The "Cities of the Future" pavilion at the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo) is a joint exhibition project by the Expo Association and 12 sponsoring companies. The Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) displays place is based on the concept of "WIND VISION" and consists of a large-scale model of the hydrogen production ship "Wind Hunter," which MOL is developing, and a large screen. Interactive, experiential displays were created to allow visitors to feel the inexhaustible natural energy of "wind" that the Wind Hunter captures, and the "wind" as movement generated by the ship.

山口県下関市に位置する「海響館」は、下関らしさあふれる豊富な種類のフグの展示をはじめ、国内最大級を誇るペンギン展示施設を有し、動物が本来持つ習性や行動にフォーカスした「生き様展示」が人気を博す水族館です。開館以来はじめてとなる今回の大規模改修では、老朽化した設備を中心に更新と改装を行うと同時に、展示のリニューアルも実施しました。地元を中心に中国、九州エリアで広く愛される同施設の来館者の期待に応える目新しいデザインに加え、機能性を重視した構成にしています。

At the RITE Future Forest, a demonstration plant exhibited by the National Institute of Global Environmental Technology (RITE) at the 2025 Japan World Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo), we provided comprehensive production from planning, concept design, architecture, displays design and supervision to operational support. The facility is engaged in demonstration experiments of future technologies that are expected in the future by combining both DAC (Direct Air Capture)*1, which directly captures carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, and CCS (Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage)*2, which stores carbon dioxide directly from the ground. This project aims to create a new forest in the future, by capturing carbon dioxide emitted by humans with human power. In the Guidance Building, we also worked on architecture as a demonstration experiment for new technologies, and realized the world's first future wooden construction technology, the CLT*3-fold structure hanging method, based on the concept of the forest of the future. The hang-up method is a conceptual method in which triangular CLT panels that are tightly connected to each other by hinge hardware are laid on a horizontal surface, and a specific part is lifted by a crane to deform it like origami under its own weight to form a folding plate structure. This time, by using this construction method, it was also an architectural demonstration project to create a large space with a structure with an expressive expression and to promote the spread of CLT structures that have both concept design, functionality, and construction. As a result, an architectural space that exudes a sacred atmosphere that exudes a sense of tightness has emerged, and the CLT folding structure itself made of domestic cedar has become a unique building that realizes an acoustic environment like a concert hall that resonates with displays videos and performances. After the exhibition, there are plans to relocate to the RITE headquarters in Kizugawa City, Kyoto Prefecture in order to use it as a sustainable building. Through exhibiting at the Expo and subsequent utilization, we addressed various social issues such as reducing carbon dioxide emissions, minimizing waste, and promoting the spread of CLT structures. *1 Technology to reduce CO₂ concentration in the atmosphere by removing CO₂ from the atmosphere *2 Technology to collect emitted CO₂ and store it in the ground *3 Wood-based materials made by layering and bonding the ground sheets so that the fiber directions are orthogonal after arranging them.

This is displays space of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. at the "City of the Future" Pavilion of the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo). displays concept is "Mobility Instinct Research Institute." It expresses the mobility society of 2050 as envisioned by the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group through an interactive displays using full-scale mobility vehicles. Through visitors' experiences of "seeing," "touching," and "experiencing," it provides a space that inspires great hope and expectations for the future of mobility. By combining a spatial design that balances a sense of the future with immersion through large LEDs, and displays and experiences using full-scale mobility vehicles, the exhibition is structured to allow visitors to experience the future of mobility as something that concerns them personally.

東京・有明のパナソニックセンター東京が2024年12月に閉館したことに伴い、ビジネスのお客様向け展示を東京・汐留に移転し、パナソニックグループの歴史や最新のソリューション、未来像などを実感できる場として「パナソニックコーポレートショウルーム」をリニューアルオープンしました。法人・官公庁などのVIPを対象とし、パナソニック様のこれまでの歴史と未来へのさまざまな取り組みについて、おもてなしや映像を通してプレゼンテーションしながら、共感から共創を促す場となっています。当社は、デザイン・設計・制作施工を担当しました。

