The predecessor of the main building was the Bicycle Museum Cycle Center, which opened in Daisen Park, also in Sakai City, in April 1992. It was then relocated and renamed to its current location in front of the station in March 2022, and was reborn as a new, large-scale facility. The displays 's concept is "Anyone who comes here will want to ride a bicycle," and it aims to help visitors discover the "true value of bicycles" and "make them want to ride bicycles" by making full use of the entire exhibition space to convey the appeal of bicycles from various perspectives. In particular, we focused on creating a space that would serve as an opportunity for visitors to change their attitudes by rediscovering the value of the bicycle, a very familiar presence.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station. The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. We have created a good space.

This is a renovation project to increase the value of a 16-story office building completed in 1988, located in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The renovation areas were the exterior façade on the first floor, the plantings, the first floor entrance, and the standard floor common areas including the toilets, and the overall concept design concept was "Qualité," which means quality in French.

The year 2023 marks the 100th anniversary of Suntory founder Shinjiro Torii's first whisky production in Yamazaki. The Yamazaki Distillery underwent renovations to mark the anniversary, with the main objectives of further improving quality and promoting the distillery's appeal. We are responsible for working drawings, construction, and signage work.

This is a head office relocation project for HU Group Holdings Co., Ltd. The new building is positioned as a "future creation base" in contrast to the HU Bioness Complex (Akiruno City, Tokyo), which opened in 2022 as the HU Group's "value creation base." The aim was to create a space where each employee can "envision the future, connect with others, and grow independently." The organic concept design, based on the concept of "becoming one, resonating, and expanding," evokes kindness and expectations for the future, making it a fitting space for a company that contributes to the development of healthcare.

Founded in 1931, Capital Group is one of the world's leading asset management firms with a long history. It employs 7,000 people worldwide, from Los Angeles to Geneva, London, Tokyo, and Singapore. This office relocation project to the Marunouchi Niiebashi Building was designed to improve functionality and employee engagement for further operational efficiency. We were in charge of interiors ・making, special lighting, and signage work. In addition to the 3,000 m2 per floor project, we contributed to the completion of the project by coordinating and promoting cross-functional activities with each stakeholder in a very limited construction time frame.

Mitsubishi Estate commissioned MEC Industry, a group company, to propose and develop new office interiors products. From among the many ideas, we worked on developing partitions and OA floors for sale as wooden products. At the Non-Residential Wooden Architecture Fair 2023 to be held in May 2023, we collaborated with Mitsubishi Estate and other booth stakeholders to consider design, layout that could be installed in order to displays the mockups created during the development process in the Mitsubishi Estate Group booth. After this fair, the stakeholders provided feedback and brushed up the mockups in terms of concept design, construction, and procurement for actual sales, which led to their installation at Mitsubishi Estate's headquarters. NOMURA also cooperated with the design and construction of the installation.

Kikukawa Kogyo is a leading company in metal processing building materials, which handles many large-scale construction projects both in Japan and overseas. This project is a renovation plan for the visitor's facility located on the premises of the Shirai Factory, which is the processing base. The theme was to create a place where the spirit at the core of Kikukawa Kogyo, which has been built up over its 90-year history, can be felt, including the KIKUKAWAism of "Never Say No" and the never-give-up, never-give-up spirit of continuing to take on new challenges, was felt. A new displays area was created to introduce the company's history and processing processes, and through art and fixtures incorporating advanced technology, we aimed to create a place that would impress upon the company its passion and technology for manufacturing, and generate new co-creation.

AI-STUDIO-SAITAMA is Ai Komuten's sixth store in Japan, and is an experiential housing showroom where you can "see," "touch," and "feel." Located on the sixth floor of the main building of Omiya Takashimaya in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, AI-STUDIO-SAITAMA features a VR room where you can virtually experience the plan of your envisioned future home, and a living/dining/kitchen simulation room where you can consider the floor plan you are planning in life-size. You can also have fun concept design your ideal life by checking out creative storage ideas and playful skip spaces, and comparing home appliances. Our company was responsible for concept design, planning, and interiors construction.

This is a project for an employee lounge at ZOZOBASE Tsukuba 3, the fifth logistics facility for ZOZO Inc. We were in charge of everything from the basic planning to construction of the lounges on the first and fifth floors. Each floor has a fashion-related concept design concept, with denim on the first floor and plaid on the fifth floor.

