Tower Eleven Baseball, a new facility in ESCON FIELD HOKKAIDO, is the first baseball amusement area in Japan where you can not only experience baseball activity games in the stadium, but also taste delicious gourmet food that is essential for watching baseball and see baseball-related displays. It is open even on non-game days, so you can enjoy it anytime without making a reservation. Our company was in charge of research, planning and basic concept, design, layout, interiors and displays production construction, environmental features, and sign and graphic concept design. Batting, pitching, and toss batting are various baseball games that make full use of the latest virtual reality technology. There are four difficulty levels for batting, which can be played by elementary school students and above, and it can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced players alike. The pitching speed is also displayed when you throw into the zone indicated by the catcher. Toss batting is a game where you can hit a ball thrown from below, making it a casual game to play.

This is a renovation project for the Courtyard Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel. As a turning point since its opening, this project aims to evolve the hotel into a new one, including improving comfort and planning distinctive hotel restaurants. The plan is to maintain the hotel's appeal as a full-service hotel with accommodation, banquet, and restaurant functions, while capturing the inbound demand that will recover after COVID-19, and to upgrade both its functionality and concept design. For the first time since its opening, the entire hotel was closed and a major renovation was carried out. The renovation was based on the concept of "GINZA CONTRAST," and the duality of Ginza's unique charm is that it is "a town with a glamorous and royal feel for enjoying special occasions such as sightseeing, theater, and shopping," and "a town with the benefits of being used as a matter of course that fits into your daily life and accompanies your life." While valuing the combination of both, we proposed a new way to enjoy and spend time at the hotel, where visitors can freely and easily move between "work" and "play," "friends" and "yourself," and "travel" and "life," without clearly separating them. Our company was in charge of restaurant development, tenant leasing, interiors design and design supervision for the guest rooms, restaurant and bar, as well as interiors construction.

Meiji Park is the first metropolitan park to utilize the public installation and management system (Park-PFI) under the Urban Parks Act, and opened in October 2023. The project site is approximately 1.6 hectares of the front yard space of the National Stadium, and the new park is being developed, managed, and operated by Tokyo Legacy Parks Co., Ltd., a consortium of six companies, of which Tokyo Tatemono is the representative constituent organization. We were consulted by Tokyo Tatemono in 2021 and were responsible for the overall planning direction and architectural design supervision. We discussed with the client how to create a new park that embodies the concept of "creating a park that will become a legacy of the city of Tokyo that we can be proud of in the world," and were involved in creating a new park life that meets diverse needs such as well-being and diversity. The park has three plazas, including the approximately 1,000 m2 lawn plaza "Hope Plaza" and the "Michi Plaza" that incorporates a waterscape based on the Shibuya River, as well as the approximately 7,500 m2 wooded area "Pride Forest." Additionally, five retail buildings, which were selected through public competition, have been placed in the park to improve convenience for park users and create a lively atmosphere. Currently, each building is home to cafes, relaxation facilities, restaurants, outdoor activity shops, and more. We were also in charge of the business planning and construction (excluding the sauna area) of the first store of "TOTOPA," an urban spa facility newly developed by the Tokyo Tatemono Group*. Located on the second and third floors of store building A, it features a sauna, a cold bath with a depth of approximately 160 cm, a fitness area, various lounges, and more. *Operator and developer: Tokyo Tatemono, operation: Tokyo Tatemono Resorts

HOKURIKU+ is an information hub for Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui. It is directly connected to the west exit of JR Osaka Station and features a sales space, a standing bar space where you can enjoy local sake and snacks from each prefecture, a tourist information space, and an event space that showcases the seasons. In addition to design, layout planning to construction phases, we were also in charge of the logo and its manual, the carefully crafted store introduction video, and the VMD (visual merchandising) proposal for the first year of opening.

