NOT A HOTEL FUKUOKA

This is the first urban condominium in the "NOT A HOTEL" brand, which offers vacation homes for purchase starting from 10 nights per year. Our company was in charge of the interior concept concept design and basic planning. The overall supervision was handled by Kundo Koyama, and the concept is to enjoy the "blank space" in life. There are eight types of spacious rooms, all over 100 square meters and equipped with balconies. Each room is composed of a different concept and concept design while maintaining a sense of unity.

The building has a shape that resembles boxes randomly stacked together, from which greenery overflows. The challenge was to create an interior concept design that seamlessly connects with this distinctive exterior space.

The eight rooms, each over 100 square meters in size, have different concepts and are transformed through layout variations and FF&E, including a dog-friendly room with a dirt floor and a pet bath, a room specialized as a workspace with a table that seats 10, and a room with an outdoor bath on the balcony.

Having interior concept design professionals participate has significantly improved the user experience.