キャラクター雑貨、玩具の企画製造販売およびコンサルティング事業を手がけるトーマントイズ様の東京本社移転プロジェクトです。急速な事業成長を背景に、オフィスの拡張と企業リブランディングを目的としてスタートし、当社はデザイン設計から内装・造作工事の施工を担当しました。トーマントイズ様のこれまで積み上げられた「クリエイティブ力」と築き上げられた「信頼」を強固な土台とし、親しみやすく柔らかな企業イメージを大切にしながら、今後の成長を見据えた新たな会社の顔を創出しています。レイアウトプランでは、距離感の近さや親しみやすさという社風を空間構成に反映しています。デザインでは、木を基調としたワントーンカラーの素材の組み合わせで、アイディエーションカンパニーとしての知的な雰囲気を表現しました。また、北欧家具をベースとしたFF&Eコーディネートにより、企業イメージの柔らかな空気感を醸成しています。アクセントとして随所に取り入れたコーポレートカラーが空間全体に統一感を持たせ、唯一無二のオフィスを実現しました。

EARTH MART, the signature pavilion for the 2025 World Exposition in Japan (Osaka-Kansai Expo), was produced by Kundo Koyama. Based on the theme of "Considering Life through Food," it shares the potential of the food culture cultivated by the Japanese people and the evolution of food through technology, creating a space for considering "new ways of eating" that will lead us into the future. The design, which showcases "life" in a supermarket setting typically filled with "food," allows visitors to experience and gain insights into the background of life. Discovering value in everyday scenes provides an opportunity to reflect on the choices we make in various daily situations. Furthermore, the space is constructed using living materials such as "vegetable flowers" and "recycled eggs made from eggshells." The content itself was developed in collaboration with various people involved in food (farmers, sushi chefs, biotechnology researchers), creating an "integrated worldview" that unfolds in the space, thereby conveying its message. By resetting various assumptions through these "fragments of life," visitors can become aware of what is truly important to life, develop gratitude and kindness, and experience a subtle happiness. This product embodies Producer Koyama's desire to leave you with a lasting impression that makes you want to cherish mealtimes just a little more than yesterday.

大阪・関西万博開催地の、大阪府・大阪市が産学官民一体となって出展する「大阪ヘルスケアパビリオンNest for Reborn」。当社は展示JVの代表企業として、基本計画、基本設計、実施設計、施工までを担いました。「未来の医療やヘルスケアが浸透した生活を体験でき、なおかつ未来社会の実験としてレガシーにつながる展示」という基本構想を、ミライの「ヘルスケア」「都市」「食・文化」「エンターテインメント」で表現しました。主なプログラムである「リボーン体験ルート」では、「カラダ測定ポッド」で健康データを測定することで、25年後のじぶんに出会います。その25年後のじぶんと一緒に、大阪を中心とした約20の出展企業が思い描くミライのヘルスケアや都市生活などを体験することで、ミライのじぶんが生まれ変わる、という体験ができます。「いのち輝く未来社会」に、リボーン＝ “「人」は生まれ変われる” “新たな一歩を踏み出す” きっかけになれば…と、想いを込めた展示です。【業務の特徴】「いのち輝く未来社会」に、リボーン＝ “「人」は生まれ変われる” “新たな一歩を踏み出す” きっかけになれば…総合プロデューサー、アドバイザー、出展企業、その他多くの関係者の想いを一つにまとめ、実現できました。

横浜ランドマークタワー30周年を契機としたプロジェクトです。横浜・神奈川にゆかりのあるシェフ監修の店舗や地元企業とのコラボレーション店舗など、魅力的な3つのバルが集積し、県内の食や生産者の魅力を来場者へお届けする、新たな「食」の発信拠点として2025年5月29日にオープンしました。店舗内装の一部には神奈川県産の木材を利用し、神奈川在住のアーティスト・山下良平氏の壁画アートにより空間を彩るなど、当社は企画からデザイン、施工までを担当しています。

京都市下京区の梅小路公園内に位置し、子どもから大人まで幅広い層が訪れる京都水族館における交流エリアに誕生した「ミテッテ」の改修を行いました。館についての展示、ワークショップの開催、休憩などの幅広い機能を備えた新エリアとして、生き物についてだけでなく、生き物へのスタッフの思い、スタッフや館の活動を知ることで、京都水族館をより好きになれる場所となるよう、空間を構成しています。

北海道虻田郡の「ニセコ東急 グラン・ヒラフ」ゲレンデ山麓に位置する「マウンテンセンター」の改修を実施しました。本施設は、1階が売店・チケットカウンター、2階はレストランの2フロア構成となっており、今回の改修において、1階の売場面積は1.6倍に拡張、2階レストランは「sanshoku」と名を改め、空間演出と共に全面リニューアルする形となりました。グラン・ヒラフに降り立つゲストをコースに送り出す場所として、また、コースから帰ってくるゲストを出迎える場所としての役目を持つ施設であると解釈し、デザインしました。おおらかに包み込む北海道の自然を、「ヒラフブルー」が象徴する新たにバリューアップされたクールなブランドアイデンティティに溶け込ませ、その要素をリゾート施設ならではの一期一会で賑やかな空間にちりばめることで、ここにしかない、クールでいて、どこか温かみを感じる体験を生む空間づくりを目指しました。

