池袋のサンシャインシティ隣接地の東京国際大学内に併設されたGOOD HEALTH CAFETERIAとINTERNATIONAL CAFETERIAのプロジェクトです。学生が日々の大半を過ごす生活空間の充実、飲食のみならずさまざまな活動ができる快適な環境実現のため、内装デザイン設計・制作・内装施工を当社が担当しました。2つのカフェテリアでは、学生が自然と集い、日本の健康食や世界各国の食を通して、お互いの文化を知り、交流が促されるような環境を提供することで、キャンパスライフの新しい拠点となる場を目指しました。

小学生が平日の放課後に学童保育で過ごしながら、科学館の学芸員とコミュニケーションし、科学を身近に感じるきっかけを提供することを目的としたイベントです。当社が2013年から指定管理者として運営する多摩六都科学館と東京都小平市内の放課後児童クラブをオンライン中継で結び、風船を使った科学実験ワークショップを開催しました。「落とす」「浮かす」「のばしてもどす」「振るわす」などの実験をクイズ形式で行い、風船の不思議について楽しみながら理解を深められる内容としました。

「MITSUKOSHI BGC」は、「NEXT MANILA LIFESTYLE」をコンセプトに、国際都市ボニファシオ・グローバル・シティを舞台に、日本とフィリピンが共創する新しいライフスタイルを届ける複合型商業施設となります。当社にて環境共用部の基本構想およびデザインを担当し、買い物の楽しさを演出するオープンな店が軒を連ねる構成と開放感あふれる商空間に「参道」や「通り庭」といった日本の伝統的な場づくりの要素を取り入れることで、ヒューマンスケールで居心地の良い施設を提案しています。施設中央部では、フィリピンと日本の懸け橋になるという本プロジェクトの想いを表現する象徴的なデザインとして、手と手が組み合わさったイメージを和の味付けでアイコン化した「Joining Hands」の天井がお客さまを出迎えます。

As a successor to Hokkaido's first science museum, the Muroran Youth Science Museum (opened in 1963), this museum was newly opened with the addition of the theme of "environment." The museum aims to create displays that will familiarize a wide range of generations, especially children, with science on a daily basis and give them hope for the future of the earth and the region. The environmental corner introduces environmental innovation projects that utilize Muroran's individuality and strengths cultivated through manufacturing, as well as efforts toward a sustainable future. The main displays, "Watching Moruelani," is a virtual exhibit in which visitors walk on satellite photos of Muroran spread across the floor and use an AR tablet to explore manufacturing, renewable energy sites, and natural spots. Visitors can experience displays that is usually difficult to see in real life, such as 360-degree images of factories and drone footage of natural landscapes. The science experience corner is made up of devices that allow visitors to experience the basics and principles of science. Some of the equipment from the old building has been remade and reinstalled, inheriting the history of the facility and the memories of the residents. The scattered devices are connected by experiment counters, enhancing the face-to-face communication space, and play elements are also incorporated into displays, such as large play equipment based on Muroran's nature.

The first new concept store, Sports Authority Toyokawa, aims to be more than just a sporting goods store; it aims to be a space that anyone can drop in to and feel like a "place" for. Rather than creating a typical sports store, it values an atmosphere that is open to everyone, friendly, peaceful and relaxing, and connects the "inside" and "outside" of the store with concept design that uses a "veranda" as a symbolic motif, providing a space where a wide range of customers, from families to seniors, can relax and enjoy shopping and communication.

We have created an application that allows visitors to learn more about the past and present of Tsumakoi Village. The application allows visitors to experience the past and present of Tsumagoi Village at three locations: "Asama no Ibuki," a direct sales shop selling Tsumagoi Village's specialties; "Kambara Kannondou," where human remains from the 1783 eruption were excavated; and "Tsumagoi Local History Museum," which has materials from the time of the eruption at displays. -The AR contents can be played by holding a tablet over the present Mt. Asama and experiencing the eruption in 1783 and the changes in the ridgelines of Mt. The detailed information is explained with illustrations. -Learn about Tsumagoi Village today - You can see the traces of the eruption that are currently being excavated, the four seasons of Tsumagoi Village, and explanations of the village's local specialties. The 360-degree images of the rhododendron garden in the spring and the star-filled sky in the summer can be enjoyed as if the visitors were actually there.