大阪府河内長野市の長野商店街にある空き地に、かつてのにぎわいを取り戻し、市民一人ひとりの生活をより豊かにすることを目指し、地域・行政・企業が協力して取り組む私設公園「AKICHIDE PARK（アキチデ パーク）」がオープンしました。当社は、R&D活動の一環として、このプロジェクトの主旨に賛同し、「河内長野駅前再生会議」に連携企業として参画しました。AKICHIDE PARKの開園に向け、企画・基本構想、空間デザイン監修、協賛、イベントの企画運営協力などの多岐にわたるプロセスに主体的に関与しながら、他の連携企業と共に協力し、開園後の現在も活性化に取り組んでいます。

食料・水・環境の事業領域で、社会課題の解決をミッションとするクボタ様は、北海道ボールパーク内に“食と農業”の魅力・可能性を楽しくおいしく学ぶ農業学習施設を開設しました。本施設では、子どもをメインターゲットとし、あらゆる人が未来のために共に学び、考える場所をコンセプトとし、食と農業が抱える課題解決に大切な3つのカギをめぐる体験ストーリーが構築されています。特に小学校4年生以上の児童・学生を対象とした「AGRI QUEST（アグリクエスト）コース」では、農業経営者の一人となりチームで取り組むことで農業経営の面白さと多様性を学んだり、「TECH LAB」では最先端のスマート農業や植物工場に触れることで、アグリテックの重要性を体感できます。また、こだわりの食材を使ったメニューを提供するカフェも併設されています。当社グループは企画・設計・制作施工にとどまらず、施設運営、カフェ運営、イベント装飾といった幅広いソリューションを提供しました。

「駆けぬける歓び」という、BMW様のスローガンを、ラグジュアリーな空間で体現するブランド・ストア「FREUDE by BMW」が麻布台ヒルズに誕生しました。本店舗は、最新車両モデルの展示や日本とドイツの食文化を融合させたカフェをはじめ、日本初導入となるBMW STUDIOアパレルコレクションが購入できるリテールコーナーや、ブランドの世界観を体感できるラウンジとアトリエで構成され、BMWの多彩な世界に没入できる洗練された空間となっています。また、併設する完全予約制の日本食レストランでは、よりエクスクルーシブな体験をすることができます。施設コンセプトである「人生に、駆けぬける歓びを」を、ブランドのフィロソフィーと共に発信し、BMWと共に歩む人生を思い描ける、新たな情報発信拠点となっています。

江戸から続く粋な文化である“蕎麦前”を楽しめる、東京・恵比寿の蕎麦屋「蕎麦いっこん」のプロジェクトです。オープンキッチンを中心としたレイアウトで「モダン×民藝」をテーマとした飲食店です。立地はサッポロ不動産開発様が開発するビル「Sreed EBISU＋C」の1・2階にあり、約200㎡の店舗面積を有しています。当社はインテリア全般のデザインと基本設計、デザイン監修を担当しました。

軽井沢の西側に位置する追分エリアは、旧軽井沢の古きよき避暑地の趣とは異なり、御影用水がゆったりと流れ、明るく開放的な雰囲気で人気を集めており、本邸宅は浅間山を望む用水路沿いに佇む平屋の別荘です。スキーを趣味とするオーナーが、冬季に仲間たちと使うスキーハウスとして建てられ、オーナーが天然石を好きなことから、別荘にふさわしい石の使い方を模索しました。住宅は滞在時間が長いため、豪華さや装飾で目を引くのではなく、時間経過に伴い空間への解像度が高まり、ふと天然石の異なる表情や魅力に気付くような使い方ができないかと考えました。中でもとりわけシンボリックなスペースとなるのが、2つの天然石を組み合わせたキッチンです。玄関ホールから廊下を抜けると、正面にダイナミックなキッチンが迎えてくれます。ダイニングテーブルは、あえて設けず、カウンターとダイニングテーブルを一体化することで、キッチンが際立ち、リビング・ダイニング・キッチンの中でまるでステージのような象徴的な存在となっています。

「Jeddah Events Calendar」（以下JEC）は中東サウジアラビアの第2の都市ジェッダで行われる国家戦略の一環であるエンターテインメントイベントです。世界的なアーティストによる音楽ライブやジェットコースターなどのアトラクション、さまざまなレストランやショップに加え、同国で非常に人気の高い日本のアニメやマンガをはじめ、日本文化を伝える「Anime Village」が集客の柱の一つとなっています。当社は、Avex Asia Pte. Ltd.様と共に初期の企画から全体のプロジェクトマネジメント、デザイン、設計、ソフト制作、現地の設計監修まで担当しました。

