The Park House Togoshi Park Tower Model Room

This is Mitsubishi Jisho Residence's first attempt at concept design work that proposes an optional plan for an exclusive area that includes everything from lifestyle to layout plans, materials, and furniture in one package. This time, in response to the experience of the coronavirus pandemic, where everyone around the world has begun to reevaluate the comfort of their living spaces, we will introduce the ideal living space of an apartment: ``Enjoy a healthy and fulfilling time at home.'' , and proposed a ``new standard'' life in the post-corona era, centered on ``being able to balance daily life and work.'' Of the 12 types of housing units on each floor, the model room chosen was the 70S1 type, which is considered the most popular for families. In this type, we have created a ``multifunctional area'' in the living and dining area, aiming to create a living space that can be customized to suit your lifestyle. By dividing the large living and dining area with shelves with storage, each member of the family can do different things even though they are in the same space, creating a space where you can feel the presence of each other. The styling of the model room is based on the concept of "Japandi," and is a proposal unique to our company, FOO, that is completely different from the atmosphere of previous model rooms.
