The year 2023 marks the 100th anniversary of Suntory founder Shinjiro Torii's first whisky production in Yamazaki. The Yamazaki Distillery underwent renovations to mark the anniversary, with the main objectives of further improving quality and promoting the distillery's appeal. We are responsible for working drawings, construction, and signage work.

This is a large-scale renovation project for the 25th anniversary of the opening of Anniversaire Omotesando. We were in charge of the complete renovation of the chapel, cafe, salon, banquet hall (3 floors), and flower shop. The building was reborn as a lively new "anniversaire hall" rather than just a wedding hall. Based on the concept of "creating a new road in Omotesando", we created a space where the bride and groom walk along this road after the wedding ceremony, and where customers can experience the happy atmosphere unique to Anniversaire on a more everyday basis, and where various moments can be created by customers. In addition, each newly renovated floor has its own unique characteristics, and by expanding the options for each customer, the fun that comes from it can be expressed more freely, realizing a space that can be used not only as a wedding hall but also for various occasions. In addition, concept design of "tying and connecting" is hidden throughout each floor, expressing the spatiality of an "anniversaire hall".

Set in Azabudai Hills, which has a "Modern Urban Village" concept based on the two pillars of Green & Wellness, Mori Building and Keio University have joined forces to create a preventive medicine center that will be an innovation hub aiming to realize next-generation preventive medicine. The center will expand and relocate from the university hospital in Shinanomachi to two floors on the 5th and 6th floors of Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower. The 5th floor will provide a personalized check-up where patients can order a test menu according to their wishes, and the 6th floor will provide a newly opened membership-based medical service called "Preventive Medicine Membership." AND was responsible for concept design of the common areas on the 5th and 6th floors, excluding the examination rooms.

BLUE NOTE PLACE is a new type of restaurant that blends food, music and culture, proposing a casual style of enjoying high-quality live music and DJ sets while dining, while harmonizing with the town of Ebisu where people with diverse values and lifestyles gather. The interior of the restaurant makes generous use of the open two-story space, and is fully equipped with spaces to accommodate a variety of uses, including dining, a bar, a lounge, private rooms and a terrace. While the restaurant primarily operates as a dining and bar, it is a space that seamlessly combines food and music, where customers can casually enjoy live music and DJ sets with a table charge. We were in charge of design, layout.

This is a Head Office relocation project for HU Group Holdings Co., Ltd. The new building is positioned as a "future creation base" in contrast to the HU Bioness Complex (Akiruno City, Tokyo), which opened in 2022 as the HU Group's "value creation base." The aim was to create a space where each employee can "envision the future, connect with others, and grow independently." The organic concept design, based on the concept of "becoming one, resonating, and expanding," evokes kindness and expectations for the future, making it a fitting space for a company that contributes to the development of healthcare.

The restaurant floor on the 7th floor of HEP FIVE, a commercial facility with a red Ferris wheel in Umeda, Osaka, has undergone its first renovation since its opening. We have prepared many common areas to encourage take-out use as well as within the tenant section, and as the floor name "TAMLO" suggests, it has become a floor where many people gather.

This is a community revitalization and disaster prevention base that was born in Koshimizu Town, Hokkaido, and is a community revitalization and disaster prevention base that has been working in partnership with the public and public, with the aim of creating a lively and sustainable town by creating a place for people to live both in everyday life and in times of disaster. In addition to the town hall functions, the town hall will be equipped with a cafe, laundry, fitness gym, community space, etc., transforming the town hall from a traditional "place you don't go to unless you have something to do" to a new "place you come to naturally." We aim to become a central facility where the town hall and residents can work together to revitalize the town while facing the challenges of depopulation and aging.

Founded in 1931, Capital Group is one of the world's leading asset management firms with a long history. It employs 7,000 people worldwide, from Los Angeles to Geneva, London, Tokyo, and Singapore. This office relocation project to the Marunouchi Niiebashi Building was designed to improve functionality and employee engagement for further operational efficiency. We were in charge of interiors ・making, special lighting, and signage work. In addition to the 3,000 m2 per floor project, we contributed to the completion of the project by coordinating and promoting cross-functional activities with each stakeholder in a very limited construction time frame.

Mitsubishi Estate commissioned MEC Industry, a group company, to propose and develop new office interiors materials products. From among the many ideas, we worked on developing partitions and OA floors for sale as wooden products. At the Non-Residential Wooden Architecture Fair 2023 to be held in May 2023, we collaborated with Mitsubishi Estate and other booth stakeholders to consider design, layout that could be installed in order to displays the mockups created during the development process in the Mitsubishi Estate Group booth. After this fair, the stakeholders provided feedback and brushed up the mockups in terms of concept design, construction, and procurement for actual sales, which led to Head Office. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. also cooperated with the design and construction of the installation.