As the host country of the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo), which will be held under the theme of "concept design a Future Society Where Life Shines," Japan's pavilion, themed "Between Life and Life," allows visitors to feel the significance of "circulation" through a seamless connection between displays and architecture. The Japan Pavilion, which embodies the relay of life with its circular structure, has a unique presence as the host country's pavilion. In addition to a flow of movement that naturally draws visitors into the Japan Pavilion as they walk around its perimeter, its most distinctive feature is the countless "wooden planks" arranged in a circle. Through the gaps between them, visitors can catch a glimpse of the interior, and the continuity between inside and outside, displays and architecture, gives visitors an opportunity to become aware of the "in-between" space that is also the theme of the Japan Pavilion. Another feature of this pavilion is the concept of "Japan Pavilion that eats garbage." Garbage generated at the Expo site will be decomposed by the action of microorganisms and converted into energy and water. This "living pavilion" allows visitors to relive the process through an installation*, experiencing firsthand how the generated energy and water power the Japan Pavilion. As they tour the pavilion, which is composed of three zones, they can feel the significance of "circulation," a core aspect of Japanese aesthetics, and realize that they themselves are part of this long and grand narrative. In addition, by using "wooden panels" mainly made of CLT (cross-laminated timber) and steel for the structure, CLT is used in the simplest and most symbolic way possible. The CLT used in the Japan Pavilion is planned to be reused by companies and local governments throughout Japan after the Expo, and has been designed to be easily dismantled and repurposed. By understanding the value of "circulation," which underlies the Japan Pavilion's theme, "Between Life and Life," we aim to encourage visitors to re-examine the circulation that is so close to us, leading to an exploration of the future of society and hints for a sustainable future. Our company is responsible for displays concept design (schematic design, working drawings), construction, and operation of this Japan Pavilion. *A contemporary art form in which the entire displays space is experienced as a work of art. The audience walks around the space, enjoying the artwork through sight, sound, and other senses.

This pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo expresses the rich stories of Qatar's people, land, and sea through the skillful use of realistic materials. The space is constructed with real sand that recreates the desert landscape with delicate gradations, deep-sea-like aluminum material that covers the floor, walls, and ceiling, and a giant curtain of intricate embroidery that symbolizes cultural richness. The design creates an immersive displays space where Qatari's traditional crafts and landscapes fantastically emerge from materials that directly appeal to the senses of visitors.

北海道・恋問（こいとい）海岸の目の前に広がる「道の駅しらぬか 恋問館」は、道の駅では珍しいRVパーク（*1）としての機能を備え、シャワーやサウナ、コインランドリーを併設した、快適な車旅を楽しめる施設です。白糠町の地元食材を利用した飲食店も揃い、晴れた日には海の見える「あずましリビング」や2階の展望デッキから恋問海岸の美しい景色を見渡すことができます。また、白糠町が掲げる「子育て応援日本一」の考えのもと、施設内にはキッズ・ファミリースペース（こっこパーク）を完備しています。 当社は、当案件のDBO（*2）にコンソーシアムメンバーとして企画業務を中心に参画し、受託後は建設JV（*3）の一員として業務を推進しながら、内装設計およびサイン計画など幅広い業務を手掛けました。  *1  一般社団法人日本RV協会に認定された車中泊施設。 *2  DBO（Design, Build, Operate）：設計・建設・維持管理・運営を民間事業者に包括的に一括発注する、官民連携方式の一つ。*3  共同企業体制度（ジョイント・ベンチャー）。複数の企業が一つの工事を受注、施工することを目的として形成する事業組織体。

"うめきた2期エリア"の玄関口に位置する、「みどり」や「出会い・交流の場」をテーマにした複合商業施設「うめきたグリーンプレイス」。緑豊かな広場やにぎわい・憩いの空間を創出し、訪れる人々が回遊しながら楽しめる施設として、レストラン＆カフェを中心に20店舗が揃い、周辺のオフィスワーカーから公園や買い物に訪れた人など、さまざまな目的でJR大阪駅周辺を行き交う人々のニーズに寄り添った施設づくりを提案いたしました。当社は2階フードコート、2階・3階トイレの企画、設計施工、施設全体の内装監理業務を担当しました。
