A storehouse in the samurai residences of Kakunodate, Akita Prefecture has been renovated into a lodging facility. The concept is "KURA STAY," and the hotel is a cultural experience hotel where the lifestyle of the time has been preserved in the storehouse. The hotel consists of three storehouses, the "Bushigura," the "Gakkogura," and the "Tamonogura," for rent. The space incorporates Kakunodate's traditional crafts of birch crafts and Iburi-gakko production scenes, textile art such as plant dyeing, and samurai family crests, providing a local cultural experience throughout the stay. In addition, decorations have been provided in cooperation with local shops, and information is provided within the facility, which also serves as a tourist hub to encourage travel.

This project is to renovate an displays room in the Panasonic Center Tokyo into a VIP reception and conference room. (Not open to the public) The spatial composition utilizes human perception to casually incorporate 4K images into the space like materials and scenery, and the ceiling height control and lighting technology are used to create a skylight effect, giving the space a sense of spaciousness, creating a space that is "comfortable for lively conversation." Since many VIPs and state guests from Japan and abroad visit the space, elements of ice-breaking are used throughout, such as a ceiling design inspired by Japanese culture, origata, images that evoke dry landscape gardens, and Japanese fragrances. In addition, the hand-drawn patent application documents that contain the founder's thoughts were turned into artwork and placed on the wall behind the seat of honor, giving the space a soul. By linking with the lighting control, the scene can be switched for various purposes, such as modes for welcoming guests, dining, and meetings using multiple screens. Jojoen is a famous yakiniku restaurant founded in 1976. This time, we planned the largest flagship store of the restaurant. At the time, many foreign customers visited the restaurant in Roppongi, where the restaurant was founded, and the name of the restaurant comes from the sound of grilling meat being pronounced "jo-jo". First, we expanded the idea from the sound of grilling meat to the concept of sound, and gave the finish of materials such as Nishijin-ori, acrylic, stone, and glass a rhythmic characteristic. In addition, the piano booth is designed to have a symbolic shape that visually appeals to the spread of the sound of the performance. Inspired by the brand's history, this plan strengthens the relationship between food, space, and sound. This neo-bistro is run by two-star Michelin chef Dominique Bouchet. As it is opening in a large station building, we wanted to create a comfortable, natural atmosphere like a sunroom that customers would want to drop into on a daily basis, while still being approachable and unassuming. The organic form and accents of green, which is the theme color, combine with the nature-themed cuisine to create a comfortable atmosphere that is not just temporary, and attract new customers. 台湾の不動産開発会社Walsin (南京) Development Co., Ltd.様が運営する「VVG Lifestyle Village」は、ヒューマニズムとクオリティ・オブ・ライフを特徴とする緑豊かな都市複合施設の中にある南京 ONE MALLにオープンしました。 施設のテーマが海や大地などの自然（earth）であることと、3層に渡る大きな吹抜がある空間特性から、ここを「森」のような空間にすることで施設全体との調和とその魅力を拡大できないかと考えました。この「森」のような空間では、多様な生物の営みや自然の循環のように人々の出会いやつながりが生まれ、そして森を散策する動線が生まれました。 「枝葉」をモチーフにした巨大な格子を35列連続して配置し、吹抜空間ではアーチ状に変化させ空間全体を覆い尽くしました。その中に台湾の国花である「梅」の照明をランダムに配置し、規則性と不規則性のある「森」を創り出すことで、日本の繊細さと台湾の感性を融合した『VVGの森』を完成させました。 ＜当社プロジェクトメンバー＞ 【プロジェクトマネジメント・営業】 須田 慶太、藤目 良 【デザインディレクション】 no.10：青野 恵太 【デザイン】 no.10：鈴木 祥平、藤原 ちひろ

