仙台駅直結のホテルメトロポリタン仙台の2階にある、日本料理・鉄板焼「はや瀬」の個室2部屋、“松淵”と“貞山”のリニューアルプロジェクトです。別邸と名付けられた個室エリアを、VIPを最大限にもてなす母屋からの離れと位置づけ、客人を迎え入れる茶室のエッセンス（わびさびの精神）をデザインに取り入れました。宮城を代表する茶室であり、伊達政宗が豊臣秀吉から譲り受けたと伝わる「松島 観瀾亭（かんらんてい）」が松島の雄大な自然と共に客人をもてなしたように、この個室を観瀾亭に見立て、プロジェクションマッピング映像と坪庭により季節のうつろいを感じながら食事が楽しめる、記憶に残る上質な空間としてデザインを一新しました。

Uvale!, a cafe, restaurant, and shop attached to Omine Sake Brewery in Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is surrounded by abundant nature. The existing office and cafe space was reconstructed, and a layered structure utilizing beams and columns was planned to gently connect the shop, dining area, and sake brewery. By carefully adjusting the placement of columns and ceiling heights, a sense of openness is maintained while naturally dividing each area, creating diverse experiences for visitors. Furthermore, by expanding the openings, a comfortable environment with plenty of natural light has been achieved. In addition, the reddish-brown color reminiscent of the Sekishu tiles found in the region was incorporated into the steel frame and materials, and together with the three-dimensionally arranged plants, a space was created that resonates with the rural landscape of Mine that spreads out outside the windows. The aim was to create a place where nature, architecture, and the activities of sake brewing are gently connected.

This is the first franchise location in Indonesia for YAKINIKU JUMBO, a brand originating in Japan.  Jakarta's Gunawarman district, with its charming streets lined with buildings strongly influenced by post-colonial architectural styles, is considered a high-end, trendy area. Drawing ispiration from Jakarta's architectural characteristics─which have long incorporated features to mitigate strong sunlight and sunlight and sudden downpours while managing humidity and airfrow─we adopted the theme of "wind" and integrated it with the JUMBO brand's heritage to design the space.The architecture,wrapped in "bamboo blinds"─which in traditional Japanese homes have long served to shield against rain, block sunlight, and regulate airflow─allows for a moderate flow breeze and light.The zoning,featuring veranda-like walkways and contryards that offer unobstructed views,along with details that evoke the sensation of a great breeze,allows visitors to truly experience the presence of the wind.

"Happy Lawson Town" is a concept that aims to revitalize the town by making Lawson stores community hubs and creating real connections between people of all generations. Our company and Nomura Arcs, a group company that handles comprehensive building services, were consistently responsible for the realization of Happy Lawson Town, from the survey and planning of this store, to the basic concept, as well as the design including the building and landscape, construction, and logo signage.

Sano Service Area in Tochigi Prefecture has finally reopened after its long-awaited renovation. Our company, under the supervision of our group company Nomura Arcs (which handled the construction), was in charge of the design and planning. We maximized the advantages of the service area's rich natural environment and the fact that visitors can walk between the inbound and outbound lanes, and carried out a renovation that envisioned the entire service area as a single "park." It has been reborn as a relaxing space where visitors can spend their time as they please. The commercial facilities are themed as "An Inspiring Market Where You're Sure to Discover Something New," and are designed as a place where visitors can experience local food, specialties, and culture. Under the design supervision of Kengo Kuma & Associates, we emphasized a sense of unity and openness between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a space that warmly welcomes visitors.

To coincide with the launch of BEAMS' 50th anniversary celebrations, we were in charge of the renovation of "BEAMS Harajuku," the flagship store of the men's casual label "BEAMS." While making the most of the existing building's features, we restructured the architectural plan, including refreshing the spiral staircase, a symbolic element of the store, to create a flagship store space that combines the unique worldview of BEAMS with a sense of flow and ease of movement.

