[Project Description] Sumitomo Forestry's custom-built homes realize the "ideal home" for each individual customer. Leveraging the unique appeal of "wooden houses," we provide comfortable homes that are environmentally friendly and can be lived in for generations. Through rich contact with customers at the "Minato Mirai Showroom," we will spread awareness of the advantages of "Sumitomo Forestry's Homes." Our company assisted with design, layout, and construction. [Customer's Challenges/Requests] To establish a place that enables rich contact between customers and Sumitomo Forestry, and a place that enhances CS (Customer Satisfaction)/ES (Employee Satisfaction). Also, a space where meetings can be held in a high-quality environment, and where end users can experience the unique appeal of "wooden houses" through a variety displays. Furthermore, to develop a showroom that will increase customer satisfaction and ensure continued support for "Sumitomo Forestry's Homes." [Solution] A concept space was created that strongly appeals to the beauty of fine wood, centered around a state-of-the-art VR facility that provides a realistic experience and surprises. Aiming to create an open museum where each employee can present their own company Since its founding, Citizen has contributed to the lives of people around the world through the creation of products that are loved and loved by citizens. The products and development technologies that have been born under the concept of "Manufacturing = Citizen Spirit" contain various technologies and wisdom that will lead to the future. By preserving and utilizing this cultivated technology and wisdom, the CITIZEN MUSEUM fosters love and pride in the company not only for all group employees but also for their families. In addition, we will actively use it as a place for PR and IR activities and exchanges with important stakeholders such as shareholders, analysts, and investors with the aim of acquiring new Citizen fans, as well as promoting our corporate image to job-hunting students. <Project Overview> This facility was planned and designed as a hub for exchange and activity that transcends industry and business boundaries, operated by an affiliated organization of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. Aiming to realize a sustainable society for the next generation, and with its three elements of "environment," "economy," and "society" meshing together like gears, this facility, named "3x3LabFuture" from the concept of a "third place" that is neither work nor home, aims to foster the formation of various communities and the emergence of businesses that connect to the future. <Client's Challenges> The client's challenges included creating diverse gathering spaces where visitors from various industries and business types, from individuals to large groups, can interact and engage in activities, and expressing the environmentally advanced nature of the office equipment. <Solutions> We planned and designed spaces such as a "salon" space capable of hosting large seminars, a "communication zone" that can be freely utilized, a "workshop kitchen" and "future cafe" as exchange spaces using cooking as a medium, and a "wonderful corridor" that can accommodate various displays. <Project Overview> Sony Corporation renovated its employee cafeteria from an employee welfare perspective, with the aim of providing an environment where employees can better utilize their abilities. A buffet corner, "Buffet Island," and a "Relaxation Zone" were newly established in the Head Office employee cafeteria as spaces for "eating" and "resting," and our company assisted with the spatial concept design. Sony Corporation, which employs diverse employees and respects individual working styles, has made efforts to provide a wide variety of menu options and enhanced takeout options in "Buffet Island," and as a result of the renovation, the number of daily users has increased by approximately seven times. [Project Overview] Alpen Co., Ltd. is the largest sports retailer in Japan. Its sales are supported by its own brand products. In order to make its private label products even more innovative, the company gathered its own designers on one floor and created a "co-creation floor" with the floor concept of "gathering and creating." This floor is a place where people can gather, talk, inspire each other, empathize with each other, and create new things together. [Customer Feedback] Because it combines concept design and practicality, I feel that it is not only a stylish space but also a floor equipped with facilities and functions suitable for each task. The desks are arranged randomly, so the whole space feels very open. There is a standing meeting space in the center, which is very convenient when working on projects that involve multiple groups, and we use it often. I also feel that the detailed allocation of electrical wiring has an effect on saving energy.

Sangetsu Tokyo showroom relocation and renovation project. The showroom, which has been expanded to a total area of 600 tsubo, which is about 1.5 times the area of the previous model, has been renovated into a lifestyle proposal showroom full of "fun to see", "fun to choose", and "fun to combine" under the theme of "GOOD LIFE CLOSET", and it is a space that can be freely selected and styled, and is a space that reminds you of your interior closet. During the tight construction period, we often learned about our ability to listen to the client's intentions, the speed at which they put them into shape, the variations in drawers, the meticulousness and attention to detail, etc. I think that by being able to ask for a complete line of concepts, space concept design, fixtures, concept design, construction, and styling, we were able to create a comfortable space that reflected the intention of the concept in every corner.

