This is a renovation project for the GORA KADAN FUJI GOLF golf course, located on the majestic, undulating ground at the foot of Mount Fuji, adjacent to the GORA KADAN FUJI hotel, which is scheduled to open in the summer of 2025. Our company was responsible interiors and FFE concept design of the common areas of the approximately 2,600m2, two-story clubhouse, including the entrance, lobby, lounge, restaurant/bar, suites, shops, lockers/bathrooms, as well as the interiors working drawings, basic and working drawings the facilities, supervision, and interiors /FFE construction for the entire building. With an eye toward creating a sense of quality that would align with the Gora Kadan brand of luxury hotels, we created a modern and elegant clubhouse space using brick, wood, and marble as the main themes.

TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY, a neighborhood directly connected to JR Takanawa Gateway Station, and THE LINKPILLAR 1 SOUTH, a skyscraper located directly opposite the station, boast an outstanding location with excellent access to major areas of the city center as well as Haneda and Narita airports and Shinagawa Station. The JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo, located on the 23rd to 30th floors of the building, is the second JW Marriott brand hotel in Japan named after founder J. Willard Marriott, and is one of the most prestigious brands among the more than 30 brands operated by Marriott International. Our company was responsible for interiors construction of public areas such as the lobby, restaurant and bar, pool, and banquet hall of the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo, which will have its grand opening on October 2, 2025. To embody concept design of Yabu Pushelberg, an internationally acclaimed concept design studio that has worked on many luxury hotels, including Marriott, we worked together with project management and local architects over a period of just over three years.

In conjunction with the renovation of the Suntory Tennensui Beer Factory in Musashino, Tokyo, our company reconstructed the spatial design of the Theater Hall, which is located at the entrance to the tour route, and the sake storage tank area within the manufacturing process. As a new challenge in this renovation, we installed a 3D sound system in the Theater Hall, evolving it from a simple place to watch videos into an experiential theater where visitors can "feel the brand philosophy."

As part of the renovation of the South Building of Tamagawa Takashimaya Shopping Center in Tamagawa, Setagaya Ward, the louvers covering the walls were removed and the existing multi-story garden was opened to the public, with the aim of creating a lively atmosphere as a commercial facility and increasing the three-dimensional flow of the entire town, including surrounding related facilities. An LED cube was inserted into the facade so that it appears to float, and can be seen from the west exit of Futako Tamagawa Station, the pedestrian deck, the intersection, and the entire street along National Route 246. By adding various places to see and be seen within the cubic frame, the expression and flow of the entire town were recreated in collaboration with digital content, rather than just the facility itself, and the flow of the entire town was recreated. We were responsible for working drawings and construction of the LED equipment.

Hiroshima Motomachi Aquarium, newly opened in Hiroshima Prefecture, has an displays concept called "A Museum of Water and Life." Each of its eight stages conveys a different message, displays the underwater world and the activities of living creatures, expressing the power and fragility of life. Each stage connects to the others, showcasing the fascinating creatures living in diverse environments and illustrating the facility's theme, "The Stage of Life." "Welcome" offers a fantastical portrayal of the beginning of life, while "Forest" conveys the changing seasons and the vitality of forests. "White" depicts a colorless world and the brilliance of life, while "Marine Note" and "Coral" introduce the diverse ecosystems of the ocean and the colors of coral reefs. "Flowers, Birds, Wind, and Moon of the Sea" expresses the mystery and beauty of the underwater world, while "Zipangu" depicts traditional Japanese beauty and the elegance of goldfish. Finally, "Message" uses a clock that tells the time of extinction and evolution to emphasize the fragility of life and our responsibility to the future, evoking a moving and resonant experience. To convey a deeper understanding of the concept and to convey emotion, we have incorporated immersive experiences and interactive displays that stimulate the five senses.

This project involved renovating the box seats located in the top row behind the backstop at Yokohama Stadium into luxurious box seats that can be used for a variety of occasions, such as anniversaries, office social gatherings, and business entertainment. We were responsible for everything from planning to design, layout, construction.

We have newly built a conference room and waiting lounge space for recruitment interviews in NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Head Office office building. As we expect that those who will be using this space will be feeling nervous, we aimed to create a space where everyone can relax and perform at their best, as well as a space that will make interviewees think, "I want to work for NOMURA Co.,Ltd."

We were in charge of the design and construction of the renewal of the entrance and facade (exterior of the building) at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' displays facility, the Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum, located in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.

The Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Museum Funeshiru, located at Osaka Nanko ATC, where the Sunflower ferry connecting Osaka and Kyushu is docked, is the first museum to be developed by this leading shipping company, with a history spanning over 140 years, and a desire to allow many people to experience the world of ships that support people's daily lives. Based on the concept of a museum where visitors can see, touch, and play with the ships that support our lives, the museum aims to provide a place where people of all ages can enjoy learning about how shipping supports people's daily lives and how ships are constantly evolving. The museum's space and experiences are designed to be child-friendly and exciting, with a large panoramic theater that allows visitors to experience the scale of ships and the ocean, and interactive displays that allow visitors to learn about jobs related to ships and shipping. Inspired by the image of a port where food transported across the sea is gathered, the museum also features a cafe serving original curry and a shop selling original goods unique to a museum dedicated to ships and shipping.

Osaka University of Arts' Animal Diorama Museum, "Geidai Zoo," is the world's first animal diorama museum at a university facility. Students from all departments can use the museum as a teaching material for artistic expression, drawing animals and creating animal characters. Under the direction of Kenji Wakao, professor and head of the liberal arts program at Osaka University of Arts and general producer, the museum has created three diorama areas—"African Grassland," "African Forest," and "Rocky Grassland"—to displays each animal in its natural habitat using stuffed specimens donated by the Shiga Safari Museum. Areas have also been set up to displays stuffed heads, fighting wapiti, and moose by species and region. Our company was responsible for the entire project, from design to construction, including taxidermy research and restoration, and filing applications with the Ministry of the Environment.
