「こち亀記念館」は、漫画『こちら葛飾区亀有公園前派出所』を題材とした葛飾区様の亀有地域観光拠点施設です。当社は施設コンセプトから、展示・コンテンツの企画・設計・施工を担当しました。さらに、亀有駅周辺の回遊施策の企画・設計・施工や施設の開館に向けたプロモーション施策の企画など、施設にとどまらない業務範囲を、IPコンテンツ※を熟知した専門チーム・CIC（Content Integration Center）と、地方自治体の観光拠点施設やまちづくりのノウハウを持つ公共事業の施設チームの2チームが、互いの強みを活かして作り上げました。「主人公が勝手に施設を作り上げ、挙句の果て亀有の街に逃げ出した！」というコンセプトの下、漫画のコマが積み重なったような建築、名場面が飛び出した内装、作品の世界観が滲み出た空間デザインで、主人公たちの実存感をつくり出し、来場者が没入できる空間体験を実現しています。訪れた人は逃げ出した主人公を追うように、入口から出口まで一貫した空間ストーリーを体験することで、施設の中で完結せず、同館を起点に街を回遊したくなる仕掛けづくりに取り組みました。これにより、葛飾区および亀有地域の商店街振興・地域活性化にも寄与しています。※知的財産権（Intellectual Property Rights）により保護されるコンテンツ全般を指します。たとえば、ゲーム、映画、アニメーション、マンガ、小説、音楽、キャラクターなどが、IPコンテンツに該当します。

兵庫県豊岡市にある城崎マリンワールドの魚類展示エリア「SeaZoo」が30周年を迎え、2024年7月25日にリニューアルオープンしました。「SeaZoo」に新しく完成した展示「CUBE」のコンセプトは「もっと、会話のある水族館へ」です。生きものや飼育員との会話、20個のキューブ型水槽、イラストやグラフィックボードを通して、共に学びあい、好奇心や新しい発見、自由な発想を促す新たな展示スタイルを目指しています。

北海道の豪雪をかき分け、物流・人流をもたらした電気機関車「ED76形509号」の偉業を伝える展示施設です。北海道の国鉄電化の黎明期に活躍した電気機関車ED76形は、車両の部品に環境への影響が懸念されるポリ塩化ビフェニル（PCB）が使用されていたことから、撤去・処分作業のため、車両を解体せざるを得ませんでした。解体が計画される中で、貴重な文化遺産を後世に残すため、頭部の部分保存ならびに、展示施設の制作に至りました。全国の鉄道系博物館でも同様の頭部展示は行われていますが、本施設では失われた胴体部分を屋外仕様のグラフィックパネルで原寸再現することで、頭部だけでは伝わり切らない車両の「力強さ」を来館者に体感してもらうことを狙っています。ED76形の形、色、大きさをもって、車両が北海道にもたらした偉業と価値を来館者に伝えます。

「NEXT HOME」をコンセプトとし、創業50周年を迎えた山一地所様における、次代の基盤となる新社屋プロジェクトです。同社の渡部社長からの「ただカッコイイだけのハコはいらない。活きたハコが欲しい」というご要望に応えるため、全社員と準備委員会を対象としたワークショップを重ねながら、新社屋の各所に社員一人ひとりの想いを詰め込み、「自分たちのオフィス」という意識の醸成につなげました。今回のプロジェクトを通じて、社員一人ひとりのモチベーションも変化し、新たな社内外の交流が生まれています。山一地所様が期待するコミュニケーション、リクルーティング、DNAの継承などの課題解決につながる、オリジナリティーに富んだ「自分たちのためのオフィス」がここに誕生しました。

東京慈恵会医科大学附属病院母子医療センターの1階小児部門エントランスおよび5階処置室を改装し、外来患者のこどもたちと保護者の方々に病院の魅力や親しみを感じていただける空間にリニューアルしました。本プロジェクトは、東京慈恵会医科大学小児科学講座の大石公彦診療部長・講座担当教授が自身のアメリカでの医療従事経験から、現状の病院内の空間に対して「病院は新しく、美しくなったが、こどもたちにとって心地よい場所であるのか？　家族にとってはどうであるのか？　そして、仕事をするスタッフにとってどうであるのか？」と感じられたことがきっかけとなりました。セガサミーホールディングス様では、「こどもたちの病院での生活を豊かにしたい」という大石教授はじめ小児病棟スタッフの方々の想いに賛同し、東京慈恵会医科大学附属病院様に向けて、コンテンツやセガキャラクターなどを通じた支援をする運びとなりました。

「Marunouchi Street Park」は、東京・丸の内仲通りの今後の在り方や活用方法を検証する社会実験プロジェクトです。2019年にスタートし、9回目の開催となった「Marunouchi Street Park 2024 Winter」は、これまでの丸の内仲通り3ブロック分から新たに行幸通りを含む5ブロック分へ拡大し、過去最大規模での実施となりました。当社は総合企画パートナー・運営担当として参画しました。今回のテーマは、「Bright Street」です。冬の丸の内の風物詩であるイルミネーションを生かした空間設計・施工・運営を当社で担当しました。例年人気の環境配慮型の樹脂製スケートリンクや豊富なラインナップを揃えたグラスハウスマーケット、ホリデーシーズンにぴったりの似顔絵コンテンツやストリートミュージックなどを企画から運営までサポートしました。（開催期間：2024/11/14～12/25）

