This is the first urban condominium of "NOT A HOTEL", a villa that can be purchased from 10 nights a year. We were in charge of the interior concept concept design and master plan. Overall supervision was by Kundo Koyama, and the concept was to enjoy "the blank space in life", with eight types of spacious rooms, all over 100 square meters and with a balcony. Each room has a unified yet different concept and concept design.
The building is shaped like randomly stacked boxes that overflow with greenery. An interior concept design that seamlessly connects with the unique exterior space was required.
Each room is over 100 square meters and has a different concept, including a dock-friendly room with a dirt floor and pet bath, a workspace-specific room with a table for 10 people, and a room with an outdoor bath on the balcony. The 8 rooms are changed by layout variations and FFE.
The involvement of interior concept design professionals greatly improved the value of the user experience.
