"KAMEOKA VIRTUAL HISTORIA" is a metaverse space that recreates historical and cultural resources such as traditional performing arts, festivals, customs, and nature from all over the city, including cultural assets owned by the Kameoka City Cultural Museum. Participants can experience the history of the region by collecting historical materials scattered throughout the city, set in the streets of Kameoka from the Edo period, including the Kameyama Castle tower and palace, which can no longer be seen today. There is no need to install an app or anything else, and anyone can easily access it from their own device.

Miraikan, the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation, opened new permanent displays in November 2023, with the theme of "robots," "Hello! Robot" and "Nanairo Quest - A story of the future of living with robots." "Hello! Robot" is displays allows visitors to imagine living with various robots in the future and discover new possibilities through interacting with robots and introducing the latest robotics research. "Nanairo Quest" is an exhibition where visitors explore displays space using a dedicated tablet to solve problems that occur in "Nanairo City," a futuristic town where people and robots live together, and learn about various ways of interacting with robots and gain new insights through conversations with residents and information about robots active in the town. We were in charge of schematic design displays working drawings, and construction. We were also in charge of the design and construction of "Nobel Q," which was renovated in September 2023.

"CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY" is an entertainment facility that combines motorsports and technology, with the largest urban circuit in Japan centered on EV (electric) karts and the only circuit course in Tokyo's 23 wards. This facility uses dedicated EV racing karts and simulators to provide a full-scale urban racing experience on outdoor and indoor courses. The indoor course is a space where motorsport fans and families can enjoy all day long, in addition to productions that utilize projection mapping. Our mission is to deliver a new urban circuit experience to everyone by utilizing EVs and other technologies, promote well-being through next-generation mobility, and contribute to the SDGs by realizing a sustainable society using EVs. As a joint planning company, we handle a wide range of areas, from business planning to adding value after operation. In the future, we will work with TOM'S to expand this business nationwide in order to expand mobility entertainment.

This new office project has as its theme "people and companies create waves (resonance, sympathy) with each other, and grow into big waves (influence)." To express Careritz Technologies' determination to "continue to be an innovative, creative, and ever-growing company," we layered the image of water spreading and moving like ripples in concept design, using the transparency of water and its unexpectedness in changing into various colors and shapes.

As part of vitalization business for the redevelopment of Senri Central Park, we renovated the architecture, interiors, and landscape of the former park management office, and planned a facility that would be thought up and created together with local residents about Senri Central Park. Based on the concept of PLAY 1OOORE SCENES' "three O's" (Open, Ordinary, Organic), our company is involved in the design, layout, construction, and operation of the park vitalization business "SEN℃," a cafe where you can enjoy the unique experience of the park, the mini-shop "PARK LAWSON Senri Store," and the community space "LABO." As part of our efforts with local residents, we held and operated events such as "Find a Color, Make a Color" and "Paint the Whole Building," where we colored the exterior walls of the lab building with colors found in the park, creating value that can only be found here.

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has opened a new concept design presentation hall that combines real and digital in its Global concept design Center in Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture. The hall is equipped with a curved 24K LED screen, a full-color ceiling screen, remote lighting technology, a 7.1ch sound system, and other features, making it possible to reproduce with high precision the various environments in which customers around the world actually use cars. The aim is to develop products that meet diverse needs in a more timely manner by digitalizing concept design process. We were in charge of the design, structural calculations, interiors construction, and the full-color ceiling screen. Time-based changes in light, weather, and natural elements can be reproduced in real time with a high sense of realism and immersion, making it possible to verify and check models created digitally in various market environments.

As a symbolic project to improve the value of the Tobu Skytree Line, a commercial facility called "TOBU icourt" has opened in the Dokkyo University area. The facility is based on the concept of a place that offers "a comfortable life for everyone that satisfies the five senses of body and mind". Taking advantage of the characteristics of the area, which is home to educational and cultural facilities such as Dokkyo University and Matsubara Danchi Memorial Park, the facility has opened a total of 24 stores that meet the daily needs of diversifying lifestyles, including a major supermarket that offers food lifestyle suggestions. In addition, the facility will play a role as a base for promoting urban development that enhances the appeal of the area while further collaborating with the local government, residents, universities, and other local parties. It aims to continue to liven up the area through new connections born from exchanges through events with the facility, such as holding events in the adjacent park. We were in charge of the development planning, leasing, concept design /design supervision, facility naming, and logo development for this facility.

Benoit Niant Ginza is a chocolate brand created by Kaneka Corporation. The store is the first flagship store in Japan for the chocolate brand Benoit Niant, which was launched in 2005 by Belgian cacao craftsman Benoit Niant, a former engineer. It is a place to acquire new fans in Japan and also functions as a base for Kaneka to promote the brand. Benoit Niant is known for its single-origin chocolates made from cacao from a single farm and variety, and produces everything from roasting to the finished product in its own workshop. The spirit and philosophy of "CRAFTSMANSHIP," born from the desire to be a "cacao craftsman" before being a chocolatier, was reflected in concept design of this shop. concept design elements were extracted from the scenery of a Belgian workshop, and colors and textures such as the blue of the conching machine and the bronze of the scales were incorporated as concept design elements to set new key colors for the brand in Japan. In addition, Kaneka's product "Kaneka Organic Light Emitting Diode (Kaneka OLED Lighting)" was used for the interior lighting, adding the function of a showroom. Kaneka OLED Lighting is characterized by its soft light emitted from a surface and the fact that it is unlikely to cast shadows on objects. We concept design a space that serves two purposes: as a chocolate shop and as a lighting showroom.