情報システム部門の課題解決と組織機能強化を支援するハイブリィド様の本社移転プロジェクトです。「情報システム（IT）と経営・事業（Business）を融合に導く」という同社のミッションより、「発想の融合、構造の融合、素材の融合」をデザインコンセプトとし、工業的なモチーフと現代的で洗練された空間の融合により、働く環境と企業価値の向上を目指しました。

日本有数の抹茶どころである愛知県西尾市を拠点とし、1888年創業の老舗抹茶メーカーであるあいや様のオフィスの移転計画です。既存の工場敷地内に新たに併設されたBCP製品倉庫棟内に計画されました。

As part of an R&D project that we have been working on since 2022, we launched "material record," which is themed around "materials = Earth's resources," and have announced the first product of this project, the sound device "noon by material record" (hereinafter, "noon"). This product is an experiential art piece that focuses on various sustainable materials that make up the Earth, connects "sound" and "materials," and is filled with the creativity of NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Group, which excels in spatial design. For the release of "noon," we collaborated with the travel circle "MIDNIGHT PIZZA CLUB," consisting of actor Taiga Nakano, video director Ryohei Kamide, and photographer Yusuke Abe. In addition to concept design the space for the book launch event (held from December 13th to 15th) for "MIDNIGHT PIZZA CLUB 1st BLAZE LANGTANG VALLEY," a book compiling travel records released on December 12th, 2024, Ryohei Kamide also installed "noon" and played ambient sounds created from sound sources he collected during his travels, alongside displays of photographs of Nepal taken during his journey.

We exhibited "Towards Our Future - SCRAP MATERIAL UPCYCLE PROJECT - SCRAPTURE" at "DESIGNART TOKYO 2023," one of Japan's largest concept design and art festivals. "SCRAPTURE" is an upcycling project that transforms "SCRAP," which is discarded from building materials and interiors materials, into "FURNITURE," and further reuses it as recycled material, returning it to the earth. We created furniture as practical and sustainable message art that makes interiors waste, which is usually not seen, feel close to us and continues to appeal to our emotions and memories. After that, it is circulated as new interiors material, and we aim for it to be a medium that expands the circle of co-creation and becomes an opportunity to think about a better future.

Tetra Pak is a global leader in food processing and paper container filling and packaging systems, founded in Sweden in 1951. The Gotemba Technical Center is a core facility for Tetra Pak Japan's domestic technical services, playing a vital role in product support by conducting filling and packaging system demonstrations, quality control, and paper container analysis and evaluation. The facility celebrated its 25th anniversary since relocating to Gotemba in 1999. Therefore, a large-scale renovation project was undertaken to renew the space into one where visitors can experience innovation for new product development and sustainability initiatives through displays and digital tools. Pike was in charge of concept design, Jones Lang LaSalle was in charge of overall project management, and our company participated in this project as the overall construction company for interiors. To create concept design that convincingly showcases Tetra Pak's advanced technology, the entrance lobby, where guests are welcomed, is concept design around three core elements: sharp, paper-fold-like shapes that represent the foundation of the company's business; linear lighting that emphasizes these folds; and pure white to express the company's pride in safety as a food-related business. In the showroom, where actual business negotiations take place, the above concept is followed, and a wood-grain color scheme is incorporated to further express Tetra Pak's approach to sustainability.

Takemoto Oil & Fat Co., Ltd. is a global company with a 300-year history, operating a food business centered on "Maruhon Sesame Oil" and a chemical business based on interfacial chemistry. We were recently in charge of renovating the entrance to Head Office headquarters. Our aim was to create a space where visitors (domestic and international customers, local residents, and job-seeking students) can feel the company's culture and history, while also improving employee engagement and telling the company's story.

The Refineverse Group advocates Waste to Wealth and is working on "new manufacturing" using waste as a resource. With this office relocation, our company was in charge of construction from concept design design to interiors construction work.

The Nintendo Museum is a facility created by renovating Nintendo's Uji Ogura factory. It features displays of numerous products released by Nintendo to date, new gameplay experiences reborn with the latest technology, workshops, a cafe, and a shop, allowing visitors to learn about and experience Nintendo's history and commitment to craftsmanship. Our group brought together the combined strength of over 100 members for this project, working together as one to drive it forward. We supported the facility from concept to overall planning, and were responsible for concept design, architecture, and construction. Furthermore, for the museum's operation, our group company, Seeds Three, handles the staffing department, while Nomura Medias handles maintenance, upkeep, and shop tenant management.

This is a renovation project for the hotel "The Mana Village" located at the tip of Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture. The project began in 2020 to transform the former Ashizuri Pacific Hotel into one of Asia's leading resort hotels, "The Mana Village." In this project, we added value to two new types of guest rooms, the common areas, and the infinity deck. The new guest rooms consist of seven Japanese-style rooms and a concept room designed by young hotel staff and our designers, with the aim of providing a "new way to enjoy the ocean like art" while also promoting the charm of Kochi and connecting Kochi with our guests. This is an ongoing project in which we will share the hotel's transformation with our guests over time, building up their expectations.
