アイシンコムセンター ヒストリーゾーンの改修では、従来、時系列に沿って全ての製品を陳列していた展示構成を見直し、「各時代の社会課題とアイシンのチャレンジ」をテーマに再編集しました。展示製品を精査することで、来館者の記憶に残る情報量へと整理し、企業の歩みと挑戦の軌跡がより明確に伝わる空間を目指しています。空間デザインにおいては、ものづくりのベースである工場内の棚や倉庫をモチーフとし、産業の現場性を感じさせるミュージアムとして整備しました。また、アイシンのものづくりを支えてきた精密加工技術を象徴する要素を空間化し、製品と技術、歴史が一体となって体験できる展示空間を構成しています。当社は企画からデザイン・設計、コンテンツ設計・制作、施工まで担当しました。

Sano Service Area in Tochigi Prefecture has finally reopened after its long-awaited renovation. Our company, under the supervision of our group company Nomura Arcs (which handled the construction), was in charge of the design and planning. We maximized the advantages of the service area's rich natural environment and the fact that visitors can walk between the inbound and outbound lanes, and carried out a renovation that envisioned the entire service area as a single "park." It has been reborn as a relaxing space where visitors can spend their time as they please. The commercial facilities are themed as "An Inspiring Market Where You're Sure to Discover Something New," and are designed as a place where visitors can experience local food, specialties, and culture. Under the design supervision of Kengo Kuma & Associates, we emphasized a sense of unity and openness between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a space that warmly welcomes visitors.

The Bandai Namco Group exhibited a pavilion at the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo to create a space that would inspire people around the world to think about the future through "Gundam." This pavilion was built around an original video story created for the Expo, themed "Designing a Future Society Where Life Shines," and was a walk-through, multi-stage theater that allowed visitors to experience a future world where living in space is commonplace and mobile suits are used peacefully. Our company worked alongside the Bandai Namco Group from the conceptual stage, and was asked to elevate and develop their content into an immersive spatial experience. We implemented in the space the unique and captivating story created by the Bandai Namco Group, maximizing its entertainment value with interactive experiences, overwhelming power, immersion, and a sense of presence. For guests, we created a comprehensive entertainment space like a theme park where they can broaden and deepen their thinking about their future and space through Gundam.

We were responsible for the planning, interior design, and construction of "THE LIVE Supported by Daiwa Jisho," Japan's largest permanent live viewing arena, which opened in "BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai," a large-scale mixed-use complex adjacent to Yokohama Stadium. The facility's design concept is "WAVE." The entire space expresses the invisible "waves" that breathe life into this city, such as the history of Kannai as a seaside town, its jazz culture, and the cheers and excitement that spread throughout Yokohama Stadium. Curved LED lighting with a wave motif was installed inside the building, and the synchronized effects of video, lighting, and sound create an unprecedentedly immersive live experience. On the first floor, we planned "LIVE FOOD HALL," a food hall with nine restaurants centered around a large LED screen and stage. On the second floor, we installed "BAYSTORE Flagship YOKOHAMA," a flagship shop with a wide selection of Yokohama DeNA BayStars merchandise, and viewing seats, creating a unified live viewing experience through the atrium. Furthermore, the "FOOD TERRACE" on the third floor features a restaurant with a rooftop terrace, creating a new entertainment hub where visitors can experience the vibrancy of both the city and the stadium.

The Lake Biwa Museum, a long-established museum deeply rooted in the local community, underwent a partial renovation, using the slogan "A New Aquarium Created by Everyone" and raising support through crowdfunding. The newly installed Biwa Giant Catfish tank further highlights the presence of the catfish as the master of Lake Biwa, and has been revamped with a multifaceted exhibit that includes a deep-water and shallow-water layout and a hands-on comparison of four species of catfish native to Japan. The new Ayu (sweetfish) tank features a tank display that captures a scene from fishing, and the spatial design that traverses the lake's surface and bottom, centering on the interaction between people and fish, conveying the cycle of life in the lake in an experiential way. Our company was in charge of the exhibition design and planning, signage and graphic design, fixture production, content design and production, and exhibition construction.

"Wandaria Yokohama Supported by Umios" is an immersive experience facility planned and operated by DeNA, which opened in "BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai," a large-scale mixed-use complex in front of JR Kannai Station. Our company was in charge of the basic concept, spatial design, and some of the construction of the Wandaria Cafe and Wandaria Shop. Through the unique effects of digital imagery, lush forests and the mysterious deep sea unfold before your eyes, creating an overwhelmingly immersive experience space that facilitates new encounters with living creatures and nature. Furthermore, the immersive experience is further enhanced by linking with a dedicated app. By holding a smartphone over the creatures that appear, you can obtain detailed information or collect them as cards, creating a space that encourages exploration, collection, and learning, expanding visitors' perception and curiosity, and allowing them to re-examine the world from a new perspective.

This is a new development project for the Shibuya Sakura Stage of "Workstyle," a membership-based shared office operated by Mitsui Fudosan. Designed by SIGNAL, our company was in charge of interior construction. Aiming to realize a high-quality workplace that accommodates diverse working styles, the space is designed with a sophisticated, atelier-like aesthetic, based on the concept of "Workstyle Atelier."

NGK Collaboration Square DIVERS, a co-creation facility accelerating the transformation of the NGK Group, is a hub where employees can connect with the group's history and values, fostering pride and a spirit of challenge, while combining diverse knowledge from both inside and outside the company to create new value. The facility's name embodies the meanings of "Diversity," "Dive," and "Diver," representing the next generation of challengers. It was planned as a facility where learning, dialogue, and co-creation are continuous, equipped with a space for sharing philosophy and history, event spaces to foster interaction, technology exhibits, an archive of development assets, and a demonstration area. Our company was responsible for planning, design, signage and graphic design, production, and construction.

