[Project Description]

The full-scale custom-built “Sumitomo Forestry House” realizes the “ideal home” of each customer. Taking advantage of the unique charm of a “wooden house,” we provide environmentally friendly, comfortable homes that can be lived in for a long time.
We will spread the superiority of "Sumitomo Forestry Home" through rich contact with customers at the "Minato Mirai Showroom".

[Customer issues/requests]

To establish a space that fosters rich contact between customers and Sumitomo Forestry, and a place that enhances CS (Customer Satisfaction) and ES (Employee Satisfaction).
Furthermore, the goal was to create a showroom where meetings could be held in a high-quality environment, and where end-users could experience the unique appeal of a "wooden house" through a variety of displays. In addition, the aim was to develop the showroom into one that would increase customer satisfaction and ensure continued support for "Sumitomo Forestry homes."

Centered on a cutting-edge VR facility that brings real experiences and surprises, we have constructed a concept space that can strongly appeal to the beauty of precious wood.
In the open and functional showroom space, we focused on the texture of materials in various places so that the impression of high quality can be felt, and in particular, we have devised ways to make the "wood" look beautiful.
