「家づくり」をひとつの作品をつくりあげるように、「見る・ふれる」「対話する」「体感する」ことで家が出来上がるまでの過程をもっと楽しんでほしい。そんな想いから生まれた体験型住宅ショールームのデザイン・設計、制作、内装施工を担当しました。北海道札幌市に誕生した4階建ての「AI-STUDIO-SAPPORO」は、多層階という点を生かした魅力的かつ機能性を高めたプランとなっており、天井の高さを生かしたスキップフロアの実物展示では4つのシーンを連続的にみせることで空間の豊かさを表現しています。マテリアルコーナーでは家づくりのヒントやアイ工務店様の空間提案のユニークさと工夫を表現し、お客さまが楽しく、ポジティブな気持ちで家づくりを行うことができるショールームです。

1973年に建設された「奥只見電力館」は、尾瀬を源流とする「奥只見ダム(電源開発様)」のPR施設です。ダムを見下ろす高台に位置し、奥只見湖・尾瀬散策に訪れる観光客や小学生の団体見学をメインターゲットとしています。2023年に開館50周年を迎えることから、デジタル技術を駆使した電力館としてリニューアルオープンしました。奥只見の四季やダム・発電所建設の歴史を知るコーナー、大型スクリーンで建設時のデジタルリマスター映像やドローンの迫力映像で今と昔を体感できるコーナーなど、奥只見ダムや水力発電の仕組み、エネルギーについてより分かりやすく学ぶことができる展示内容となっています。また、魚沼市ふれあいコーナーや、日本アカデミー賞受賞映画「ホワイトアウト」に使用された資料の展示、立ち入り禁止のため「幻のダム」と称される大鳥ダムのトリックアートコーナーで臨場感のある写真撮影なども楽しむことができます。

「Marunouchi Street Park」は、東京・丸の内仲通りで、「道路空間」を快適な「都市公園空間」へと変える、未来のエリアマネジメントの実証実験として取り組んでいるプロジェクトです。2023年冬の開催は、夏に引き続き、常設化に向けた都心の公園の在り方を検証しながら、丸の内エリアの冬の風物詩であるイルミネーションを引き立たせ、来場者が楽しめるフォトスポットをはじめ、メリーゴーランド、スケートリンクのほか、飲食物販と豊富なラインナップを取り揃えたグラスハウスマーケットなど、ホリデーシーズンにぴったりの各種コンテンツを用意しました。今回は「Bright Street - まちもみんなも輝く、冬の仲通り -」をコンセプトとし、2022年冬に使用した各マーケットブースの再利用や、2023年夏の開催時に好評だったブランコ型ベンチに新たに装飾を施してフォトスポットにリメイクするなど、SDGsや時代のトレンドにあった取り組みを行いました。他にも2023年夏に制作した「寄り道ベンチ」をアップグレードし、イルミネーションを見上げながらくつろげるベンチにするなど、これまでのノウハウを生かしたコンテンツづくりに取り組みました。また、ストリート上で披露される公式ミュージシャンによる演奏は夏同様に実施しながら、今回新たに似顔絵アーティストを招致するなど、企画面でも新しい取り組みを行いました。加えて、2021年冬に実施した「目の不自由な方のためのイルミツアー」を継承するかたちで、健常者が目隠しをして歩くことで目の不自由な方への理解を深める対話ツアーを開催し、誰にとっても過ごしやすいストリートの在り方を議論する機会を創出しました。

広島県呉市に開業した「シャトレーゼ ガトーキングダム せとうち」は、呉市の所有する旧グリーンピアせとうちを菓子事業と連携した滞在型リゾートホテルへリブランディングしたプロジェクトです。〝自然との共生・美しいせとうちを感じる唯一無二のリゾート″をデザインコンセプトにエントランス、ロビー、客室、レストラン、カフェ、中庭、温浴施設を改修し、新たなリゾートホテルへと生まれ変わりました。瀬戸内海の多島美を一望できる客室、施設限定のスイーツが楽しめるカフェなど、さまざまなシーンで年代問わず利用できます。当社は基本構想から参画し、空間コンセプト策定からデザイン・設計、サイン・グラフィックデザイン、内装施工、FF＆Eまでクリエイティビティを生かし、総合的に担当いたしました。

東京建物仙台ビル2階エリアにおいて、ビル入居者の満足度向上を目的とした、エントランスおよびカフェスペースのリニューアルを行いました。当社は企画・基本構想段階から参画し、内装・環境デザイン、サイン・グラフィックデザイン、什器制作、施工まで担当しました。

