Based on the concept of "OLDIES GOODIES," the hotel "1955 Tokyo Bay by Hoshino Resorts" (grand opening in June 2024, with our company handling planning, design, and construction), which is themed after 1950s America, has added a kids' play space and semi-private rooms where families can relax. Hoshino Resorts requested a kids' play space where children could play to their heart's content, as they have many guests with children, so we made effective use of the wide corridor space to create this kids' play area.

The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay is a newly built hotel with 750 rooms, located within walking distance of Tokyo Disney Resort. Based on the concept of "TRAVELOGUE = Memories of a Journey to a Foreign Land," the hotel features standard rooms themed around the world's oceans, such as the Mediterranean and the Gulf of Mexico, to evoke a sense of wanderlust, as well as concept rooms that offer an extraordinary experience as if you've stepped into a storybook. The rooms are vividly designed to leave a strong impression, as if you've traveled to a foreign land, while also possessing a nostalgic, comforting, and warm atmosphere. The hotel offers a hotel experience befitting the prologue and epilogue of a Disney Resort trip, where the exhilaration of an extraordinary experience continues long after. Our company was responsible for planning, design and architecture, FF&E, graphic and art design, and sign design and construction.

Located in Tokyo's Yaesu district, a hub where people from both Japan and abroad with diverse purposes converge, this information center was designed not merely as a place to provide information, but as a "landmark (or trigger) for travel." By using Tama-grown timber and incorporating design elements reminiscent of Edo culture, we created a space that embodies "Old meets New." Our aim is not only to efficiently provide tourist information, but also to stimulate the interest and curiosity of visitors and create opportunities for travel. From Yaesu, an international gateway, this tourist information hub encourages encounters with the multifaceted charms of Tokyo.

This project involved the renovation of the first-floor entrance hall of Osaka Red Cross Hospital. Our company was responsible for planning, design, and construction. The entrance hall is the main entrance to the entire hospital and is the face of the hospital. It is not merely an entrance and exit, but a place that serves as a point of contact with the outside world, and at the same time, it is positioned as a central place within the hospital, aiming to create a place where people gather and liven up the atmosphere. To realize this, we proposed a space that would bring new value to this location while also promoting the Osaka Red Cross Hospital brand.

Nagano Children's Center "Naganobi!" is an indoor play facility created by completely renovating the former Nagano City Children's Science Center. Based on the concept of "nurturing children's life skills × an indoor park where everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed," it features nature, animals, and science as themes, and uses organic shapes reminiscent of forests and space, along with a highly circulating spatial configuration, to create an environment where children aged 0-12 can learn actively while playing with their whole bodies. The playground is themed around the nature of Nagano and features the "Forest Exploration Plaza," which encourages diverse physical activities such as swaying, spinning, climbing, grasping, and crawling to foster sensory integration (*), and the "Space Athletics," where children can play using their whole bodies in a light-based space. Furthermore, there is the "Science and Creativity Plaza," which consists of science shows, crafts, hands-on experiences of scientific principles, and digital experiences, as well as a large ball coaster themed around apple trees that allows children to enjoy sounds and movements, and a wood education plaza where children can feel the warmth of wood, offering a variety of play and learning experiences. It has been reborn as an "indoor park" where children can play to their hearts' content and the whole family can enjoy a comfortable time together. *Sensory integration: The function of appropriately classifying, organizing, and integrating multiple sensations that enter the body through various sensory organs.

The "Kukai Room" is a permanent displays room showcasing the life and work of Kobo Daishi Kukai. This time, while retaining the existing graphic content, concept design has been refreshed, and a map showing Kukai's journey has been added to make displays more accessible. In addition, new signs have been installed at the entrance to make the route through displays room easier to understand and to help visitors comprehend displays. Furthermore, in the central area of displays room, a projection of five words written by Kukai has been added, superimposed onto a statue of Kukai, creating an experience as if the historical figure Kukai were standing right there. The characters used in this projection were recreated using AI that has learned from Kukai's own handwriting, with the cooperation of the Faculty of Creative Engineering at Kagawa University. By integrating visual information and spatial design, displays environment has been renewed to achieve both academic excellence and immersion.

