This is a next-generation entertainment food hall in Kabukicho run by Hamakura Tateki Shoten Seisakusho, the company behind the alley boom, Ebisu Yokocho and Shibuya Yokocho. The approximately 1,000 square meter floor is a food festival district with a total of 10 stores that fuse food, music, and video with the themes of "festivals" and "food from all over the country." From Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu and Okinawa in the south, and neighboring South Korea, we offer local cuisine, B-class gourmet food, rice bowls, noodles, yakitori, gyoza, alcohol, and more, including carefully selected farm-fresh ingredients that show the faces of the producers. "Soul food" is gathering here.

This is the Machida branch of PAPABUBBLE, an art candy shop originating in Barcelona, Spain. Taking advantage of its distinctive, long, narrow location next to an escalator within a commercial facility, we aimed to create a symbolic concept design that would serve as a hub for the PAPABUBBLE brand in the Machida area. The original location had low visibility from the commercial facility's entrance, and the changing perspectives from the escalator and the multiple access routes meant there was no single dominant viewpoint, making it difficult to attract customers. Therefore, we planned to leverage the location's ability to be viewed from all angles—up, down, left, and right—through the escalator and multiple access routes, transforming it into a strength for attracting customers. Specifically, we boldly arranged approximately 7m x 90 aluminum rods, resembling PAPABUBBLE's iconic candy bars, within the space. By painting each side a different color, we created a visual effect where the color changes depending on the viewing angle. This visual effect draws customers into the store, creating a floor plan designed to enhance their shopping experience. The gradual color changes are reminiscent of the magical performances that create PAPABUBBLE candies and the wide variety of their flavors.

This is the Saitama Shintoshin branch of PAPABUBBLE, an art candy shop that started in an alley in Barcelona and has spread to over 30 countries worldwide. It is an experiential store where candy artisans and customers can enjoy candy together through candy-making performances that take place inside the store. At the Saitama Shintoshin store, in order to allow customers to enjoy candy making with a greater sense of realism, we aimed for a seamless store that removes as much of the boundary between the kitchen space where the performance takes place and the customers as possible. The interior concept design is based on the concept of making customers feel as if they are in the kitchen, and the main material is stainless steel, the same material as the kitchen. Kitchen equipment and materials are scattered throughout the store. Furthermore, in the store's stock space, factory-grade vinyl curtains are used to deliberately show the candy ingredients, maximizing the sense of realism as art candy is created right before your eyes. As a next-generation candy shop that is conscious of experiential consumption and SDGs, we are also launching projects that allow customers to participate in the manufacturing process and a new service that transforms candy scraps that were previously discarded into hard-to-find premium products.

This project involved the renovation of "Saijoen Matcha Cafe," operated by Aiya Co., Ltd., which opened inside Aeon Mall Toyokawa in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture, the first newly opened mall in the Higashi-Mikawa region. Our company was responsible for design, layout, construction.

We were in charge of design, layout, building execution of Ai Kogyo's fifth domestic experiential housing showroom, where customers can "see," "touch," and "feel" their homes. Located on the 5th floor of Tonarie Utsunomiya in front of Utsunomiya Station in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, this store utilizes approximately 132 tsubo (approx. 430 square meters) and serves as a place to disseminate information as a one-stop shop for home building consultations, from "consultation to contract to specification decision." Compared to conventional stores, it is compactly arranged, making it an easy-to-use and easy-to-navigate showroom. In terms of concept design, the interior is interiors with motifs of Oya stone and Tochigi leather, and while customers can feel the "Tochigi spirit" throughout, the showroom also features actual displays of the latest housing equipment, interior building materials, exterior walls, roofs, and sashes, as well as a corner where customers can experience Ai Kogyo's unique skip-level design using AR, allowing them to understand "why Ai Kogyo is chosen."

"SMART AQUARiUM SHIZUOKA" is a stylish aquarium that is close to your daily life. Along with the large-scale renovation of the Matsuzakaya Shizuoka store for the first time in 25 years, we will create a new bustling area in front of Shizuoka Station. This project was realized because the purpose of creating was consistent with the concept of the smart aquarium business. It is a place where you can discover the beauty and wonder of living things and find hints for future living. It is a facility that can contribute to environmental society by arousing interest in living creatures and the environment while delivering healing and excitement to visitors.

Waphyto's Nihonbashi Takashimaya store was born under the innovative approach of plant biomethodology. "PHYTO" means plant, and "WA" means "Japan" from "Wa", "From Higashi-Mikawa", and "Honzogaku". We created a space where you can feel the heartbeat of people and nature, which is appropriate for the name Waphyto, which expresses the wish that people and nature are in beautiful harmony. In the place that is paired with the round shelf board that imaged drops falling from the leaves, details associated with human activities are dropped, and the thoughts put into Waphyto are expressed by harmonizing using traditional Japanese methods and silver ratio. express.

