弘前の駅前地区再開発ビル「ヒロロ」内に、弘前市の行政サービスとして使用する「ヒロロスクエア」がオープンしました。 弊社東北支店は、環境設計からデザイン、施工、内装監理等、幅広いお手伝いをさせていただきました。 「ヒロロスクエア」は、行政サービスの提供と市民の交流スペースという２つの機能を合わせ持ち、市民の生活の基盤となっております。   担当箇所：デザイン・設計, 制作・施工, 調査・企画

遠野市の市街地活性化事業の、中心的な役割を担う観光施設です。 昔話をテーマに多彩な体験ができる「昔話蔵」、『遠野物語』の著者である柳田國男の生涯と功績を伝える「柳田國男展示館」、昔話や郷土芸能など多彩な公演が催される「遠野座」ほか、飲食物販施設により構成されています。 企画・デザイン・設計を文化環境研究所にて担当、制作・施工を本社にて担当いたしました。 

美容外科、スキンクリニック、メンタルクリニックの３施設が、新宿アイランドタワー24Ｆ・25Ｆにオープンしました。 高層階からの景色を有効に生かしながら、「使い勝手をしっかり押さえること」をテーマとした空間に仕上がっています。 当社は、ディスプレイ提案も含め、設計・施工にてお手伝いさせていただきました。  

At Tokushima Natural Hot Spring Aratae no Yu, you can enjoy a relaxing time away from everyday life in 10 uniquely designed baths and a variety of bedrock rooms. Opened in the summer of 2012, it has been very well received. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. was responsible for design, layout, production, and construction of this unprecedented new hot spring facility. One of the main facilities, the stylish white bedrock bath, offers a truly extraordinary experience.

Inheriting the ideals of the 1975 Okinawa International Ocean Exposition, this facility has been reborn as a cultural center that fosters international exchange befitting the century of the ocean. In addition to valuable materials from the 1970s, new cultural resources—such as a Micronesian sailing canoe (Lien Porowat) and an Okinawan sabani boat—have been created, and displays have been completely revamped. Under the theme of "Wayfinding: Traditional Navigation," it conveys the history and culture of the unsung navigators who spread across the Pacific Ocean. A total of 20 supervisors and experts were brought into concept design process to ensure comprehensive implementation.

The "Onihei Edokoro" opened at the Hanyu Parking Area on the Tohoku Expressway (uphill line) with an Edo theme centering on the world of "Onihei Hankacho" (The Onihei Storybook). The restaurant reproduces an Edo townscape, creating an Edo space with a focus on "authenticity" in everything from the buildings to the knick-knacks. We assisted with business development assistance, design administration and interior administration, and implementation concept design and design supervision. We were in charge of the operation of "Yatai-ren," a stand-up food stalls of Edo style, and "Yatai-ren," a souvenir shop selling original products of "Onihei Edodokoro" and confectioneries of long-established stores, working drawings and construction. We will strive to revitalize the parking area through their operation.

"Machihako" has been introduced, and "Odori Suwaro Terrace" has opened as a permanent commercial facility on Sapporo Station Street. "Machihako" can be used for a variety of purposes in addition to cafes, such as art displays, merchandise sales, workshops, mini-seminars, and corporate promotions. http://sapporo-odori.jp/ Responsibilities: Production and construction

The Nagoya City Science Museum, a beloved institution for citizens since its opening in 1962, reopened on March 19, 2011, after renovations. Starting with the commissioning of the basic displays plan for four major displays, we were involved in various tasks, including displays displays working drawings and construction, as well as the basic planning and interior administration of the world's largest planetarium. Furthermore, beyond just space creation, after the reopening, we also handled the operation of the museum shop and museum cafe & restaurant, and the maintenance of the large displays equipment. Our efforts extended from space creation before the opening to revitalizing it afterward, all in an effort to contribute to attracting visitors to the Nagoya City Science Museum.

With the theme of creating a relaxing space where people can unwind while enjoying views of the sky and airplanes, a new café with an outdoor terrace and a casual open lounge have been added. At any time of day, many business travelers waiting to board, as well as couples and families before their trips, can be seen. With the main objectives of "making the airport experience more enjoyable" and "enhancing airport hospitality," this project has played a part in creating an airport terminal loved not only by passengers but also by the local community. This facility opened in 2011 and is currently jointly operated by NOMURA Co.,Ltd. as the representative of the "designated manager" in cooperation with the Morioka City Tourism Convention Association. It is a cultural property facility that houses the precious treasures of the Nanbu family, and at the same time, it has two aspects: it is located within Morioka Castle Ruins Park and serves as a base for "city center tourism" where various people such as citizens, tourists, and school trip groups gather to experience the history and traditional culture of the castle town. As the designated manager, NOMURA Co.,Ltd. has been involved in the preparation for the opening, and is currently working to provide stable services for locals and tourists who have been looking forward to the opening, while cherishing the dignity of this facility that displays Morioka's treasures in this area affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.

Himeji Castle Main Keep has undergone restoration work for five years since the fall of 2009. The aim is to have visitors observe the construction up close and experience the true charm of castle architecture, as well as the importance of cultural assets and the need to pass on Himeji Castle, which is a valuable World Heritage Site and National Treasure, to future generations. It is a facility that did. It will be the first time in Japan that the restoration of a World Cultural Heritage site will be open to the public at all times.

Aomori Prefecture has a valuable history in the history of aviation in Japan. The Aviation Science Museum was established in 2003 through the collaborative efforts of Aomori Prefecture and Misawa City. In 2021, displays were completely revamped, with the addition of a new space zone and the introduction of a roller zip line, NOMURA Co.,Ltd. was in charge of the overall renovation work. The operating organizations consist mainly of local companies and NPOs, and NOMURA Co.,Ltd., as the designated manager, is in charge of displays maintenance, information network, operation of the video hall, and planning of special exhibitions and other events. The museum has an aviation zone with an area displays aircraft related to Aomori Prefecture, a science zone centered on a science experiment workshop led by instructors, a space zone newly added in the renovation, and the only HondaJet technology demonstrator aircraft on displays in Japan.

The Tokyo Water Science Museum, a PR facility of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Waterworks, has been renewed as a general facility for social studies field trips and an experience facility for families. We have also received orders for operation consignment after the opening, and we are contributing to continuous visitor attraction by strengthening cooperation with the media.

Moved by the wondrous tales passed down in the rural Tono region of Iwate Prefecture, Kunio Yanagita's "Tono Monogatari" (Tales of Tono) opened the eyes of Japanese folklore studies and continues to stimulate people's imaginations. Now, a century after its publication, the museum has been revitalized with the aim of re-examining Tono with "Tono Monogatari" as its central theme and building a new tradition and culture. The story of Tono's creation, unraveled from "Tono Monogatari," and the depictions of the people's lives and the local culture that formed the basis of the stories, captured by contemporary artists captivated by "Tono Monogatari," reflect the mysterious power of this land in displays space, creating an opportunity for each visitor to cultivate their own new "Tono Monogatari."
