KidZania Fukuoka NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Pavilion "Space concept design Studio"

In this pavilion, now completed within KidZania Fukuoka, children learn about space design as "space designers" and then concept design a dinosaur museum space using models of dinosaurs and other creatures. They open 3D data on a tablet and consider the spatial effects such as the background, floor, and lighting of displays. Finally, they give a presentation on the space they concept design and can check the completed displays area with a walkthrough video that gives them the feeling of actually walking through the museum.
KCJ GROUP Co., Ltd. and our company aim to help children, who will shape the future, discover the joy of "imagining" and "creating" displays area through their experiences in this pavilion. This will foster an interest in creative work and help them develop the ability to open up various possibilities with new ideas and concepts.

We concept design the pavilion space using our company's office space as a motif, displays hand-drawn sketches, material samples, and architectural models. Furthermore, as part of our work concept design the dinosaur museum, we provided a fulfilling experience of creating a space through a series of steps, from simulating the layout with a model to concept design interiors on 3D data and finally reviewing it with a walkthrough video.
