"Marunouchi Street Park" has been running in Tokyo's Marunouchi Nakadori since 2019 as a demonstration experiment of future area management that transforms "road space" into a comfortable "urban park space." Based on the concept of "Popping Summer Street - Marunouchi Nakadori where visitors can feel the summer and get excited," verification items included collaboration with initiatives that are in line with the times and trends, such as rugby and SDGs, setting up tables equipped with wind and solar power generation capabilities, and creating a venue for musical performances that involves local workers and visitors.

This is the concept design and planning work for the Kuwait store of "%ARABICA", a coffee shop brand from Kyoto. The store is located in a place overlooking the Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium, the largest stadium in Kuwait, which can accommodate 60,000 people and is used for international competitions. Therefore, we focused on the rare location where the stadium, a landmark that characterizes the surrounding area, can be dynamically viewed directly from inside the store, and reflected this in the spatial concept design. We extracted the three elements that characterize the stadium - the "oval shape" of the exterior, the "membrane roof" that keeps out rain and wind while letting in a moderate amount of natural light, and the "framework" that is lightweight and also serves as a structure - and incorporated them into the space to create an affinity.

This is the design, layout work for the first Philippine store (Manila) of "%ARABICA", a coffee shop brand from Kyoto that has cafes all over the world. Since they have cafes in various countries around the world, they are required to incorporate the elements and culture of the place into the space to create a unique store. This store has a futuristic space that shows the future of Manila, which continues to develop in Asian countries with growing economies. In order to guide customers to the back of the store, a three-dimensional curved mirrored counter is placed to match the gently curving shape of the long and narrow site. The floor and walls are also made of the same material, which reflects the entire space and echoes the shape of the counter, creating a futuristic spaceship-like composition that suggests the near future of Manila.

This is a head office expansion project for Kasumigaseki Capital, a company that engages in natural energy businesses, apartment hotels, logistics facility development, and healthcare-related facility development. The Hospitality and Culture Division office was expanded at the head office, which was relocated in 2020. As an office for the hotel business, it aims to increase productivity by providing a space that stimulates creativity and generates new ideas, as well as functionality that allows employees to imagine actual hotel operations.

The Realize Group, which develops various businesses, mainly in the fund business, has established a new company called SUUTA, which operates a rental platform. SUUTA aims to shift all things from "consumption" to "recycling," proposing a light lifestyle of "living without possessions" from the user's perspective, while from the seller's perspective, it conveys a new value in which everything you own can become an investment target. In the company's new office, the aim was to create a space where each employee could experience "what it means for things to circulate and increase in value" while working, deepening their understanding of the company's business and making it their own as a user.

This facility is the first 3D printer store in Japan, the first for general sales and the first for commercial use, and uses Japan's first 3D printer housing construction technology. The purpose is to provide advanced training and relaxation for an extraordinary experience. The operating company is Cascade Tokyo, which provides medical and nursing care services, and uses the development technology of its partner Selenium Disk, the first company in Japan to commercialize 3D printer housing. This time, our company is in charge of creative production using technology, from research, concept design, and consulting to exhibit execution. We aimed to create a treatment space that combines advanced technology and concept design, so that this project will serve as a stepping stone for the development of future treatment centers.

This is a project for a cafe to be installed on the first floor of Menicon's new head office building. As we aimed to create a highly original cafe, our company was in charge of planning the cafe, developing the business format, construction and constructing the store, and building the management system. In addition to a menu of eye-catching deli gelato and aromatic coffee, mini concerts will be held around a piano set up in the center of the cafe area, and a monitor will be set up to show a movie that expresses the facility's concept, making it a place that can be enjoyed with all five senses.