This is a renewal project for the Ricoh Environmental Business Development Center, which celebrated its 10th anniversary since its opening in 2016. In addition to the design, planning, and construction of the exhibits for the entire tour, our company developed a symbolic logo expressing the new key concept, "Gotemba Hibikikan no Mori," as well as creating signage, developing an operational plan using tablets, and producing digital content. As a co-creation hub that supports visitors in promoting environmental management and accelerating GX, it has evolved into a "practical hub" where solutions to environmental issues are designed and verified together with visitors. Through problem analysis using digital content and experiential programs, the facility supports visitors in enhancing their environmental management and creating new businesses.

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Kirin Beer Yokohama Factory, we have partially renovated our visitor facilities. By incorporating the diverse charms hidden within the Kirin Beer company and the Ichiban Shibori product throughout the facility, we have created a place that enhances engagement with the Kirin Beer Yokohama Factory, starting from the interests and concerns of each visitor. The waiting area where visitors spend time before the tour begins has been renovated as "KIRIN HISTORY WALK YOKOHAMA," where visitors can learn about the history of beer and Kirin. The design features bricks that represent the history of the company's founding in Yokohama and is based on a refreshing blue color. To mark this 100th anniversary milestone, we have created content that will not only be enjoyable for general visitors but also contribute to boosting the motivation of our employees. In the "Ichiban Shibori GALLERY," we are disseminating information that deepens affection and familiarity with our flagship product, "Ichiban Shibori." Furthermore, we have installed unique beer-themed photo spots throughout the facility, creating an experience that makes visitors want to capture memories of their visit in photographs. Our company was responsible for planning, design, signage and graphic design, fixture manufacturing, content design, and construction.

We completely renovated an existing hotel in the Yokohama Minato Mirai area, which boasts excellent access to major tourist attractions and business hubs, and rebranded it as "Hilton Garden Inn Yokohama Minato Mirai." This 20-story hotel has 228 guest rooms and is the second Hilton Garden Inn in Japan, following Kyoto. Our company was responsible for the design and construction of the lobby, restaurant, fitness center, guest rooms, and back office. Our design concept was "A relaxing hotel where you can feel the sea breeze," aiming to create a comfortable and welcoming space.

This is a renovation plan for the South Wing Exhibition Room on the first floor of the Japan Gallery at the National Museum of Nature and Science, a building designated as an Important Cultural Property. The theme is "The Art of Observing Nature." Focusing on the meticulous observational skills of our ancestors who observed all things, the plan aims to provide visitors with a new perspective when viewing the masterpiece collections in the exhibition room, and to encourage easy viewing by improving the explanatory plans for each section. Care has also been taken to create a space that makes the most of the dignified image of the Important Cultural Property building.

This project is for the outdoor park area of "TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO," a next-generation multi-purpose arena that opened in October 2025 and is the home of the B.League team "Alvark Tokyo." Our company participated from the planning and conceptualization stage and was in charge of the design, planning, and construction of three outdoor spaces: "adidas SPORTS PARK," "Rental Nikken JOINT PARK," and "CIRCULAR FARM SOUTH GARDEN," as well as "MEMORIAL BRICKS" installed on the main staircase. • adidas SPORTS PARK: This sports park features a basketball court adorned with monuments featuring the club's mascot character "Luke," basketballs, and goals, as well as icons by internationally renowned painter/artist MHAK. Part of the court utilizes recycled rubber material from discarded shoes. It is open to the public on days when there are no events.・Rental Nikken JOINT PARK The name "JOINT PARK" was chosen to connect the desire to "join (JOIN)" various events with the arena concept of "trying to take a chance (TRY)". It aims to be an event park where people can interact and connect all kinds of fun. ・CIRCULAR FARM SOUTH GARDEN This is an outdoor terrace space located next to the main gate on the 3rd floor of the arena. It is a space where everyone can feel comfortable and spend their time as they please, enjoying conversations and food and drinks while feeling the warmth of nature before and after events. On days when no events are being held, it is open as a public space that anyone can use freely. ・MEMORIAL BRICKS Located on the main staircase leading to adidas SPORTS PARK, the bricks are engraved with names and passionate messages of support for Alvark Tokyo to commemorate the opening of the arena.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shinmachi Bettei was developed in 2014 on Shinmachi Street, a street that retains a strong sense of Kyoto's character, on the site of the former Matsuzakaya Kyoto purchasing office, based on the concept of "tradition, inheritance, and regeneration." Architectural materials and storehouses from the former Matsuzakaya Kyoto purchasing office have been passed down to the current hotel as part of the history and culture of the area. In this renovation, while inheriting the concept from the time of opening, the hotel focused on renovating guest rooms, the lobby, and back-of-house areas to respond to diversifying accommodation needs and changes in hotel operations. The aim was to create a space that enhances the comfort of the hotel while carefully preserving its historical background.

Located in Tokyo's Yaesu district, a hub where people from both Japan and abroad with diverse purposes converge, this information center was designed not merely as a place to provide information, but as a "landmark (or trigger) for travel." By using Tama-grown timber and incorporating design elements reminiscent of Edo culture, we created a space that embodies "Old meets New." Our aim is not only to efficiently provide tourist information, but also to stimulate the interest and curiosity of visitors and create opportunities for travel. From Yaesu, an international gateway, this tourist information hub encourages encounters with the multifaceted charms of Tokyo.