約35年の歳月をかけた再開発事業として誕生した、麻布台ヒルズは、『緑に包まれ、人と人をつなぐ ｢広場｣ のような街₋Modern Urban Village 』をコンセプトに、“Green & Wellness”をテーマとしています。広大な中央広場を街の中心に据え、オフィス、住宅、ホテル、インターナショナルスクール、商業施設、文化施設など、多様な都市機能を高度に融合させた「ヒルズの未来形」として誕生しました。緑豊かなエリア各所に広がる約150店舗の商業施設では、日々の働き方、暮らし方、生き方を豊かでクリエイティブなものにすることを目指しています。中でも、タワープラザの低層部に広がる商業エリアは、商業面積約2,800 坪、中央広場に面し、3層吹き抜け空間を持つこの街の中心に位置付けられるエリアです。本環境計画では、街との調和、上階への誘引、フロア内回遊を促すためのエレメントとして「FABRIC」をモチーフに、素材・細部まで構成しています。柔らかな曲線で包み込まれる心地よさ、上質さのある空間を実現し、これからの時代における真に豊かなライフスタイルを提案する場として、魅力的な空間体験を提供しています。

「ひろしまゲートパーク」は、広島都心部に位置する旧広島市民球場跡地をパークPFIにより再整備した、広島の新しい顔となる市民公園です。大規模イベントも開催可能な約6,500㎡の広場を囲むように、8棟の商業施設を点在させ、園内の回遊を促すと共に、イベントや店舗のにぎわいに一体感をもたらしています。加えて、イベントを中心にさまざまな活動や交流が生まれ、屋外で過ごす新たなライフスタイルを育む拠点となることを目指しました。当社は、公募提案書作成段階から参画し、全体構想、敷地利用計画、配棟計画、MD計画、リーシング、インテリアデザイン、サイングラフィック、テナント設計施工、内装監理、ブランディング、ネーミング、ロゴ作成、コミュニケーション戦略などを担当しました。

「スカイパティオ」は広島の中心部に位置する基町クレドの商業施設「パセーラ」の6階に位置する屋上庭園です。1994年より広島城を中心とした広島の街を見渡すことができる市民の憩いの場として使われてきました。本プロジェクトは、2023年8月に閉館したそごう広島店新館跡と現パセーラを含む基町クレドの施設構成を刷新し、新生「パセーラ」とするための、基町クレド再生プロジェクトの第1弾として位置付けられています。新たな「スカイパティオ」では、新設した大画面モニターやナイトビューを生かしたルーフトップバーなどによる非日常体験の提供や、親子連れのお客さまも楽しめるせせらぎや芝生の丘などの整備を通じて、多様な楽しみ方ができる環境の創出と、新たな基町クレドへの期待感を育む空間を目指しました。

The new facility "tower eleven baseball" at ESCON Field HOKKAIDO is the first baseball amusement area in Japan where you can not only experience a baseball activity game in the stadium, but also taste delicious food essential for baseball games and watch displays products related to baseball. It is open on Non-Gameday (days when there are no games) and can be enjoyed at any time without reservations. We were in charge of research, planning and basic concept, design, layout, interiors, displays production construction, environmental features, signage and graphics concept design. As a versatile baseball game utilizing the latest virtual reality technology, batting, pitching, and toss batting can be played. There are four levels of difficulty for batting, which can be played by elementary school students and older, and can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced players alike. Pitching is played by throwing into the zone indicated by the catcher, and the speed of the pitch is also displayed. Toss batting is a casual game where players can hit balls thrown from below.

This is a renovation project for the Courtyard by Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel. Since its opening, it has been a turning point in the times, and this project aims to evolve the hotel into a new kind by improving comfort and planning distinctive hotel restaurants. The plan is to maintain the appeal of a full-service hotel with accommodation, banquet, and restaurant functions, while also capturing the recovery of inbound tourism demand in the post-COVID era. To upgrade both functionality and concept design, the entire hotel was closed for the first time since its opening for a major renovation. In this renovation, the concept was "GINZA CONTRAST," and the charm of Ginza lies in its duality: "a city where you can enjoy special occasions such as sightseeing, theater, and shopping, with a sense of glamour and classic style," and "a city that blends into your daily life and has the goodness of being used as a matter of course, accompanying you in your life." While valuing the combination of both, the project proposes a new way to enjoy and spend time at the hotel, where visitors can move freely and casually without clearly separating "work" and "play," "friends" and "yourself," and "travel" and "life." Our company was responsible for restaurant concept development, tenant leasing, interiors design and design supervision for guest rooms, restaurants, and bars, as well as interiors construction.