Square JS is a complex of facilities operated by Nippon Sosaku Seikatsu. Square JS is conducting "Thermo Experiment displays" to capture and record the differences in the thermal insulation properties of living rooms depending on the materials and construction methods used. While many customers visit this facility based on the keyword "danchi" (housing complex), including condominium management companies, housing supply public corporations, and local government officials, displays's technical content made it difficult to fully understand the facility. Through this video, we show how the thermal environment in living rooms has improved due to changes in the times, construction methods, and materials, and then show the actual space so that people can understand the complex displays content smoothly. Video Story: Showa 40's. Gaku, a curious elementary school student, learns about the thermal insulation of living rooms from his father, Kiyoshi, who designed the apartment complex, and becomes interested in future research and improvements. Then, the space twists and you slip back in time to 202X. Kiyo is very excited about the future space. Students learn that the temperature of living room space changes depending on materials and construction methods. When he returned to Showa, his mother Keiko prepared meals and waited for them to return. They enjoyed the happy family reunion while imagining the future of learning.

Amu Plaza Nagasaki Shinkan is a new large-scale commercial facility planned to open in November 2023 in conjunction with the opening of the West Kyushu Shinkansen. As the land gateway to Nagasaki, an international tourist city, it will create new liveliness and interaction. We participated in the planning and development phase from the supervision of the architectural plan, and were in charge of the environment of the commercial zone design, layout and construction (in part), following "Nagasaki Kaido Kamome Ichiba".

This is the first urban condominium of "NOT A HOTEL", a villa that can be purchased from 10 nights per year. We were in charge of the interior concept concept design and master plan. Overall supervision was by Kundo Koyama, and the concept was to enjoy "the blank space in life", with eight types of spacious rooms, all over 100 square meters and with a balcony. Each room has a unified yet different concept and concept design.

This was the Kyoto headquarters office concept design project for World Brands Collection Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. (Wealth Management Group). We concept design the visitor area as a hospitality area so that it could be easily used as an office for the hotel management company.

This is a relocation project for Sony Store Sapporo. Five years have passed since we first opened in Sapporo in 2017, and we have moved to the third floor of the complex "moyuk SAPPORO" in the center of Sapporo, and will have a grand opening on Thursday, July 20, 2023. did. We continue to evolve daily with new initiatives such as the "Video Experience Corner".

In this pavilion, which was completed in KidZania Fukuoka, children will become "spatial designers" and learn about spatial creation, then use dinosaur models to concept design the space of the dinosaur museum. They will launch 3D data on a tablet and think about the spatial effects such as the background, floor, and lighting of displays. At the end, they will give a presentation about the space they concept design, and the completed displays area can be seen in a walk-through video that gives a realistic feeling as if they are actually walking through the museum. KCJ GROUP Co., Ltd. and our company aim to have children, who will lead the future, learn the joy of "imagining" and "creating" displays area through their experience in this pavilion, and to develop an interest in creative work and the ability to open up various possibilities with new thoughts and ideas.

We were in charge of renovating Cross Dine, an all-day dining restaurant with a popular buffet in the Hotel Metropolitan. While maintaining the main concept since its opening, "Cross over dining," an international food crossroads by specialized chefs of Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine, we adopted a new concept design concept of "CASA VALLEY," which means a house with a large roof. The lively open kitchen has been upgraded as a "show kitchen," and the restaurant has been reborn as an open modern living and dining room with a large roof, with the kitchen at its center. The imposing pillars supporting the high ceiling give off a calm, woody warmth. The pendant lights, chandeliers and brackets hanging from the ceiling emit warm light, creating a comfortable atmosphere like a home that always welcomes you. In order to allow customers with different purposes and numbers to use the space comfortably, we have created three styles: DINING AREA, SALON STYLE AREA, and GARDEN LIVING AREA.

This is the third phase of the renovation of the tour facility at Nikka Whisky's Yoichi Distillery, which will celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2024. In addition to renovating the aging displays explanations in the entrance hall of the Taketsuru House, we were also in charge of installing new guide signs for the visitor parking lot, renovating the guide signs for existing facilities, and building a new monument at the photo spot to make it easier for visitors to tour the premises.
