大阪にある世界最大級の水族館「海遊館」。「いのちぐるぐるサンゴ展」は水槽内の背景になりがちなサンゴを主役にした特別展です。展示テーマは、たくましく生きるサンゴの「生命力」で、サンゴの魅力を知り、水槽の新たな見方に気付き、さらにはサンゴのファンになってもらうことを目指しました。また、館最大の水槽である「グレート・バリア・リーフ」水槽のリニューアルと併せて相乗的に盛り上げていくことを目的としています。

ホテルメトロポリタン内のビュッフェが人気のレストラン オールデイダイニング「クロスダイン」の改修を当社で担当しました。開業以来のメインコンセプトである「和・洋・中の専門シェフによるインターナショナルな食の交差点」（Cross over dininng）は守りながら、新たに、大きな屋根を持つ家という意味の”CASA  VALLEY”をデザインコンセプトとしました。ライブ感あふれるオープンキッチンは、“ショーキッチン”としてパワーアップし、キッチンを中心に、大きな屋根を持つ開放的なモダンリビングダイニングとして生まれ変わりました。高い天井を支える存在感のある柱は、落ち着きあるウッディーな暖かみを感じさせてくれます。天井から下がるペンダントライトやシャンデリア、ブラケットが暖かな光を放ち、いつも変わらず出迎えてくれる家のような心地よさを演出しています。さまざまな目的や人数での異なる要素のお客さまが交差する空間を心地よくご利用いただけるよう、DINING AREA、SALON STYLE AREA、GARDEN LIVING AREAの3つのスタイルで構成しました。

キッザニア福岡内に完成した本パビリオンでは、子どもたちが「空間デザイナー」として、空間づくりについて学んだあと、恐竜などの模型を使って恐竜博物館の空間をデザインします。タブレット上で3Dデータを立ち上げて、展示物の背景や床、照明など空間演出を考えながら、最後には自分がデザインした空間についてのプレゼンテーションを行い、実際に館内を歩いているような臨場感が得られるウォークスルー動画で完成した展示エリアを確認できます。KCJ GROUP株式会社様と当社は、本パビリオンでの体験を通して未来を担う子どもたちが、展示エリアを“想像”し“創造”する楽しさを知ることで、クリエイティブな仕事への興味を持つとともに、新しい発想やアイデアでさまざまな可能性を切り開いていく力を身に付けることを狙いとしています。

上智大学四谷キャンパス15号館は、「街を森にかえる」 をキーワードに、SDGsの達成や脱炭素社会の実現に向けた貢献と地域のサステナブルなランドマークとなることを目指し、 2022年秋より社会人教育や地域交流の拠点としてオープンしました。住友林業が設計・施工した木造3階建て耐火構造の施設で、主要構造部に多摩産材のスギを使ったオリジナル純木質耐火集成材「木ぐるみFR®」を採用しました。十字に交差させた木格子で覆うようなファサードは、上智大学の建学の理念に連なる「多様性」「他者との交流」「真理」「伝統」を表現したデザインです。1階は、一般の方も利用できるカフェの運営、また、地域貢献活動の一環として防災倉庫に利用可能なスペースを近隣町会へ提供することを予定しています。2階と3階は、社会人向け講座「プロフェッショナル・スタディーズ」の教室などにも活用されています。当社は、社会人向け講座の教室として活用されている3階のデザイン・設計、施工を担当しました。集い・学びあい・語らう"智を育む場”としての空間づくりを目指すとともに、空間を構成する素材にも建築からのストーリーをつなぎ、多摩産材と共に江戸のまちを造ってきた飯能の西川材（スギ・ヒノキ）を活用したデザインとしました。 

2024年に創業90周年を迎えるニッカウヰスキーの余市蒸溜所内にある見学施設改修の第3期計画です。竹鶴邸エントランスホールの展示解説の老朽化に伴う改修とともに、来場者が場内見学をしやすくするため、来場者駐車場の誘導サイン新設、既存施設の誘導サイン改修、フォトスポットのモニュメント新設を担当しました。

2011年にJR浦和駅東口で開院以来、内科診療、乳腺外科、人間ドック・健康診断と地域の方のみならず多くの近隣企業健診でも利用されているイーストメディカルクリニック様の浦和PARCO内新設のメディカルモールへの移転プロジェクトです。 2年間におよぶ診療規模拡大に伴う移転先対象物件のコンサルティングやミッションの再定義を経ての移転オープンです。

本館の前身は、同じく堺市内の大仙公園に1992年4月に開設された「自転車博物館サイクルセンター」となり、その後2022年3月に駅前に移転・改称し新しく大きく生まれ変わりました。博物館のコンセプトに『ここへ来れば、だれもが自転車に乗りたくなる』を掲げ、展示空間全体を駆使して、多様な視点から自転車の魅力を発信しながら、来館者に向けて“自転車の真価”の発見と“自転車に乗りたくなる気持ち”の創出を目指しました。また、特に注力したのは「自転車」というとても身近な存在の価値を再発見することで意識を変えていただくきっかけとなるような空間づくりです。