福岡ソフトバンクホークスの本拠地である福岡PayPayドームの隣、複合エンターテインメント施設「BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA」の４階にリニューアルオープンした本施設は、「野球人・王貞治」の魅力を伝えるとともに、「楽しむ」に重点を置いたスポーツミュージアムです。『王貞治ヒストリーゾーン（展示）』では、野球人・王貞治の偉大さや波乱万丈の道のりを最新の展示手法で表現、『89パーク（体験型アトラクション）』では、「野球を楽しんでほしい」という王貞治氏の野球への想いを体験型アトラクションに凝縮し、打つ・投げる・捕るなど様々なチャレンジが楽しめます。

海外渡航中のモバイルインターネットをはじめとする”通信環境の提供”に強みを持つエクスコムグローバルの本社エントランスロビー。 モバイル通信サービスは、世界中で様々な関わり合いを生み、人と人、人とコトを結びます。国や世代を超え、個々のコミュニケーションの連鎖がやがて世界的なムーブメントを生んだり、1つの大きな存在を紡ぎだしていくその様子は、様々な生物の営みとつながりが、より多くの生命の拡がりを生んでいく「森」の様子を思い起こさせます。 エクスコムグローバルの事業が世界にもたらす無限のつながりと可能性を、豊かな森の有り様(ありよう)と重ね合わせ、そこでの自然の造形や、森の成長の記憶、時間ごとに移ろう美しい姿をデザインのテーマとしました。壁面は、森の風景を象徴する要素として、木々の重なり合うシルエットをモチーフにしたパネルをデザインし、空間を覆いました。日中は陽の光、日没後は照明の灯りが、パネルの開口を通して床や壁に柔らかい影を落として木漏れ日のような印象を与え、渋谷の高層ビル内でありながらも森の中にいるような情景を作り出しています。また、印象的なテーブルやドリンクカウンターは、森の成長の記憶として「年輪」をデザインのモチーフとしました。曲げた金属板を同心円状にオフセットさせながら組み上げ、天板はその様子が見て取れるよう透明のアクリル板としています。 レイアウトプランとしては、来客を迎えるレセプションエリア、商談などを行うミーティングエリアの2つに空間を分節し、上記のデザインテーマの下でそれぞれのシーンに適した視線の遮り方や透過性を作り出す工夫をしています。 【お客様の課題/ご要望】 ラグジュアリーホテルのロビーのような雰囲気のレプションスペース及び商談スペースをデザインしてほしい、というご要望をいただきました。 ＜当社プロジェクトメンバー＞ 【営業・プロジェクトマネジメント】 石井 和茂、村上 香織 【デザイン・設計】 北村 喜裕 【制作・施工】 近石 郁雄、小池 徹治、香川 拓也

Kanda Square was planned in the Kanda area, where Sumitomo Corporation was founded for the second time. It is a landmark of Kanda, a 21-story office complex that was born as a challenge for Sumitomo Corporation to create a new town. We were in charge of interiors of the commercial zone on the first floor, the sign design, construction work, and furniture and fixture manufacturing.

