[Project Overview] The Naval Air Preparatory Training School Peace Memorial Museum was established to preserve and displays the history of the Naval Air Preparatory Training School, also known as "Yokaren," and the war history of Ami Town, as well as to accurately pass on these facts to the next generation and to encourage reflection on the preciousness of life and the importance of peace.

The Tokyo Waterworks Museum, which opened in 1995, is a facility that promotes the history and culture of Tokyo's waterworks from the Edo period to the modern and contemporary eras. It consists of three floors: <1F History of Modern Waterworks>, <2F History of Edo Waterworks>, and <3F Library and Lecture Hall>, with the 1st and 3rd floors being the main areas that have been renovated. In addition to renovating displays space, efforts have been made to broaden the scope of facility operations, such as creating a library of video materials and introducing audio guides (in four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese). Furthermore, having been entrusted with the operation of the museum after its reopening, the museum has expanded its operations to include displays by attendants (in Japanese and English), holding special exhibitions and events, and introducing AR guided tours, thereby promoting the waterworks business.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the popular "Toge no Kamameshi" bento box sold at JR Yokokawa Station, the company has completely renovated its highway service area store as part of a rebranding effort aimed at the next generation, creating a model for a "dramatic service area." As a "hub for promoting the 'Toge no Kamameshi' brand," the store aims to be a place that creates "a memorable page in the history of the brand" for visitors, recreating the platform and train of Yokokawa Station. It offers a unique and nostalgic experience within the highway setting, while also providing a fresh "Toge no Kamameshi" experience for those unfamiliar with it. Opened in 1997 as Japan's first comprehensive river system museum, it is currently managed by NOMURA Co.,Ltd. displays showcases the relationship between the rivers of Saitama Prefecture, particularly the Arakawa River, and the lives of the people, serving as a place for local history and environmental education, conveying the footsteps of ancestors who lived alongside the rivers. Outdoors, there are water-related facilities such as a 1/1000 scale model of the Arakawa River, the largest waterwheel in Japan, and a water athletics course.

The Takahama City Kawara Museum and Library is operated by NOMURA Co.,Ltd. as the designated manager. Initially, it opened in 1995 as a museum themed on "kawara" (roof tiles) in Takahama City, Aichi Prefecture, a central production area of Sanshu tile, which boasts the largest production volume in Japan. Since 2008, management and operation have been transferred to a designated manager, and since April 2023, it has become a multi-purpose cultural facility together with the municipal library. Based on the concept of "A Forest of Connection Where People and the City Grow," it aims to create a further cycle of feeling, learning, activity, and exchange through the interaction of the museum, library, and various people. The museum, with the catchphrase "Museum for Everyone," creates a place where various people and things gather through exhibitions in a wide range of fields, including roof tiles, and diverse projects that focus on regional cooperation. The library provides a familiar library space for everyone at its main branch and three other facilities in the city, and as a "supportive library," it is close to people's daily lives through books.

Opened in November 2005, this museum brings together invaluable materials on Nagasaki's international exchanges. It attracted attention for being the first prefectural-level museum to adopt a designated manager system that included a curatorial department. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. has been involved in the facility's operation as the designated manager since its opening. While utilizing our comprehensive capabilities to hold exhibitions and events, we also actively engage in activities with the cooperation of citizens, such as having volunteers recreate trials in skits at the restored magistrate's office. Furthermore, it plays a role as a research center for "Nagasaki Studies," and operates with a system that ensures the continuity of cultural administration in cooperation with the facility's owner.
