値”を提案しています。大型リニューアルでありながらも、意匠上残せる部分は残しつつ、イメージが大幅に変えるデザインを行いました。当社は環境設計や内装監理業務でプロジェクトを推進させていただきました。  

【プロジェクト概要文】 ウェザーニューズ社が、社員が子育てと職場での活躍を両立できる環境づくりを目指し開設した企業内保育園「WNI RAIN KIDS HOUSE（呼称 WNIレインキッズハウス）」。この企業内保育園は、社員が安心して働ける環境づくりを目指し同社が入居する幕張テクノガーデンの敷地内に開設され、小学校6年生まで受け入れる学童スクールも併設しています。また、保育園の名称にある“RAIN”には、子どもたちにはRespectful（感謝の気持ち）、Adventurous（冒険心）、Independent（たくましさ）を育んでほしいとの願いが込められています。 同社からは、コンセプトを表現できる独自性のある空間設計と、保育所・学童ルームの併設という異年齢保育に対応した効率的な機能整備に対し要望をいただきました。当社は、プロジェクトメンバーを働く父親・母親で構成。育児経験を活かし、各クラスのネーミングや教育プログラムを想定した企画設計を行いました。“RAIN”を表現した空間、ロゴグラフィック・造形など細部にいたるまでウェザーニューズ社らしい独自性を追求し、チームＭと連携し安全や環境に配慮した設計施工も行っています。 【お客様の声】 ウェザーニューズならではの施設を作るために社内で様々なテーマやコンセプトを議論したが、その過程を含め乃村工藝社がうまく形にしてくださいました。例えば、ロゴマークのデザインとコンセプトはスタッフの心をつかむ内容であり、また創業日の天気図を床に描くという発想をいただいたのには感心し、採用させていただきました。乃村工藝社に幅広く提案をいただき、ウェザーニューズらしい素晴らしい企業内保育園を開設することができました。 【当社担当者】 営業・プロジェクトマネジメント：加古 晴彦 企画：磯崎 隆司 デザイン・設計：金子 睦 サイン・グラフィックデザイン：鈴木 不二絵 制作・施工：伊倉  学　・　遠藤　淳　・　船津　俊 アドバイザリースタッフ：チームM　（代表：松本 麻里)

<Project Overview> Sony Corporation renovated its employee cafeteria from an employee welfare perspective, with the aim of providing an environment where employees can better utilize their abilities. A buffet corner, "Buffet Island," and a "Relaxation Zone" were newly established in the Head Office employee cafeteria as spaces for "eating" and "resting," and our company assisted with the spatial concept design. Sony Corporation, which employs diverse employees and respects individual working styles, has made efforts to provide a wide variety of menu options and enhanced takeout options in "Buffet Island," and as a result of the renovation, the number of daily users has increased by approximately seven times. The "Relaxation Zone" is a functional space that employees can use as they wish, and is used not only for meals but also as a personal workspace, for communication among employees, and for refreshing oneself. <Our Representatives> Sales/Project Management: Yuko Abe design, layout: Kaoru Ueda Production/ construction: Jun Endo

<Project Overview> This project involved the complete renovation of Marui Imai and Sapporo Mitsukoshi department stores with the aim of transforming them into destination stores that offer absolute value and attract customers who make a special trip to visit. By deeply exploring the target customers and characteristics of the two stores and creating environments that best express their different values, a strong message was sent to customers. Our company was in charge of concept design direction that brought the project together, as well as the main sales areas and strategic restrooms, etc., and we realized the desired vision.

<Project Overview> Due to the aging of the facility's infrastructure and the need for replacement, and in response to declining sales due to changes in the surrounding commercial environment, a complete renovation was planned. Taking advantage of the excellent location inside the station, the merchandise was restructured, and based on the renovation concept of "New and Hakata-like," a large-scale renovation project, the first in 26 years, was carried out with a unified Japanese modern concept design image. Our company assisted with the overall environment concept design, planning, construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing. <Customer Feedback> The renovation concept was expressed through the greening symbolized in the Maing Plaza, the hanging wall concept design with a motif of Hakata weaving, the different spatial designs in each zone, and the double ceiling and warm interior lighting that give an impression of "Japanese modern."

[Project Overview] This project involved interiors design of a comprehensive medical and beauty building consisting of 12 floors. The interior concept design concept was "a sense of 'fluctuation' that people find comfortable." By incorporating elements of fluctuation such as "water ripples," "movement of light," and "sunlight filtering through trees" into concept design while utilizing the existing architecture, a new standard for a medical facility was established, reminiscent of a high-quality spa. The Saga Prefectural Space Science Museum "Yumeginga" was established in 1999 as a communication facility connecting people and science. Since 2006, our company has been the representative of the "designated manager," and currently operates it jointly with Mabec Co., Ltd. The concept is to "nurture children's scientific spirit," "convey the wonder of discovery and creation," and "discover and recognize a comprehensive understanding of space, Earth, and Saga, and their relationship to oneself." Along with displays that enhance learning, we have planned displays that cater to tourists and are noteworthy enough to be shared nationwide. The facility has three zones: the "Saga Discovery Zone," the "Earth Discovery Zone," and the "Space Discovery Zone," and our company was in charge of all zones when it opened. Over the course of a quarter of a century since its opening, the "Earth Discovery Zone" underwent a complete renovation, and in 2024, the "Space Discovery Zone" underwent a complete renovation. The concept for the renovation of the "Space Discovery Zone," which is full of excitement like the stars in space, is "A long journey to space." This exhibition connects two perspectives—space science, which seeks to unravel the mysteries of the universe, and space activities, in which humanity challenges itself to explore space—through the theme of "life." The entire displays space grandly depicts where our lives originate, where we are headed, and how we interact with the universe. Furthermore, the aim is to create displays experience that makes the universe feel closer and broadens visitors' perspectives, leading them to the two existing zones on other floors.