The food court at the Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC), a landmark skyscraper in Shanghai, China, will be transformed into a relaxing place surrounded by "light" and "greenery" that supports food, work and interaction among office workers. We were in charge of concept design and schematic design at NOMURA Co.,Ltd. and working drawings and construction at NOMURA (Beijing) Co., Ltd. as the food court of Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC), a landmark skyscraper in Shanghai, China, as a relaxing place surrounded by "light" and "greenery" that supports food, work and interaction among office workers. The "Food Garden" is a food court with 12 restaurants on the second basement floor of SWFC, a landmark in Shanghai, providing daily food support to more than 10,000 office workers, a place for office workers to relax, and an event space and meeting rooms for seminars and social gatherings. The space was required to add value to the building by providing daily food support for over 10,000 office workers, as well as a place for office workers to relax, and an event space and conference room for seminars and social gatherings. The louvers were designed to visualize the "light" coming in from the ground and to create a series of scenes of "greenery" creeping up toward the light. In conjunction with the expansion of the international facilities at Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport), we were in charge of concept design and construction of the commercial area facing the departure lobby. Aiming for a symbolic concept design appropriate for the new gateway to Japan, we expressed the future "sky" of "Tokyo," which floats in the "sky" like "clouds" and "wind" and blends with each other, changing its appearance infinitely. Countless objects made with cutting-edge 3D modeling design technology create the silhouettes of streamlined "clouds" and "wind," and the shifting light and color gradations create the "sky" that changes its expression infinitely. For example, the generous and grand expression of the "clouds" and "wind" felt in the distance is composed of a fine geometric arrangement of approximately 5,500 strip-shaped parts when you get closer. In addition, the change of time of day and seasons is expressed with the soft and delicate light and color shading of approximately 1,800 proprietary lights. The dynamism of Japanese sensibility, which repeats meticulousness and generosity, and the "Japanese aesthetic sense" that appreciates the changes of the seasons, such as the flurry of cherry blossoms, the scenery of waves, the autumn winds and the winter skies. Medicha is a self-conditioning business centered on meditation, born from Mitsubishi Estate's new business proposal system. It is an immersive meditation studio that provides "luxurious time to create space for yourself" through a unique meditation program that frees all five senses for urban dwellers who are exposed to a lot of stress. We supported Mitsubishi Estate from various angles, from the business planning stage of the brand launch to the opening, by providing consulting, experience concept design, space concept design, graphic concept design, meditation content advice, and art curation. [Customer's comments] In creating an immersive studio that combines "meditation," "art," and "tea," we received comprehensive support not only for the interior interiors, but also for the realization of the concept and the design of services for how to experience meditation. Renewal of the Science Museum due to the aging of the existing Science Museum facilities and displays items. We received a proposal based on the DBO* method, which integrates design, construction, and operation, and completed construction in a short period of about one and a half years from schematic design. With the main goal of providing active learning-type learning, we are planning displays based on the basic policy of experiential stories that lead to deep learning through spontaneous action by inducing interest from experience. Zoned under six themes of nature, power, sound, light, space, and new technology, the displays space is equipped with more than 100 new science experience devices, almost all of which are centered on the large centerpiece displays, which symbolizes each zone that can be attended by a large number of people. With the cooperation of Hamamatsu's leading companies, we have developed displays to stimulate interest in local industries throughout the building. In addition, we have introduced the world's first scientific information learning system (app) equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) for science museums, realizing a new way of communication concept design that expands interest and knowledge through dialogue. In addition to the displays rooms, we have also renovated the welcome displays at the entrance with art by local artist Yasuhiro Suzuki, the Kids Science Land, a café, a shop, and an outdoor science park to make it concept design a comfortable place not only for children but also for adults, while incorporating the elements of a science museum. * DBO method (Design, Build, Operate): A method of public-private partnership in which design, construction, maintenance, and operation are comprehensively ordered to private companies.

"Maison KOSÉ" is a concept store that combines digital and experiential elements, where customers can try out all of KOSÉ's brands across the board, from skincare and makeup to haircare. Based on the theme of "Find Your Own Beauty," we aimed to create a space that utilizes digital technology to help customers discover their own beauty in a more personal and casual way. For KOSÉ, this is a completely new concept store that can be described as a "place of communication with customers." Shibuya Scramble Square, a new landmark facing Shibuya Scramble Crossing, boasts one of Japan's largest rooftop observation spaces (approximately 2,500 m²), 229 meters above Shibuya. SHIBUYA SKY is comprised of three zones: SKY GATE, a transitional space on the 14th to 45th floors; SKY STAGE, an outdoor observation space; and SKY GALLERY, an indoor observation corridor on the 46th floor. This observation facility not only offers a 360-degree view from 229 meters above Shibuya, but also stimulates intellectual curiosity and fosters imagination through a series of experiences. In collaboration with Rhizomatiks concept design, we were responsible for interiors space concept design, schematic design, working drawings, construction, and system hardware.
