ogawa GRAND lodge is a directly managed store of "ogawa," a long-established outdoor brand founded in 1914 that offers reliable gear and outdoor lifestyle products. It is an outdoor store that provides everything from thorough lectures for beginners to introductions of the latest gear for veterans and repair services for discontinued older models. This is the first directly managed store in the Chugoku region. In the spring of 2023, it was located in "HIROSHIMA GATE PARK," a public park that was reborn on the site of the former Hiroshima Municipal Baseball Stadium. Our company, which was in charge of leasing for the project, was involved in everything from guiding the store to design, layout, and construction. In terms of concept design, we proposed an upgraded interiors compared to previous stores, resulting in a store that blends in with HIROSHIMA GATE PARK.

This project involved concept design, planning, and construction supervision of the second Saudi Arabian location for "%ARABICA," a coffee shop brand originating in Kyoto. The client requested the renovation of a warehouse of approximately 900 square meters and the installation of a custom-made, gigantic roasting machine. Therefore, we planned a theater-like store that would showcase the massive roastery while making the most of the vast space. A platform visible from every seat was created at the back of the store, and the star of the show, the roasting machine, was placed proudly in the center. The bean cellar, a symbol of "%ARABICA," surrounds it, enhancing the main attraction. This store also features "%ARABICA's" talented baristas, who act as an orchestra and are also main characters. A U-shaped kitchen counter is located in the center of the store, allowing the baristas' brilliant performances and pleasant sounds to resonate throughout the store. To allow customers to enjoy the live atmosphere of these two main characters from anywhere in the seating area, a large, column-free atrium was created, and seating was arranged around it. The main seating area consists of box seats separated by sheer curtains. These seats, designed with consideration for the personal space between men and women in Saudi Arabia, are arranged in two layers on either side of the open atrium. In addition, there are bench seats around the kitchen counter where customers can watch the baristas at work, and counter seats offering a panoramic view of the entire store, providing a variety of seating options to suit different customer preferences. Pleasant light streams in from the atrium ceiling through perforated metal. These elements create a bright and open space where customers can enjoy delicious coffee and a theater-inspired concept design and presentation that engages all five senses.

"MITSUKOSHI BGC" is a mixed-use commercial facility based on the concept of "NEXT MANILA LIFESTYLE," set in the international city of Bonifacio Global City, delivering a new lifestyle co-created by Japan and the Philippines. Our company was in charge of the basic concept and concept design of the common areas, and we propose a comfortable facility on a human scale by incorporating elements of traditional Japanese place-making such as "sando" (approach to a shrine) and "tori-niwa" (passageway garden) into the open commercial space and the layout of open shops that create the joy of shopping. In the center of the facility, as a symbolic concept design that expresses the project's desire to become a bridge between the Philippines and Japan, a ceiling called "Joining Hands," which is an icon of intertwined hands with a Japanese touch, welcomes customers.

The first store under this new concept, "Sports Authority Toyokawa," aims to be more than just a sports goods store; it strives to be a welcoming "place" where anyone can casually drop by. Instead of creating a typical sports store atmosphere, it prioritizes a friendly, approachable, and relaxing environment. concept design, featuring a "veranda" as a symbolic motif, connects the "inside" and "outside" of the store, providing a space where a wide range of customers, from families to seniors, can relax, enjoy shopping, and socialize.

スペイン発祥のラケットスポーツ「パデル」の専用施設「パデル東京ミズマチ」が、とうきょうスカイツリー駅から徒歩1分の「東京ミズマチⓇ」のイーストゾーンに2023年1月オープンしました。「パデル」は欧州や南米を中心に世界で人気が急上昇しているラケット競技で、東京都内で3番目、東東京エリアでは初のパデルコートとなります。「東京ミズマチⓇ」施設内のテナントと同様に、街のコミュニティスポットとして、訪れる人、住んでいる人に、スポーツを楽しんでもらう場所としてオープンしました。（共同企画：チョイス様）

Our spacious store has the widest selection of plants in Tokyo, so you can grow them, live with them, and enjoy them. In addition to selling fresh flowers, we offer a wide range of daily necessities, such as bulk food ingredients and care products, that will give you the opportunity to start something new. We provided support for the opening of Ebisu Garden Place, from proposing a store opening to negotiating with the facility.

広い空とスカイツリーを足元から一望でき、アウトドアブランドならではの外～中の空間を融合した新体験ショップです。お馴染みのアイテムやアウトドアグッズの販売はもちろん、屋外も活かしたワークショップなどさまざまな体験コンテンツも実施予定です。CHUMS（チャムス）の生まれ故郷、アメリカ・ユタ州のハリケーンという都市にあるCHUMSの工場をモチーフとした、ガレージのような内装デザインでブランドのルーツも味わっていただける店舗となりました。

This concept design project involved proposing an optional plan for private units that was a first for Mitsubishi Jisho Residence, encompassing everything from lifestyle and layout plans to materials and custom-made furniture as a single package. Given the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has led people worldwide to re-evaluate the comfort of their living spaces, we proposed a "new standard" lifestyle for the post-COVID era, focusing on two key aspects of a condominium living space: "the ability to spend healthy and fulfilling time at home" and "the ability to balance daily life and work." The model room chosen was the 70S1 type, considered the most popular family-oriented unit among the 12 types available on each floor. In this type, we aimed to create a living space that could be customized to suit individual lifestyles, incorporating a "multifunctional area" in the living and dining area. By dividing the large living and dining area with storage shelves, family members can be in the same space while still being able to engage in different activities and feel each other's presence. The model room's styling was based on the concept of "Japandi," representing a unique proposal from our company, FOO, that differed from previous model room designs.