【Project Overview】 "Grand Emio Oizumi Gakuen" has opened in the lower part of the urban redevelopment "Rismo Oizumi Gakuen" in the north exit area of Oizumi Gakuen. It is a commercial complex with the themes of "food", "gathering" × "culture" consisting of four floors from the first to the third basement floor directly connected to Oizumi Gakuen Station× It consists of 28 stores, including a supermarket on the first basement floor, a café and fresh flowers on the first floor, a bakery and fashion on the second floor, and a restaurant, bookstore, and music class on the third floor. The concept of environmental design is a city living room where you can have a "live marche" for adults and a petit "luxury". The environmental design consists of a mix of natural materials, simple concept design, natural light pouring from the atrium and a soft lighting plan. 【Customer's voice】 I hope that you fully understood the concept of business and architecture, and designed a business environment that is simple but natural and high-quality, suitable for this area. A bookstore on the 4th floor of LaLaport Ebina, a shopping center directly connected to the west exit of Ebina Station on the JR Sagami Line. With a rich and fresh product lineup, diverse proposals, and events that create unexpected encounters, we aim to be a store that will be a "spice" in our customers' lives and will be patronized for 10 or 20 years.

[Project Overview] Tokyo Station, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in December 2014, has continued to develop and engrave its history alongside Tokyo's Marunouchi area, one of Japan's leading business districts. With the development of the Tokyo Station Marunouchi Plaza and the redevelopment of the surrounding area progressing, its evolution is moving towards the next 100 years. In 2015, with the wish to illuminate the future brightly from Tokyo's Marunouchi area, the heart of Japan, the "Tokyo Michiterasu 2015" celebration of light was held. Our company assisted with the special illumination of the Tokyo Station Marunouchi building using "traditional Japanese colors" and the illuminated promenade on Gyoko-dori. In the illuminated promenade, visitors were enveloped in light through sculptural illuminations and tree lighting, and the integrated presentation with the station building created a high-quality and dignified space befitting Japan's gateway. In a survey on light-ups/illuminations conducted by the Japan Event Industry Promotion Association on February 10, 2016, the special light-up of the Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building was selected as the number one light-up/illumination event that people would like to see in the future. Hakone Sengokuhara Prince Hotel (formerly Hotel Ohakone), which opened in 1992, has undergone its first renovation. concept design concept is "relaxation x sparkle x intellect." The interior, concept design with "Hakone marquetry" as a motif, features a luxurious restaurant, an open-air bath where guests can experience the magnificent nature, and two guest room buildings themed around "kodachi" (the impression of the beautiful trees of Hakone Mountain) and "Hikari" (angelica blooming on the plateau and the glittering pampas grass of Sengokuhara), creating a space where guests can feel both nature and intellect. In this project, which has been reborn as a unique modern hot spring resort that resonates with nature in Hakone, one of Japan's leading hot spring areas, our company assisted with everything from the basic concept to design, layout, production, and construction.

[Project Overview] Alpen Co., Ltd. is the largest sports retailer in Japan. Its sales are supported by its own brand products. In order to make its private label products even more innovative, the company gathered its own designers on one floor and created a "co-creation floor" with the floor concept of "gathering and creating." This floor is a place where people can gather, talk, inspire each other, empathize with each other, and create new things together. [Customer Feedback] Because it combines concept design and practicality, I feel that it is not only a stylish space but also a floor equipped with facilities and functions suitable for each task. The desks are arranged randomly, so the whole space feels very open. There is a standing meeting space in the center, which is very convenient when working on projects that involve multiple groups, and we use it often. I also feel that the detailed allocation of electrical wiring has an effect on saving energy.

[Project Overview] The Osaka International Peace Center has been renovated for the first time in 25 years with the theme of "Thinking Together, Creating the Future Together," with the aim of conveying the history of war and the importance of life. Based on the idea of "looking back on past history while opening the door to a better future" from the perspective of "past, present, and future," displays was concept design to "resonate with the heart" so that the message of "peace" can be intuitively conveyed to young people and children who will bear the future. Our company assisted with the basic concept, design, layout, construction, and construction supervision. Sangetsu Tokyo showroom relocation and renovation project. The showroom, which has been expanded to a total area of 600 tsubo, which is about 1.5 times the area of the previous model, has been renovated into a lifestyle proposal showroom full of "fun to see", "fun to choose", and "fun to combine" under the theme of "GOOD LIFE CLOSET", and it is a space that can be freely selected and styled, and is a space that reminds you of your interior closet. <Project Description> This is the first exhibition for "NARUTO," a manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" that has garnered immense support both domestically and internationally. The exhibition features original artwork displays designed to be impressive, three video presentations including one with a giant V-shaped screen to enhance immersion, and iconic scenes combined with large-scale graphics, giant sculptures, and character models to dynamically express the world of the manga.