"SOSiLA" is a new brand of logistics facilities that connects people and society. The themes are efficiency of logistics, consideration for the environment, safety and BCP support, and amenity for a comfortable working environment, and Narashino Akanehama Building No. 2 was the brand's first renovation project. We were in charge of planning from the concept onwards, as well as the design and construction of the approach, vestibules, and elevator hall.

This is a renewal project for Tobu Skytree Line's "Asakusa Station" and Tobu Nikko Line's "Tobu Nikko Station" in line with the start of Tobu Railway's new limited express train, Spacia X. The project's concept is "connecting," and the aim is to create a connection between the space before boarding the Spacia X and after disembarking. The concept of "connecting" also has several overlapping meanings, such as "connecting" to the journey of Nikko, "connecting the old and new station building concept design," "connecting the history and culture of the area along the line to the future," and "connecting the skills and thoughts of the creators to the users." As a station building concept design that embodies "connecting," it actively uses materials from Tochigi Prefecture and incorporates motifs from the nature, history, and culture of Nikko into concept design, aiming for "environmental conservation" and "cultural dissemination" of the area along the line as a new initiative of Tobu Railway. In order to communicate this initiative, we were also in charge of producing graphic posters with the theme of "connecting," which were displays in the Asakusa Station and Tobu Nikko Station premises.

This is a yogurt manufacturing building that was newly constructed at the Tone Factory in 2019. This project includes a factory tour facility where children can have fun while deepening their understanding of milk and dairy products that are familiar to them, as well as learning about the efforts to ensure food safety and environmentally friendly initiatives to achieve the SDGs. We were responsible for the total production, from the facility concept to the spatial concept design, displays design and production, and various content production including the concept movie.

For JR Nagoya Takashimaya's June 2023 full-store promotion "LIFE + DESIGN - Creative Living, Discover and Expand," we were in charge of the logo, visual, interiors concept design, and sales promotion planning (appearing at the Creators Talk Show), and produced the entire store.

The all-day dining restaurant "Balcony by 6th," based on the concept of "a balcony in the city," and the bar lounge "The Lovers' Lounge" for "lovers" have opened on the third floor of Azabudai Hills Tower Plaza. The long-loved "6th by Oriental Hotel" in Yurakucho has been reborn as a comfortable dining space that is more accessible to many people, with the theme of inheriting history and harmonizing with the new city. "Balcony by 6th" has an open and comfortable terrace overlooking the Azabudai Hills area, and a botanical atmosphere, offering a unique view of greenery blending into the city. This all-day dining restaurant with about 200 seats can be used for lunch, cafe, dinner, and bar, and serves Italian-based international cuisine created in an open kitchen. The "classical and oriental" taste reminiscent of "6th by Oriental Hotel" has been reinterpreted. A variety of places have been created by incorporating the elements and colors of the surrounding environment, providing a relaxing place where users can enjoy themselves freely according to the situation. The Lovers' Lounge is a bar lounge for lovers. It is adjacent to Balcony by 6th and is a place of relaxation where you can think and talk about the things you like as much as you like. It is a place to meet before a meal or spend some time after a meal, and you can casually enjoy a glass of carefully selected Japanese whiskey from all over the country and a wide variety of signature cocktails. The interior of the store, where you can enjoy carefully selected cocktails and whiskey in a rare, relaxed space within a commercial facility, also has an antique aspect, as some of the interior was used in 6th by Oriental Hotel.

This is a renewal project for the Seibu Railway's Toshimaen Station and Ikebukuro Station in conjunction with the opening of Studio Tour Tokyo (Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter), which was built on the site of the former Toshimaen. ■Toshimaen Station Based on the concept of "a station where imagination blends into everyday life," the station building has a simple concept design reminiscent of a gate connecting everyday and extraordinary spaces, with added features that allow you to feel the world of magic. The pillars on the platform, station sign, vending machines, etc. have been renovated to a red-based design reminiscent of Hogsmeade Station, which leads to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In addition, the glass surface at the top of the facade is used to display see-through LED images that change depending on the time of day and season, creating a floating, magical atmosphere. In addition, as a legacy of Toshimaen, which closed in August 2020, model trains, telephone booth objects, benches, and objects made from trees grown within Toshimaen have been remade to fit a new concept and are on displays, making the station popular with local residents. ■Ikebukuro Station Based on King's Cross Station in London, England, the walls of platforms 1 and 2, where trains to Toshimaen mainly depart and arrive, have been renovated to a brick pattern, and the station sign has also been renovated to a navy blue color scheme. Based on the concept of "a road to a fantasy world," illustrations of wizards and owls are used throughout the station to create a magical worldview, making it a gateway to the magical world.

This exhibition was made possible by the signing of a comprehensive partnership agreement between Special Olympics Nippon and Chukyo University in May 2022. Located in the space of Chukyo University Sports Museum, which pursues the diverse values of physical culture, this special exhibition allows visitors to experience and learn about the appeal of Special Olympics, including the history and characteristics of Special Olympics activities and domestic initiatives. In addition to sports exclusively for people with intellectual disabilities, Special Olympics also promotes Unified Sports® in line with the global trend of promoting a "co-existence society" and "social inclusion." It is hoped that this exhibition will lead to the "realization of a society in which diverse people can live."