"Deus Ex Machina Asakusa", which opened in Tokyo Mizumachi West Zone, is a lifestyle shop based on Australian surf and bike culture. As small as an espresso, the shop is packed with a variety of things, and is located on a riverside away from the hustle and bustle of the city.It has many different roles: a comfortable cafe, an apparel shop, and an art gallery. Higashi Tokyo's first store in Asakusa will serve coffee brewed by famous baristas and Deus Chef's original food that can only be tasted here. Our company assisted with consulting and leasing.

Opened in 2021, this luxury club was planned with the aim of bringing vitality and hope for the future to Ginza, one of Japan's leading entertainment districts, which has been hit hard by the headwinds of the COVID-19 pandemic. The name of the club is "Arabesque," which originally means "Arabian-style decorative patterns." The song of the same name, derived from this, is composed of a regular, repeating rhythm and gradually changing interplay of sounds. We wanted to focus on the meaning embedded in the Arabesque decoration and the song and incorporate it into the space. First, we incorporated half-arches, which are arches cut in half, a representative motif of Arabian decoration. By continuing the half-arches, we freed ourselves from a regular composition and created variations in how they are combined. These half-arches are extended from the entrance door to the reception, bar, and hall, and are linked together as if creating the rhythm of the song. The half-arches foreshadow the next step, gradually becoming brighter and more gorgeous, connecting to a fun future. We aimed for concept design gives such an impression, infusing hope and a breath of fresh air.

This is a relocation plan due to the aging of the Okajima Department Store building. The relocation location was the nearby commercial facility "KoKori," and for this project, we were responsible for construction management (project management/facility coordination/ furniture and fixture manufacturing operations), design (architectural design/ design administration /equipment design), and construction (architecture/equipment).

This sliding kiosk changes its appearance to suit the location, time, and environment around the world. concept design, which combines kitchen units with various seating units as needed, allows for deployment regardless of the size of the installation space. Its most distinctive feature is that when closed, it blends into its surroundings, and when opened, a café space appears. The mirrored facade reflects the surrounding environment, changing its appearance like a chameleon. As a kiosk unique to % Arabica, which operates globally, no matter what country or location a store is in, it's not a simple copy-and-paste concept design, but rather takes on a unique character specific to that place. The photo shows the first store to open, located on Ningbo Heyi Avenue, consisting of four units. Its sophisticated appearance blends seamlessly into the atrium of a high-end shopping complex. Amidst the recent pandemic, which has prompted reflection on the role of cafés, the demand for kiosks where people can enjoy coffee outdoors has increased. Unlike traditional kiosks that simply sell products from a stand, this store features a new concept where the unit slides open during business hours to create a semi-outdoor seating area, and additional seating areas can be set up around it.

This is a next-generation entertainment food hall in Kabukicho run by Hamakura Tateki Shoten Seisakusho, the company behind the alley boom, Ebisu Yokocho and Shibuya Yokocho. The approximately 1,000 square meter floor is a food festival district with a total of 10 stores that fuse food, music, and video with the themes of "festivals" and "food from all over the country." From Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu and Okinawa in the south, and neighboring South Korea, we offer local cuisine, B-class gourmet food, rice bowls, noodles, yakitori, gyoza, alcohol, and more, including carefully selected farm-fresh ingredients that show the faces of the producers. "Soul food" is gathering here.

This is the Machida branch of PAPABUBBLE, an art candy shop originating in Barcelona, Spain. Taking advantage of its distinctive, long, narrow location next to an escalator within a commercial facility, we aimed to create a symbolic concept design that would serve as a hub for the PAPABUBBLE brand in the Machida area. The original location had low visibility from the commercial facility's entrance, and the changing perspectives from the escalator and the multiple access routes meant there was no single dominant viewpoint, making it difficult to attract customers. Therefore, we planned to leverage the location's ability to be viewed from all angles—up, down, left, and right—through the escalator and multiple access routes, transforming it into a strength for attracting customers. Specifically, we boldly arranged approximately 7m x 90 aluminum rods, resembling PAPABUBBLE's iconic candy bars, within the space. By painting each side a different color, we created a visual effect where the color changes depending on the viewing angle. This visual effect draws customers into the store, creating a floor plan designed to enhance their shopping experience. The gradual color changes are reminiscent of the magical performances that create PAPABUBBLE candies and the wide variety of their flavors.