This is a development and demonstration event of Motome Beach in Kyonan Town, Awa District, Chiba Prefecture, utilizing Chiba Prefecture's "Tourism Content High Added Value Promotion Project". We named the new use of the beach after the summer high season "Beach Time" and planned and implemented the project from September to November 2022. The special event held on November 12th and 13th offered new seaside experiences such as the first and largest participatory sky lantern and candle night in the Uchibo region, the installation of upcycled art using local waste materials such as driftwood, and a gourmet food truck that allows you to taste the charm of Uchibo, and many people attended. We promoted a series of efforts, from secretarial work for the application to Chiba Prefecture, planning, promoting the demonstration experiment of the event (planning, concept design, construction, operation, promotion), verifying the effects, and reporting.

"Ogawa GRAND Lodge" is a direct store of "Ogawa", a long-established outdoor brand founded in 1914 that offers reliable gear and outdoor life. This outdoor store offers everything from thorough lectures for beginners to introducing the latest gear for veterans and repair services for discontinued old models. This is the first direct store in the Chugoku region. It will be located in "HIROSHIMA GATE PARK", which was reborn as a public park on the site of the former Hiroshima Municipal Baseball Stadium in spring 2023, and our company, which was in charge of leasing for the project, was involved in the store opening guidance, design, layout, and construction. In terms of concept design, we proposed interiors that is more upgraded than previous stores, and the store will blend in with HIROSHIMA GATE PARK.

In recent years, a new layer of rock showing how the Jomon people mined obsidian was discovered at the Takayama Ruins and Hoshikuso Pass Obsidian Mine, a nationally designated historic site. displays Hoshikuso Museum has been opened, where visitors can see the excavated layer of rock and experience the activities of the Jomon people at that time. The exterior walls of the building have changed color due to rust over the years, and the message is that the memory of obsidian is preserved and passed on. Inside displays room, the layers of rock, 20 meters long and over 5 meters high, stand on both walls of the corridor, and are reproduced exactly as they were discovered during the excavation. The layers of rock are unevenly stacked in steps, and these were created by the soil and sand that the Jomon people dug up in the ground in search of obsidian. Projection mapping was applied to the lines of the layers of rock to recreate the activities of the Jomon people at that time in video. Through immersive images and impressive geological strata, you can experience the passion of the Jomon people, who mined for generations in search of precious obsidian, which is only found in limited areas.

This project is for Echire L'Atelier du Bourg, located on the ground floor of Azabudai Hills, and is the eighth domestic store of "Echire" handled by Kataoka Bussan Co., Ltd., a luxury goods manufacturer and food specialty trading company that imports and sells luxury goods and food from the world's top brands. Our company was in charge of interiors construction of this store, which boasts the largest floor space in the country.

This is a renewal project for the Yokoyama Visitor Center of the Ministry of the Environment's Ise-Shima National Park. As a place to convey the "connection between people and nature," which is the greatest attraction of Ise-Shima National Park, the displays is centered on three themes that symbolize the activities of people who coexist with the nature of Ise-Shima (the culture of female divers, pearl farming, and Jingu Forest). As the core of the renewal, an experiential theater was installed, and immersive high-definition images of "Ise-Shima's distinctive landscapes, abundant nature, and people's activities" were displayed on a total of four screens, three of the walls and the floor. Interactive methods have been introduced as a place where children can learn while having fun, such as touching icons displayed on the screen to see visuals and explanations of living creatures.

This is the concept design and construction supervision of the second store in Saudi Arabia for the Kyoto-based coffee shop brand "%ARABICA". The client requested that a 900m2 warehouse be renovated and a custom-made gigantic roasting machine be installed. We planned a theater-like store that would make the most of the vast space while showcasing the gigantic roastery. A stage was set up at the back of the store that could be seen from any seat, and the roasting machine, which is the main attraction, was placed majestically in the center. The bean cellar, which is the symbol of "%ARABICA", surrounds it, livening up the main attraction. The store is also home to the excellent baristas of "%ARABICA", who act as an orchestra. A U-shaped kitchen counter was set up in the center of the store, and pleasant sounds were created to resonate throughout the store along with the baristas' brilliant performance. In order to allow customers to enjoy the live feeling of these two main attractions from anywhere in the store, we created a large pillar-free atrium and arranged the seats around it. The main seating area is made up of box seats separated by sheer curtains. Considering the Saudi Arabian people's concern about the distance between men and women, these seats are laid out in two tiers on both sides of the atrium. There are also bench seats around the kitchen counter where you can watch the barista right in front of you, and counter seats with a view of the whole store, allowing a variety of seating options to suit different customer demographics. Comfortable light pours in through the perforated metal from the atrium ceiling. These features have created a store where customers can enjoy delicious coffee and a theater-conscious concept design and production with all five senses, while making the most of the bright and open space.