This showroom allows visitors to experience a new concept design proposal system called "life knit design," which allows people to develop attachment to their homes and continue living in them for a long time in this era of 100-year life spans. To embody the concept of "life knit design," which is "not superficial trends but matching the sensibilities of the residents, and living in a home as if knitting affection over time," we have created a sustainable space, used materials that are conscious of authenticity, a material corner with interior proposals for detached home owners, and scattered mechanisms to "create" the future together with customers.

Nishio Rentall, a comprehensive rental company focusing on construction machinery and event materials, has opened a research and development facility in Osaka to carry out technology development and demonstration experiments to advance sharing solutions in preparation for the Osaka/Kansai Expo to be held in 2025. It was built on the island. In the area of Building A-1, which we were in charge of, there is a pedestrian deck connecting the nearest station, Cosmo Square Station, and the Osaka Prefectural Sakishima Government Building, which is open to anyone including nearby residents other than employees. I was in charge of the shared space space and lobby that serves as the facility's reception desk.

L'Oreal Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of the world's largest cosmetics company, L'Oreal Group, has undergone its first major renovation since relocating its headquarters to Shinjuku Park Tower in 2006. The renovated office, named "Beauty Valley" based on the concept of "En", is imbued with the desire to create a place where beauty is born that connects the country of Japan, customers, business partners, and employees. The four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, and winter) are used as concept design themes for each area, and Japanese craftsmanship is used in furniture and decorations, incorporating Japanese beauty throughout. In addition, about 4,400 of the company's products, including about 60 types of eye shadow, foundation, and lipstick, were upcycled and used for paint, light shades, tiles, etc. In pursuit of sustainable beauty, the company has installed product display fixtures similar to those in stores, fully expressing L'Oreal's beauty. In addition, the office has been designed with attention to detail in light, sound, materials, etc., and in accordance with LEED standards, an international certification for sustainable buildings that guarantees energy efficiency and waste management. Our company participated in this project as the general construction company for interiors.

This is the second phase of renovation of the observation facilities at Nikka Whisky's Yoichi Distillery, which will celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2024. Following the renovation of the Nikka Museum in October 2021, we were in charge of renovating part of the museum and the new Visitor Center. We will convey the appeal of Nikka Whisky not only through our products and services, but also by enhancing our experience facilities. Nikka Museum [-Taketsuru-ism-] We produced a history that unravels the thoughts of Masataka Taketsuru, founder of Nikka Whisky, from his upbringing to his study abroad in Scotland, the founding of Nikka Whisky, and the thoughts that have been passed down to Nikka Whisky today, through Masataka Taketsuru's "words." [-Now and Future-] displays conveys that Masataka Taketsuru's passion and commitment to quality still live on in Nikka Whisky, and that Nikka's challenges will continue to deliver a variety of deliciousness and fun in the future. The "Visitor Center" is a facility that builds up customers' expectations as a prologue to the tour.

TBS has set the area concept of "Shake the World. AKASAKA, an entertainment town that shakes up all worlds," and is aiming to complete the "Akasaka 2-chome and 6-chome District Redevelopment Plan" and the existing area (TBS Broadcasting Center, Akasaka Sacas, TBS Akasaka BLITZ Studio, TBS Akasaka ACT Theater, Akasaka Biz Tower) in 2028. As the third step, "Akasaka BLITZ," which has delivered various content as a live space, will be renovated into "BLITZ Studio" dedicated to television program production. The first floor will feature an displays space in collaboration with popular programs, and the third floor will feature a viewing space for the program studio. In this project, we planned, designed, and produced a facility attraction monument that will contribute to the revival of Akasaka's vitality, which was lost during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a gallery that gives a sense of the station's history from its opening to the present, in the foyer in front of the "BLITZ Studio" studio and in the staircase leading to the third floor concept design. The monument embodies the connection between TBS and its viewers, and at the same time, from the perspective of the SDGs, it advocates a recycling-oriented society by creatively reusing 1.4 tons of "audio-broadcasting equipment and materials scheduled for disposal." The adjacent staircase connects the gallery, which traces the evolution of audio-visual media over TBS's 70 years, to the viewing studio, creating a space where visitors can experience TBS's history from its launch to the present day.