This is a project to convert the former Horibe family residence, a former cotton wholesaler, into a work facility located in Yorozumachi Arcade, the central urban area of Shimabara City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Shimabara City is a "city of water" that has been designated as one of Japan's top 100 waters, and the abundant spring water from the Unzen Mountains that flows throughout the city is essential to the lives of its citizens. The former Horibe family residence, built in 1848, draws this spring water into its grounds, giving the building a unique atmosphere where you can hear the quiet sound of water in the garden and indoors. The design policy is to take advantage of the building's characteristics, which are familiar to local citizens, and its location in the city center, to become a "town front" for Shimabara citizens, businessmen, tourists, and everyone, and to revitalize the city center. We aimed to create a facility that would contribute to the promotion of multi-generational citizen exchange.

This is a value-enhancing renovation project for a 20-story office building completed in 1990 that is directly connected to the second floor deck of Shin-Urayasu Station. The areas to be renovated include the 2nd floor external facade that serves as the entrance to the building, the 2nd floor entrance, and the common area on the standard floor including the restrooms. We have created a good space.

This is a renovation project to increase the value of a 16-story office building completed in 1988, located in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The renovation areas were the exterior façade on the first floor, the plantings, the first floor entrance, and the standard floor common areas including the toilets, and the overall concept design concept was "Qualité," which means quality in French.

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel is a lifestyle hotel with 538 rooms located on the 18th, 20th to 38th floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, which stands on the former site of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, a symbol of the culture of Shinjuku Kabukicho and a city that supported people's leisure time along with Japan's economic growth. concept design concept is a hotel that is "connected to the city," and while incorporating the characteristics, history and culture of Kabukicho, a city with a deep tolerance for all individuality, it has created a hybrid space that is both future-oriented and references the era (mid-century) of 1956, when Shinjuku Tokyu Bunka Kaikan, the predecessor of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO, was built. The theme of the guest rooms is "APARTMENT ROOM." The guest rooms are designed to be a place where all individuality can live and lead the culture of the new city, and are designed based on concept design language of the mid-century, with artificial light and textures to create a new residential space. On the other hand, JAM17 DINING & BAR has a variety of "CULTURE SOCIETY CLUB" themes. It is positioned as a basement floor of the town, sprinkled with pieces of history and culture, as a place of exchange that will become a base for new culture through various communications and expressions. All flows from the dining, bar, lobby to the guest rooms are connected to the town, proposing a new way of experiencing accommodation where you can enjoy various scenes unfolding like a movie.

As Kyoto Baum's flagship shop, it is the largest in Kyoto, with a factory where you can see how Kyoto Baum is made, a shop that sells special packages and limited edition items, and a cafe and restaurant where you can enjoy freshly made sweets and limited edition menus. This is a project of the sweets museum.

For the renewal of "Spa World Hotel & Resort" (formerly known as Spa World: The World's Great Hot Springs) in celebration of its 25th anniversary, we were in charge of design supervision and construction of the pool, as well as designing and constructing the lobby. The concept design concept is a new facility that combines the entertainment elements that are the appeal of both Shinsekai and Spa World, two tourist spots in Osaka, with the elements of a high-quality hotel and resort. The pool area has a theme of "An adult SPA where you can relax with water and light," and we were also involved in creating content for the 3D screen, which is the highlight of the facility, including the infinity pool facing Tsutenkaku. Each floor of the main lobby has a different theme, allowing you to enjoy a different world on each floor.

The concept is "symbiosis". This is a project to establish an exchange base in the Arahama area of Sendai City, which was affected by the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Based on the concept of an ``inclusive society'' where people of all generations and with or without disabilities can gather, we have created an ``open space'' where you can enjoy activities and events and learn about disaster prevention and mitigation. The site area is 1.3 hectares. The site consists of three areas: a cafe and co-working space, a farm, and an inclusive facility where children with disabilities can play. The clubhouse uses VR equipment jointly developed by a major telecommunications company and a local university to become a place for children to learn about disaster prevention, where they can learn about the Arahama area before and after the earthquake and how to respond in the event of a disaster. I am. The project is part of Sendai City's project to utilize the site of a disaster prevention collective relocation site, and is funded by a subsidy from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Our company provided support for acquisition applications and completion reports. This time, we completed the clubhouse area as the first phase. Aiming to create facilities that take root in the community and grow together with them, parks and indoor facilities are planned to be developed in stages based on future projections in collaboration with local residents.

This is a project for the Panasonic Booth at the 6th China International Import Expo 2023. The Import Expo is the largest displays organized by the Chinese government with the aim of promoting the reform and opening up of the Chinese market to the world. This will be the 6th time the expo has been held, and Panasonic has exhibited every year since the first year. The exhibition area is the largest at approximately 1,000 m2, making it the most important displays for Panasonic to strengthen relationships and expand business between B2G and B2B. We were responsible for design, layout and construction of the entire booth.