フードホール「FOOD STADIUM TOKYO」（フードスタヂアムトーキョー）は、東京ドームシティの黄色いビル2階にオープンした、エンタメ×フードホールを実現する飲食施設です。JR水道橋駅から徒歩2分の距離に位置し、地域の新たな集客施設を目指して企画されました。当社は企画構想、リーシング協力、デザイン・環境部設計、施工および内装監理業務を担当しました。フードホール内は、照明を落としてネオンが光る大人がお酒を楽しめる空間を演出。また、館内に設置した巨大LEDビジョンと大小多数のモニターでは、スポーツやエンタメコンテンツを放映します。エンターテインメントシティならではの臨場感、わくわく感を感じながら、約480のさまざまな客席から自由に選べるスタイルで、11店舗の多種多様なグルメを提供しています。

「KAMEOKA VIRTUAL HISTORIA」は、亀岡市文化資料館が所蔵する文化財をはじめ、市内各地の伝統芸能・祭事・風習・自然などの歴史文化資源を再現したメタバース空間です。現在は見られない⻲山城天守や御殿などの江戸時代の亀岡の街並みを舞台に、各所にちりばめられた歴史資料を集めることで、参加者は地域にまつわる歴史に触れることができます。アプリなどのインストールは必要とせず、手持ちのデバイスから誰でも手軽にアクセス可能です。

本プロジェクトは、東急株式会社様の渋谷駅東側エリア市街地再開発事業で、渋谷と青山をつなぐ新たなランドマークビルを誕生させるもので、当社は、コンサルティング、リーシング、内装監理から、什器制作、制作・内装施工、デザインクライテリア業務を担当しました。「渋谷アクシュ」という名称には、青山（AOYAMA）と渋谷（SHIBUYA）の街をつなぎ（Ⅹ：交差する）、多種多様な人々が行き交う場所で、交流を誘発する施設になっていきたいという想いを、また、あいさつや友好のしるしである「握手（アクシュ）」の意味から、異なる人々や文化がこの場所でつながり・交じり合い、そこから新たな価値が生まれていく様子を表現しました。渋谷アクシュが位置する渋谷駅東口エリアの渋谷駅から青山方面へと続く地域（以下、青渋）は、幹線道路に囲まれ、周辺エリアとの円滑な回遊が妨げられてきたことやオフィス中心のエリアということもあり、人々が集い、にぎわいが生まれる場所が不足しているという課題がありました。そこで、本ビルは「TSUNAGI-BA」をコンセプトに、渋谷二丁目の飲食ゾーンと青山の文教エリアとのつながりを生かし、渋谷を代表するエリアの奥渋や渋南などに続く “青渋”のアイコンになることを目指しています。本ビルは1階から4階は商業施設、5階から23階はオフィスで構成されています。新業態やエリア初出店を含む飲食店、アートギャラリー、健診センターなど15店舗が出店する商業フロアにより、これまで通り道だった青渋エリアが、ひと時の休憩や食事を楽しむことができる交流の場となります。

MIRAI-Bitは、日本科学未来館が2023年11月にリニューアルオープンした常設展示のうち、誰にでも訪れる老いを疑似体験できる「老いパーク」、ロボットと人が共に暮らす未来をテーマとした「ナナイロクエスト」、地球環境に関する「プラネタリー・クライシス」に関連する一部のコンテンツを個人の端末でオンライン体験できるサイトです。また、全国の科学館などからもMIRAI-Bitを体験することができるよう、各地で巡回展を行っています。当社はコンテンツ制作ならびに巡回用の展示什器の設計施工を担当しました。

主要空港に、旅行用品や雑貨などの販売店を展開する「トコ―プラス」の福岡空港出店プロジェクトです。福岡空港国際線の出発フロアという立地に対し、旅先への準備のための各種トラベルグッズを取り揃え、安心と楽しさを届けながら、「UPLIFTING FEELING」というコンセプトのもと、高揚感の演出につながる空間デザインを実現しました。