"A dining space embodying the generous nature of the Setouchi region" The Setouchi region is blessed with beautiful scenery woven from many islands, a mild climate, and abundant nature. Mori no Machi Plaza, the commercial and healthcare facility building of the multi-purpose complex Mori no Machi Grace, houses a unique large food hall (approximately 2800 m²) that brings together the charms of Okayama and the Setouchi region. In this food hall, we have planned a comfortable and expansive dining space, drawing inspiration from the generous nature of the region. In the approximately 70-meter-high atrium, ceiling louvers have been planned to evoke the gentle and majestic waves of the Setouchi region. The gently extending wave concept design connects the entire store and envelops the entire seating area in a welcoming atmosphere. In the center, a "hill" has been created that connects the first and second floors like a geographical feature, creating a new community space. As a gathering place that can be used for various purposes, it will be a place where people can find their favorite spot to spend time, whether it's having a light meal, reading, or relaxing. Furthermore, the chairs and sofas are made from denim, a representative industry of Okayama, allowing guests to experience the unique charm of this region. We hope that this food hall will harmonize with the rich environment of the entire "Mori no Machi Grace" complex, and that it will be a beloved dining space where people can enjoy the charm of the Setouchi region, connect through food, and cultivate hope for the future.

This is a project for a directly managed store by Seiban Co., Ltd., well-known for their "Angel's Wings" school bags. Our company was in charge of the relocation work from the former Sannomiya store to Kobe Harborland umie. There are 12 directly managed stores nationwide, each employing a unique concept design concept that strongly reflects the characteristics of its region. This time, drawing inspiration from Kobe Port, which is close to the store, we adopted "SEIBAN KOBE SHIPYARD" as concept design concept and constructed the store concept design using key motifs such as containers, ships, and trusses. We envisioned a fun space that evokes the excitement of children's new journey and the start of their elementary school life. At the directly managed store, in addition to being able to try on a wide variety of school bags, there is a fitting room called "FITTING LABO" that reproduces natural light in the morning, noon, and evening to help you imagine actual usage scenes, and a photo spot zone where you can take commemorative photos with container-style fixtures as a backdrop, so it is full of features that make choosing a school bag and creating memories even more enjoyable.

未来志向の原点回帰をコンセプトとした紀伊國屋書店新宿本店1～4階のリニューアルプロジェクトです。新しい老舗書店として、① 時代にふさわしい文化、芸術、情報の発信拠点となる② 本を愛する多くのお客さまにこれからも愛され続ける書店となる③ 紀伊國屋ビルをこの先も維持発展させていくという３つのテーマを店舗改装のミッションに掲げました。

汐留エッジ（旧汐留アネックスビル）のリニューアルプロジェクトです。築20年が経過し、エントランスや共用部のデザインや設備にリフレッシュの必要性が増しており、エリア内での競争力を高めるため、本リニューアルにより新規テナントの誘致、既存テナントの満足度向上、さらには当該建物の資産価値の向上を図ることを目指しました。また、「SELECTABLE OFFICE」をコンセプトとし、フロアごとに個性を演出することで企業ブランドに合わせて共用部を選べるデザインとしました。

代官山の旧山手通りに位置する、野村不動産株式会社様の顧客対応のためのサロンの内外装デザインプロジェクトです。 お客さまを迎え入れることから、内外を“包み隠す” という共通のコンセプトのもと、＜ファサードを包み隠す白パイプのスキン＞、＜ギャラリー空間をつくり出す黒左官のスキン＞、＜お客さまを迎え入れるカーテンのスキン＞ 、＜待合でお客さまを包み隠すコッパー調のパンチングメタルのスキン＞ の４つの「包み隠す要素」によって空間を構成しました。 外からはお客さまを包み隠し、中に入ると包み込まれているような安心感のある機能と意匠が自然に融合した空間となっています。

大阪ビジネスパークにあるオフィスビル、松下IMP ビルの商業エリアをリニューアルしたプロジェクトです。 このビルには以前に計画された駅が現在も地下に残っていることから、かつての計画のように人びとが集まる拠点となることを願い、駅をデザインモチーフとしました。施設全体で多層階にわたって伸びる丸柱には、力強いモルタル調の仕上げと金物のフレーミングを施し、駅のような列柱空間のベースをつくりました。西側の吹抜けではこのフレーミングが駅のアーケードのように連続するアーチ型となり、既存のR天井と呼応することで吹抜けとの一体感を生んでいます。その中に、当ビルと隣接する大阪城の黒/ゴールド/緑青の色、石垣/梅の形をFF＆Eと造作に取り入れることで、この土地が400年前から受け継いできた記憶との親和性を持たせました。また、コロナ禍で多くの企業がオフィス外で働くことのできる環境を整備していく中、商業エリアの共用部に働く場を設え、新しいワークスタイルにフィットする商業オフィスビルのあり方を模索しました。商業エリアの各所には打合せから個人ワークまで幅広いニーズに対応できる家具を配置しました。各家具にはL型に拡張する天板付きのソファ、視界を制限して集中力を高めるハイバックチェア、コートハンガー付きのカウンターチェアなど、さまざまな工夫を施しています。パーティションのように植栽を配置することで居心地の良さにも配慮し、平日は主にワークプレイスとして、休日には観光客の休憩スペースとして利用できる場としました。IMPビル内のオフィスワーカーだけでなく、大阪ビジネスパーク内で働く方、さらには来街者まで、さまざまな人びとが集う開かれたワークプレイスとして、新しい働き方、新しいコミュニケーションが生まれる場となることを目指しました。