Padel Tokyo Mizumachi, a dedicated facility for padel, a racket sport that originated in Spain, opened in January 2023 in the east zone of Tokyo MizumachiⓇ, a 1-minute walk from Tokyo Skytree Station. Padel is a racket sport that is rapidly gaining popularity around the world, especially in Europe and South America, and this will be the third padel court in Tokyo and the first in the East Tokyo area. Like the tenants in the Tokyo MizumachiⓇ facility, it was opened as a community spot in the city where visitors and residents alike can enjoy sports. (Co-planned by Choice)

TODAY’S SPECIAL Ebisu is a “food and lifestyle store” that is close to the daily lives of people who work, live, and gather in Ebisu. Our spacious store has the widest selection of plants in Tokyo, so you can grow them, live with them, and enjoy them. In addition to selling fresh flowers, we offer a wide range of daily necessities, such as bulk food ingredients and care products, that will give you the opportunity to start something new. We provided support for the opening of Ebisu Garden Place, from proposing a store opening to negotiating with the facility.

Kikukawa Kogyo is a leading company in metal processing building materials, which handles many large-scale construction projects both in Japan and overseas. This project is a renovation plan for the visitor's facility located on the premises of the Shirai Factory, which is the processing base. The theme was to create a place where the spirit at the core of Kikukawa Kogyo, which has been built up over its 90-year history, can be felt, including the KIKUKAWAism of "Never Say No" and the never-give-up, never-give-up spirit of continuing to take on new challenges, was felt. A new displays area was created to introduce the company's history and processing processes, and through art and fixtures incorporating advanced technology, we aimed to create a place that would impress upon the company its passion and technology for manufacturing, and generate new co-creation.

This is a renovation project for two VIP rooms, the Super Boxes, at Fukuoka PayPay Dome. Targeting core fans of the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks (hereafter referred to as the Hawks), the project was carried out under the theme of "VIP rooms that expand the joy of watching baseball," displays the Hawks' 85-year history and profiles of current players. The rooms are also designed to inspire even those who are not familiar with the team to become Hawks fans. We did not simply propose interiors work, but also concept design and produced the rooms to the VIP rooms' original specifications, from the walls, lighting, and accessories.

This is a new experience shop that offers a panoramic view of the wide sky and Tokyo Skytree from the bottom, and combines the indoor and outdoor space that is unique to an outdoor brand. In addition to selling familiar items and outdoor goods, the shop also plans to offer various experience content such as workshops that make use of the outdoors. The store's garage-like interiors concept design, inspired by the CHUMS factory in Hurricane, Utah, USA, where CHUMS was born, allows customers to experience the brand's roots.

This is the first attempt by Mitsubishi Jisho Residences to propose an option plan for the private area that combines lifestyle, layout plan, materials, and built-in furniture into one package. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, when people around the world began to reconsider the comfort of their living spaces, we proposed a "new standard" concept design in the post-COVID era, centering on the ideal form of residential space in an apartment, which is "a place to spend healthy and fulfilling time at home" and "the ability to balance daily life and work." The model room was the 70S1 type, which is considered the most popular family-oriented type out of the 12 types of residences on one floor. In this type, we aimed to create a living space that could be customized by the family to suit their lifestyle, and created a "multifunctional area" in the living and dining area. By dividing the large living and dining area with a shelf with storage, the family can take different actions while being in the same space, and the space allows them to feel each other's presence. The styling of the model room was based on the concept of "Japandi," and it was a proposal unique to our company, FOO, that was different from the atmosphere of previous model rooms.

AI-STUDIO-SAITAMA is Ai Komuten's sixth store in Japan, and is an experiential housing showroom where you can "see," "touch," and "feel." Located on the sixth floor of the main building of Omiya Takashimaya in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, AI-STUDIO-SAITAMA features a VR room where you can virtually experience the plan of your envisioned future home, and a living/dining/kitchen simulation room where you can consider the floor plan you are planning in life-size. You can also have fun concept design your ideal life by checking out creative storage ideas and playful skip spaces, and comparing home appliances. Our company was responsible for concept design, planning, and interiors construction.

We carried out renovation work on the permanent displays room of the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum. We were in charge of displays renovation work associated with the removal of the wall around the Tyranno Robot in the History of Life corner of the permanent displays room, and the complete renovation of the Dino Lab. We also remodeled and installed a Tyrannosaurus monument that was made for the domestic PR of the movie "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" into a permanent outdoor exhibit.

"Deus Ex Machina Asakusa", which opened in Tokyo Mizumachi West Zone, is a lifestyle shop based on Australian surf and bike culture. As small as an espresso, the shop is packed with a variety of things, and is located on a riverside away from the hustle and bustle of the city.It has many different roles: a comfortable cafe, an apparel shop, and an art gallery. Higashi Tokyo's first store in Asakusa will serve coffee brewed by famous baristas and Deus Chef's original food that can only be tasted here. Our company assisted with consulting and leasing.