[Project Overview] In 2015, Yaskawa Electric, celebrating its 100th anniversary, reorganized Head Office headquarters in Kurosaki, Kitakyushu City, and opened "Robot Village," a community open to the local area and society. "YASKAWA Forest," where visitors can enjoy nature throughout the seasons, is open to the public, and at its heart is the "Yaskawa Electric Future Museum," where customers, schools, research institutions, and local residents can experience Yaskawa Electric's business, the fun, amazing, and meticulous aspects of manufacturing, and the latest robotics technology with interest. Our company was in charge of "creating the space" and "creating the content" for this facility, which further brings out the appeal of Yaskawa Electric. We designed this space not only to allow all visitors to easily experience and understand Yaskawa Electric's business and technology, but also to create a space filled with surprises and discoveries where cutting-edge technology and emotional sensibilities resonate, allowing them to feel firsthand the future of Japan's world-class "monozukuri" (manufacturing) and Yaskawa Electric, which is leading it. We integrated all the elements that color the space, such as mechatronics, video content, and lighting, into a unified concept design. In particular, the "Robotics Signage," which utilizes the dynamic movements and coordinated control technology of Yaskawa Electric's representative industrial robots, and the "Mechatronics Wall," which combines the 3D control of industry-leading motors with the latest projection mapping images, are unique spatial presentation devices that stimulate all the senses of viewers, helping to infinitely expand the possibilities and appeal of "monozukuri." [Project Overview] CONNECT TO is a Toyota Lexus brand experience facility located in Lotte World Mall in Seoul. The concept is "a relaxing forest in the city." In South Korea, where domestic cars are dominant, it is designed as a cafe lounge style that is easy for anyone to drop by, so that people can easily experience the appeal of the Toyota Lexus brand. Furthermore, it is designed so that people can feel the excellence of the brand without even realizing it, through amazing spatial concept design and Japanese hospitality. Our company assisted with everything from research and consulting to schematic design, concept design, and operation proposals.

Kewpie Corporation's "Mayo Terrace" visitor facility has opened on the site of the former Sengawa factory. This facility allows visitors to learn about various aspects of mayonnaise in a fun and immersive way through a 90-minute guided tour by reservation only. Our company provided total support from schematic design to construction. It's a space that will make your heart flutter just by being there!

[Project Overview] The Takenaka Carpentry Tools Museum opened as Japan's only museum dedicated to carpentry tools, based on the theme of "connecting people and nature, connecting tradition and innovation." Carpentry tools have a harsh fate: the higher the quality, the more they are used until they wear out and eventually disappear. To pass on the wonder of these disappearing carpentry tools and the "spirit of craftsmanship" to future generations, the museum is designed to allow visitors to experience the skills, wisdom, and dedication to their work through life-size models and tools, videos, photographs, workshops, and other sensory experiences. Our company assisted with design, layout, interior administration, construction, and construction supervision. [Client Feedback] They delved deeply into each theme, pursuing the best possible concept design for each displays, not just superficial aspects. Even during construction, they carried out the work very carefully, including checking prototypes. By introducing participatory displays that were not present in the old building, the number of family visitors increased, and the expected results were achieved.

[Project Overview] The Toyota Techno Museum Commemorative Hall of Industry and Technology, jointly operated by the Toyota Group, will celebrate its 20th anniversary on June 11th. As part of the commemorative activities, the founding period zone of the automobile hall was renovated and reopened in January. displays has been transformed from a displays method that relies solely on objects and explanations to incorporate many new and innovative features. Our company participated in the project from the planning stage, providing comprehensive support from planning and design to construction. Kirin Head Office This is a limited-time project displays that disseminates information about the town of Nakano in "Coconiwa". The purpose of this project is to provide an opportunity for neighbors to visit Coconiwa and at the same time promote exchanges between the Kirin Group, neighboring universities, companies, and local residents. The construction made of cedar "Nishikawa wood" from Saitama Prefecture is environmentally friendly, such as thinking in advance how to reuse the material after use. The experiential displays, which everyone can participate in and enjoy, has become a displays that condenses Nakano's uniqueness with a production that incorporates play. This showroom allows you to imagine yourself living in a Toyota Home and experience smart homes and other technologies. To embody Toyota Home's brand vision, "Sincerely for You – Together Through Life," the showroom's key concept is "From the Wife's Perspective!" We assisted with everything from planning and design to construction, coinciding with the relocation of the company's new headquarters. Based on GC Corporation's management philosophy of "contributing to the local community through the improvement of oral health," Camrie, a facility that "supports eating," has opened in Ochanomizu. It provides a wide range of support through the sale of oral care products and consultations, provision of food recipes at the cooking studio, and the sale of food for people whose eating function has declined. The store also sells sweets developed by pastry chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi. Our company provided total support, from planning and concept design to creating cooking studio programs and facility management.

[Project Overview] Panasonic Center Osaka has opened in Grand Front Osaka, the gateway to Osaka, as a global information hub. The center, themed around "Beauty," "Food," "Enjoyment," and "Living," is a showroom designed to create "wouldn't it be nice to have" and "wouldn't it be great to be able to do" things for everyday life together with our customers. We assisted with the design and construction for the opening of this showroom, which is Panasonic's first showroom to open in a commercial facility.
