ホテル アマネク新宿歌舞伎町

“旅と街をつなげる「私のホテル」”をコンセプトに展開する『アマネク』ブランド9棟目にあたる『ホテルアマネク新宿歌舞伎町』において、当社は、共用部の1階ロビーと地下1階レストランに加え、客室内のFF&Eおよびデザインの提案から製作までを担当しました。本プロジェクトのデザイン提案にあたり、以下の3つのポイントを大切に考えました。 1.ホテルコンセプト当ホテルのキーワード「自分の居場所」や「くつろぎ」「癒し」というキーワードを踏まえ、ハード面では「Cozy Comfort Hotel」というコンセプトのもと、コンパクトでありながら高級感のある水回り空間を実現することで心地良さを演出しながら、解放感を意識した共用部やゾーニングでは新宿歌舞伎町という立地ならではの都会的な雰囲気を感じさせる美しい空間づくりを行いました。また、デザイン面では、「Design with Local Essence」をコンセプトに、自然の恵み、街並み、馴染みある風景、伝統工芸品、地場産業の持つ雰囲気、新宿というエリアならではの暮らし、といった数々のエッセンスを散りばめています。これらの取り組みによって、歓楽街の中心地、新宿歌舞伎町という地域性を感じさせながらも、「くつろぎと癒し」がきちんと感じられる空間を実現しました。 2.建築外観縦方向に高くスリット状にいれた窓・外壁材のリブにより、高層ビルの立ち並ぶ新宿エリアにふさわしい高さを意識した外観意匠とすることで、外観と内観の一体感を目指し、建築外観の縦に伸びるラインではモダンな意匠性を表現しています。 3.新宿エリアのホテル状況ビジネス系ホテルチェーン店が立ち並ぶ中に、規模感の大小問わず個性的なホテルが存在するエリアであるため、他との差別化を図りながらアマネクならではのくつろぎ空間をつくりあげます。以上の3つのポイントを踏まえ、この地域の魅力を探るため、新宿の歴史から紐解きながら、国内外観光・ビジネス、全てのお客さまに新宿という街と旅、そして何よりホテルアマネクならではの心地よい空間を満喫してもらえることを目指しました。また、“Shinjuku 和 Relax”として、きらびやかな新宿の余韻を感じさせながらも、ほっと落ち着けて旅の疲れを癒してくれる空間を同時に実現しています。チェックインおよびチェックアウトの時だけでなく、宿泊中の外出や再びホテルに帰ってきたときに必ず立ち寄るロビーは、待ち合わせや、出かける場所の相談など、利用者の目的にあわせた使い勝手のよい空間にしています。

TBS has set the area concept of "Shake the World. AKASAKA, an entertainment town that shakes up all worlds," and is aiming to complete the "Akasaka 2-chome and 6-chome District Redevelopment Plan" and the existing area (TBS Broadcasting Center, Akasaka Sacas, TBS Akasaka BLITZ Studio, TBS Akasaka ACT Theater, Akasaka Biz Tower) in 2028. As the third step, "Akasaka BLITZ," which has delivered various content as a live space, will be renovated into "BLITZ Studio" dedicated to television program production. The first floor will feature an displays space in collaboration with popular programs, and the third floor will feature a viewing space for the program studio. In this project, we planned, designed, and produced a facility attraction monument that will contribute to the revival of Akasaka's vitality, which was lost during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a gallery that gives a sense of the station's history from its opening to the present, in the foyer in front of the "BLITZ Studio" studio and in the staircase leading to the third floor concept design. The monument embodies the connection between TBS and its viewers, and at the same time, from the perspective of the SDGs, it advocates a recycling-oriented society by creatively reusing 1.4 tons of "audio-broadcasting equipment and materials scheduled for disposal." The adjacent staircase connects the gallery, which traces the evolution of audio-visual media over TBS's 70 years, to the viewing studio, creating a space where visitors can experience TBS's history from its launch to the present day.

The hotel name TIAD is taken from the initials of the hotel's concept, "Tomorrow Is Another Day." TIAD is a luxury hotel that provides a comfortable and cheerful environment for its guests, allowing them to experience new value in coexisting with the greenery and nature of Hisaya Odori Park, even though it is located in the city center. TIAD is a proprietary brand of Nippon Ceremony Co., Ltd., which is Head Office in Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture and mainly handles wedding and funeral services. In partnership with Marriott International, it has become the fourth "Autograph Collection" in Japan. The reception floor has two restaurants, an all-day dining restaurant and a Japanese restaurant, and the guest rooms are the first in Aichi Prefecture, with 150 rooms all over 50 m2 in size, and there are three categories and 14 types of variations. For weddings, the chapel can accommodate up to 120 people seated and has a distinctive open concept design with a ceiling height of 10 m. The hotel also has three banquet halls that can accommodate MICE* demand, and the wellness zone features a lounge, indoor pool, fitness gym, and in-room spa. Our company was responsible schematic design and design supervision of all of the hotel's FOH (front of house), as well as the construction of some of the bridal-related fixtures and the TIAD Salon. *MICE: An acronym combining the initials of corporate meetings (Meetings), incentive travel by companies, international conferences held by international organizations, groups, academic societies, etc. (Conventions), displays, trade fairs, and events (Exhibition/Event), and is a general term for these business events (Source: Japan National Tourism Organization).