The Tochigi Children's Science Museum, having been in operation for over 35 years since its opening in 1988, underwent renovations to address the aging of its buildings and displays. This included extending the lifespan of the building and updating planetarium equipment and displays. Our company handled the entire process, from schematic design and working drawings of the large-scale renovation, including displays, interiors, and outdoor playground equipment, to the construction displays Based on an interactive approach, 156 displays and playground equipment incorporating new technologies such as AI and AR were created through a combination of newly manufactured and reused items. displays that have been beloved by the people of Tochigi for many years were also cleaned and refurbished for continued use. Furthermore, collaborative displays themed on the prefecture's natural environment and industries, a large symbolic displays, and a lounge were added, highlighting the museum's unique character as a science museum that reflects Tochigi's identity. This also aimed to reduce renovation costs, improve maintenance efficiency, and create a new science experience space that balances safety and functionality.

横浜スタジアムのバックネット裏最上段にあったBOX席を、記念日や職場での懇親会、接待など、さまざまなシーンで活用できるラグジュアリーなBOX席へとリニューアルしたプロジェクトです。当社は、企画からデザイン・設計、施工まで担当しました。

京都府木津川市に開館した「ジュノパーク」は、積水ハウス様の体験型研究施設「納得工房」を子どもたちの感性を育む「住育エデュテイメント施設」としてリニューアルしたプロジェクトです。全4フロアの構成で、1階は地域の人々が気軽に利用できるカフェ・ライブラリー、2～4階は有料の体験エリアとなっています。当社は、積水ハウス様が考える「暮らしの中で育まれる感性」をもとにした「住」にまつわる6つのテーマに紐づく、約45分間のゲーム形式のグループワークショップ「体験アクティビティ」と、実際に触れたり考えたりしながら楽しめる展示「体験ギャラリー」の企画・開発、運営計画業務としてスタッフの進行台本・施設運営マニュアルの制作、施設全体の内装・屋外サインの設計施工を担当しました。

大阪・関西万博開催地の、大阪府・大阪市が産学官民一体となって出展する「大阪ヘルスケアパビリオンNest for Reborn」。当社は展示JVの代表企業として、基本計画、基本設計、実施設計、施工までを担いました。「未来の医療やヘルスケアが浸透した生活を体験でき、なおかつ未来社会の実験としてレガシーにつながる展示」という基本構想を、ミライの「ヘルスケア」「都市」「食・文化」「エンターテインメント」で表現しました。主なプログラムである「リボーン体験ルート」では、「カラダ測定ポッド」で健康データを測定することで、25年後のじぶんに出会います。その25年後のじぶんと一緒に、大阪を中心とした約20の出展企業が思い描くミライのヘルスケアや都市生活などを体験することで、ミライのじぶんが生まれ変わる、という体験ができます。「いのち輝く未来社会」に、リボーン＝ “「人」は生まれ変われる” “新たな一歩を踏み出す” きっかけになれば…と、想いを込めた展示です。【業務の特徴】「いのち輝く未来社会」に、リボーン＝ “「人」は生まれ変われる” “新たな一歩を踏み出す” きっかけになれば…総合プロデューサー、アドバイザー、出展企業、その他多くの関係者の想いを一つにまとめ、実現できました。

北海道・恋問（こいとい）海岸の目の前に広がる「道の駅しらぬか 恋問館」は、道の駅では珍しいRVパーク（*1）としての機能を備え、シャワーやサウナ、コインランドリーを併設した、快適な車旅を楽しめる施設です。白糠町の地元食材を利用した飲食店も揃い、晴れた日には海の見える「あずましリビング」や2階の展望デッキから恋問海岸の美しい景色を見渡すことができます。また、白糠町が掲げる「子育て応援日本一」の考えのもと、施設内にはキッズ・ファミリースペース（こっこパーク）を完備しています。 当社は、当案件のDBO（*2）にコンソーシアムメンバーとして企画業務を中心に参画し、受託後は建設JV（*3）の一員として業務を推進しながら、内装設計およびサイン計画など幅広い業務を手掛けました。  *1  一般社団法人日本RV協会に認定された車中泊施設。 *2  DBO（Design, Build, Operate）：設計・建設・維持管理・運営を民間事業者に包括的に一括発注する、官民連携方式の一つ。*3  共同企業体制度（ジョイント・ベンチャー）。複数の企業が一つの工事を受注、施工することを目的として形成する事業組織体。

