We assisted with the complete renovation of a 27-year-old rental apartment building consisting of six buildings. Based on the theme of "a New York hotel with a fireplace," we maximized the appeal of the space by incorporating new concept design while preserving the existing architecture. By combining the original sauna and shower rooms with the bathroom, we were able to create a spacious bathroom. The unused fireplace was revived with new equipment and materials, and a woodshed was added to the garden. Natural materials such as solid wood, stone, and plaster walls were used to create a high-quality, relaxing space. The owners, who actually live there, commented, "It feels wonderful every time I come home." 品川プリンスホテル メインタワーの2つの宴会場が、ブライダルに特化したバンケットにリニューアルオープンしました。 19階のバンケット「ゴールド１９」は、オフホワイトとシャンパンゴールドを基調色とした「エレガント」なイメージです。 クリスタルオーナメントやミラーを多用し、大人の女性にも満足していただける様な空間になっています。 36階のバンケット「ガーネット３６」は、ホワイトとグレイッシュトーンを基調色とした「スタイリッシュ」なイメージです。 天井高のある会場の特徴を活かした、360度のムービングプロジェクターによる映像演出が可能な空間になっています。 弊社はデザインから施工までを、トータルにお手伝いさせていただきました。   担当箇所：デザイン・設計, 制作・施工

ザ・プリンスさくらタワー東京の全客室、ロビー、エントランス、レストラン（１Ｆ）がリニューアルオープン致しました。 人々が行き交う（クロスする）場としての役割を持つ品川に立地する、当施設のデザインコンセプトは「編む」です。 日本庭園をもつ施設の特徴を生かし、窓の外の景色と調和する和を感じさせる空間となっております。 また、キモノデザイナー、照明作家とのコラボレーションにより、日本の匠技が随所に散りばめられ、 職人の技術と新たなデザインが編み込まれております。 当社は、デザイン・設計にてお手伝いさせていただきました。

みなとみらい21地区に、アートギャラリーやレストランを併設するウエディング施設がオープンしました。 建築デザインのコンセプトは、「VOYAGE（航海）」。 フロア内に用意された４つのバンケットは、それぞれに異なったテーマが設定されており、 インテリアやコンセプトに連動したアート作品の展示が行われています。 また、地域に開かれた集いの場でありたいという想いから、様々なイベントの開催地として施設を提供しています。 弊社は、デザイン・設計、制作・施工にてお手伝いさせていただきました。   担当箇所：デザイン・設計, 制作・施工

パレスホテル東京チャペルは、2012年5月に東京・丸の内に開業した「パレスホテル東京」の中にあります。 同ホテルが目指す＜最上質の日本＞の体現化を実現するため、外部に広がる風景という素材に、必要最小限の造形を加えてその良さを最大限に引き出す、日本らしい発想のデザインとなっております。またスチールパイプを一本ずつ手で編み込んでつくった尖塔アーチ構造のベールには、綿密な構造計算とモックアップによるテスト、そして人の手による「ものづくり」の技術と労力が込められています。

「和田倉」は、旧パレスホテルの時代から続く会席料理の名店です。 店名の由来となっている「和田倉濠」と「和田倉橋」を臨みながら、伝統的な日本料理を堪能できます。 各所に伝統的な匠の技術を用いた「土の空間」と「木の空間」から構成され、本物の上質感が漂うモダンな和の空間に仕上がっています。 弊社は、デザイン・設計にてお手伝いさせていただきました。

"Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa Dining & Bar Aigue" embraces the hotel's concept of "Okinawa's Nature," with the bar lounge themed around "the forest" and the dining area around "the sun." By incorporating Okinawa's heritage, such as its nature and culture, and employing unprecedented expressions in its spatial design, it proposes a new style of dining in Okinawa. Our company was responsible for design, layout, production, and construction.

[Project] ORIENTAL HOTEL, one of Japan's oldest hotels, was established in 1870. In March 2010, 15 years after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, it began to make a new history as a symbol of the city's recovery. Throughout the entire building, while valuing the texture of the materials of stone and wood, we have added an oriental essence to the details to create a calm, high-quality feel and a new uniqueness.

As a facility that plays a central role in the redevelopment project in front of Shizuoka Station, the theme of the upper floors is Euro-Modern, while the theme of the middle floors is Orient-Modern, with 2 chapels and 14 banquet spaces. From the sky chapel on the 25th floor to the large banquet hall on the 4th floor with a ceiling height of more than 6m, we have designed a facility that takes advantage of the architectural characteristics of each and completed a facility that can provide a wealth of options. [Project Overview] Takashimaya Osaka Store is a historically significant modern building adorned with Corinthian columns and arches, located at the end of Midosuji Avenue. "Namba Dining Maison" is a three-story dining zone spanning the 7th to 9th floors, encompassing both the expanded section and the existing building. It required a blend of Takashimaya's characteristic "high quality and class" and Osaka's distinctive "liveliness and vibrancy." Therefore, the aim was to create a space that evokes the feeling of being in a historically significant building by scattering "memories of modern architecture" throughout the interior space. An original pattern based on the details of the building's exterior, constructed in the early Showa period, was concept design in a modern style and continuously applied to the three-story atrium and in front of the store facade to evoke a Western patio. Furthermore, the architectural exterior details were extended to various parts of the environment to create a sense of unity across the three floors, each with its own distinct scene.