Meiji Park, a Tokyo Metropolitan Park, opened in October 2023 as the first Tokyo Metropolitan Park to utilize the Public-Private Partnership (Park-PFI) system based on the Urban Parks Act. The project site covers approximately 1.6 hectares of the front yard space of the National Stadium, and Tokyo Legacy Parks Co., Ltd., a consortium of six companies with Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. as the representative organization, is responsible for the development, management, and operation of the new park. Our company was consulted by Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. in 2021 and was in charge of overall planning direction and architectural design supervision. We worked closely with the client to create a new park that embodies the concept of "creating a park that will become a legacy of Tokyo, a city that the world can be proud of," and were involved in creating a new park life that meets diverse needs such as well-being and diversity. The park includes three plazas, such as the approximately 1,000 m² lawn area "Hope Plaza" and the "Path Plaza" which incorporates a water feature inspired by the Shibuya River, as well as a wooded area of approximately 7,500 m² called "Pride Forest." Furthermore, we created a lively atmosphere by incorporating publicly solicited park facilities (five retail buildings) to improve convenience for park users. Currently, each building houses a cafe, relaxation facilities, restaurants, and an outdoor activity shop. We also handled the business planning and construction (excluding the sauna area) of the first "TOTOPA" urban spa facility newly developed by Tokyo Tatemono Group*. Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Building A of the retail complex, it features a sauna, a cold plunge pool with a depth of approximately 160cm, a fitness area, and various lounges. *Developer: Tokyo Tatemono, Operator: Tokyo Tatemono Resort

HOKURIKU+ is an information hub for Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures. Directly connected to the west exit of JR Osaka Station, it features a retail space, a standing bar where customers can enjoy local sake and snacks from each prefecture, a tourist information space, and an event space showcasing seasonal attractions. Our company was responsible for all phases from design, layout to construction, as well as logo and manual development, a carefully crafted store introduction video, and VMD (Visual Merchandising) proposals for the first year of operation.

AKICHIDE PARK, a private park created through the collaboration of the local community, government, and businesses, has opened on a vacant lot in the Nagano shopping district of Kawachinagano City, Osaka Prefecture. Its aim is to restore the former vibrancy of the area and enrich the lives of each and every citizen. As part of our R&D activities, our company endorsed the objectives of this project and joined the "Kawachinagano Station Area Revitalization Conference" as a collaborating company. Leading up to the opening of AKICHIDE PARK, we were proactively involved in a wide range of processes, including planning and basic concept development, spatial design supervision, sponsorship, and event planning and management support. Working together with other collaborating companies, we continue to work on revitalizing the park even after its opening.

Kubota Corporation, whose mission is to solve social issues in the food, water, and environment business areas, has opened an agricultural learning facility in Hokkaido Ballpark where visitors can learn about the charm and potential of "food and agriculture" in a fun and delicious way. Targeting children as its main audience, the facility is based on the concept of a place where everyone can learn and think together for the future, and has constructed an experiential story revolving around three key factors essential to solving the challenges facing food and agriculture. In particular, the "AGRI QUEST course," aimed at elementary school students in the fourth grade and above, allows participants to learn about the fun and diversity of agricultural management by working as part of a team as an agricultural manager, while the "TECH LAB" allows them to experience the importance of agritech by interacting with cutting-edge smart agriculture and plant factories. A café serving menus made with carefully selected ingredients is also attached. Our group provided a wide range of solutions, including not only planning, design, and construction, but also facility operation, café operation, and event decoration.

FREUDE by BMW, a brand store embodying BMW's slogan "The Ultimate Driving Machine" in a luxurious setting, has opened at Azabudai Hills. This store features displays of the latest vehicle models, a café blending Japanese and German culinary cultures, a retail corner where you can purchase the BMW STUDIO apparel collection (the first of its kind in Japan), and a lounge and atelier where you can experience the brand's worldview. It is a sophisticated space where you can immerse yourself in the diverse world of BMW. In addition, an adjoining Japanese restaurant, which operates on a reservation-only basis, offers an even more exclusive experience. The facility's concept, "The Ultimate Driving Machine in Life," is conveyed along with the brand's philosophy, making it a new information hub where you can envision a life lived with BMW.
