東京都水道歴史館は1995年に開館した、江戸時代から近代、現代までの東京水道の歴史と文化をPRする施設です。<1F 近代水道の歴史><2F 江戸上水の歴史><3F ライブラリー・レクチャーホール>の3つのフロアからなり、主に1Fと3Fをリニューアルしました。展示空間のリニューアルにとどまらず、映像資料のライブラリー化や音声ガイド(日・英・韓・中 4カ国)を導入するなど、施設運営の幅を広げる工夫も行っています。また、リニューアルオープン後の運営委託を受注し、アテンダントによる展示案内（日・英）、企画展やイベントの開催、ARガイドツアーの導入など運営の幅を広げ、水道事業のPRを行っています。

To mark the 50th anniversary of the release of the popular ekiben "Toge no Kamameshi" sold at JR Yokokawa Station, the company is completely renovating the highway service area it operates as part of a rebranding initiative for the next generation, creating a prototype for a "dramatic SA." As a "base for promoting the Toge no Kamameshi brand," the company aims to be "a place that will become a page in visitors' memories," and has recreated the platform and trains at Yokokawa Station. It offers a buzz and nostalgia on the highway, and a fresh "Toge no Kamameshi" experience for those who have never tried it before. It opened in 1997 as Japan's first comprehensive river museum. It is currently operated by NOMURA Co.,Ltd. as the designated manager. displays exhibits introduce the relationship between Saitama's rivers, centered around the Arakawa River, and people's lives, and serves as a place for local and environmental studies, conveying the footsteps of our ancestors who lived alongside the rivers. Outdoors, there are also water-related facilities such as a 1/1000 scale model of the Arakawa River, the largest waterwheel in the country, and water athletics.

The Takahama City Kawara Ceramic Village Kawara Art Museum and Library is operated by NOMURA Co.,Ltd., Ltd. as a designated manager. Originally opened in 1995 as a museum themed on tile roofing in Takahama City, Aichi Prefecture, the central production area of Sanshu tile roofing, boasting the highest production volume in Japan. In 2008, management and operation was transferred to a designated manager, and in April 2023, the museum merged with the city library to become a multi-purpose cultural facility. Based on the concept of "A Forest of Connections Where People and Cities Grow," the museum aims to foster a cycle of feeling, learning, activity, and interaction by bringing together a diverse range of people through exhibitions on a wide range of subjects, including roofing tiles, and various programs focused on community collaboration, creating a space that brings together diverse people and experiences under the slogan "A Museum for Everyone." The library provides accessible reading spaces at its main building and three other locations within the city, supporting daily life through books as a "supportive library."

The museum opened in November 2005, bringing together all the precious materials related to Nagasaki's international exchange. It attracted attention as the first prefectural museum to adopt a designated manager system that includes the curatorial department. Since its opening, Nomura NOMURA Co.,Ltd. has been involved in the facility's operation as the designated manager. While utilizing our comprehensive capabilities to hold exhibitions and events, we also actively engage in activities with the cooperation of local residents, such as having volunteers reenact court decisions in skits in the restored magistrate's office. The museum also serves as a research center for "Nagasaki Studies," and works in cooperation with the founder to operate a system that ensures the continuity of cultural administration.