「Marunouchi Street Park」は、東京・丸の内仲通りで、「道路空間」を快適な「都市公園空間」へと変える、未来のエリアマネジメントの実証実験として取り組んでいるプロジェクトです。2023年冬の開催は、夏に引き続き、常設化に向けた都心の公園の在り方を検証しながら、丸の内エリアの冬の風物詩であるイルミネーションを引き立たせ、来場者が楽しめるフォトスポットをはじめ、メリーゴーランド、スケートリンクのほか、飲食物販と豊富なラインナップを取り揃えたグラスハウスマーケットなど、ホリデーシーズンにぴったりの各種コンテンツを用意しました。今回は「Bright Street - まちもみんなも輝く、冬の仲通り -」をコンセプトとし、2022年冬に使用した各マーケットブースの再利用や、2023年夏の開催時に好評だったブランコ型ベンチに新たに装飾を施してフォトスポットにリメイクするなど、SDGsや時代のトレンドにあった取り組みを行いました。他にも2023年夏に制作した「寄り道ベンチ」をアップグレードし、イルミネーションを見上げながらくつろげるベンチにするなど、これまでのノウハウを生かしたコンテンツづくりに取り組みました。また、ストリート上で披露される公式ミュージシャンによる演奏は夏同様に実施しながら、今回新たに似顔絵アーティストを招致するなど、企画面でも新しい取り組みを行いました。加えて、2021年冬に実施した「目の不自由な方のためのイルミツアー」を継承するかたちで、健常者が目隠しをして歩くことで目の不自由な方への理解を深める対話ツアーを開催し、誰にとっても過ごしやすいストリートの在り方を議論する機会を創出しました。

「スカイパティオ」は広島の中心部に位置する基町クレドの商業施設「パセーラ」の6階に位置する屋上庭園です。1994年より広島城を中心とした広島の街を見渡すことができる市民の憩いの場として使われてきました。本プロジェクトは、2023年8月に閉館したそごう広島店新館跡と現パセーラを含む基町クレドの施設構成を刷新し、新生「パセーラ」とするための、基町クレド再生プロジェクトの第1弾として位置付けられています。新たな「スカイパティオ」では、新設した大画面モニターやナイトビューを生かしたルーフトップバーなどによる非日常体験の提供や、親子連れのお客さまも楽しめるせせらぎや芝生の丘などの整備を通じて、多様な楽しみ方ができる環境の創出と、新たな基町クレドへの期待感を育む空間を目指しました。

The new facility "tower eleven baseball" at ESCON Field HOKKAIDO is the first baseball amusement area in Japan where you can not only experience a baseball activity game in the stadium, but also taste delicious food essential for baseball games and watch displays products related to baseball. It is open on Non-Gameday (days when there are no games) and can be enjoyed at any time without reservations. We were in charge of research, planning and basic concept, design, layout, interiors, displays production construction, environmental features, signage and graphics concept design. As a versatile baseball game utilizing the latest virtual reality technology, batting, pitching, and toss batting can be played. There are four levels of difficulty for batting, which can be played by elementary school students and older, and can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced players alike. Pitching is played by throwing into the zone indicated by the catcher, and the speed of the pitch is also displayed. Toss batting is a casual game where players can hit balls thrown from below.

MIRAI-Bitは、日本科学未来館が2023年11月にリニューアルオープンした常設展示のうち、誰にでも訪れる老いを疑似体験できる「老いパーク」、ロボットと人が共に暮らす未来をテーマとした「ナナイロクエスト」、地球環境に関する「プラネタリー・クライシス」に関連する一部のコンテンツを個人の端末でオンライン体験できるサイトです。また、全国の科学館などからもMIRAI-Bitを体験することができるよう、各地で巡回展を行っています。当社はコンテンツ制作ならびに巡回用の展示什器の設計施工を担当しました。