"LDK AOSHIMA" is a restaurant located within AOSHIMA BEACH VILLAGE, which also houses "NOT A HOTEL AOSHIMA," a villa that can be converted into a hotel in Aoshima, Miyazaki Prefecture. Designed by General concept design Shin Ohori, the restaurant utilizes the modernity of the existing building while incorporating a vibrant color palette and tropical materials to reinterpret the image of Aoshima in the mid-20th century in a modern way, concept design a restaurant that feels dense and lively.

This flagship store translates YOKO CHAN's aesthetic of stripping away ornamentation to highlight the inner self and body of the wearer into a tangible space. Located a step away from the hustle and bustle of Roppongi, it aims to be a tranquil space where visitors can be freed from the noise of information and confront their own bodies and senses. In addition to sculptural forms and soft, curved plaster walls, the designer personally visited the production areas to find veneer and chunks of cedar root that had long been stored in warehouses, which were used as symbolic fixtures. The flowing curves drawn from the stone and wood grains are derived from the inner beauty of women that the brand cherishes.

Located directly above Komazawa University Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, at the corner where National Route 246 and Jiyu-dori intersect, this is the area's first commercial facility project, serving as a gateway to Komazawa Park. We created a community-driven, street-level space that embodies the rural atmosphere characteristic of Komazawa, a truly local Tokyo area, fostering a new neighborhood place rooted in the community. For this first commercial facility development in the Komazawa area, we provided project management support for all aspects of the development, including facility concept, floor merchandising planning, tenant leasing, and opening preparation support.

This is a project by "%ARABICA" that has relocated and reopened in Plaza Indonesia, a shopping mall in the heart of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. Jakarta is dotted with circular plazas, and among them, "Bundaran HI," located in front of Plaza Indonesia, is one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. As the new store is located in the center of the mall's basement floor, it adopts a striking circular layout inspired by the plazas represented by Bundaran HI. The open configuration, which does not obstruct the view, welcomes visitors from all directions. Furthermore, the entire space is covered with white and terracotta Chemex-type handmade tiles, inspired by the white walls and orange tiled roofs of the colonial style that remains strong in Indonesia, creating an impressive space that stands out in the center of the floor.

This project involved the relocation of the first store (Minamimachi-dori store) of the popular patisserie "kazunori ikeda individuel" located in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. Our company was in charge of spatial design, layout, and construction. Based on the concept of "Forest Ēcrin (Jewel Box)," we expressed the relationship between the sweets, which combine traditional French techniques and unique creativity by owner-chef Kazunori Ikeda, and interiors concept design by likening them to jewelry and a jewel box. We incorporated Ikeda's commitment to authenticity and playfulness into the space, creating a composition that gives a sense of three-dimensionality and depth, while also creating a space that elegantly and impressively showcases the products.

In line with Bic Camera's policy of moving beyond the mass-market retail model, we transformed their store from a manufacturer-driven, spec-based sales floor into a new type of store where customer-centric experiences and discoveries are born. Our group consistently produced this new store from conception to implementation. While inheriting the traditional, voluminous display style, we reconfigured the space across various categories, from home appliances to general merchandise, centering it around multiple lifestyles. We created a store experience where customers can find scenes in their lives that interest them, touch the products, and try them out thoroughly, ultimately discovering exceptional items that match their own values. From a place to "buy" to a place to "discover." In Ikebukuro, a fiercely competitive area for home appliance retailers, we created a hub that offers new value beyond the conventional framework.

Tower Records Shibuya store has undergone renovations on its 1st, 4th, and 5th floors with the aim of evolving into a store that encourages customers to linger and experience new things. In parallel with the renovations, a new type of standing-style beer bar, "TOWER RECORDS BEER," has opened on the 6th floor, which is the analog record floor.

This is the flagship store of Koala Sleep Japan, an Australian bedding brand. Its concept is an "urban oasis" where you can experience Australian nature and culture even in the city. You can try out their main product, mattresses, and their versatile sofa beds. You can also enjoy a fun shopping experience with cushions and rugs inspired by Australian concept design, and at the adjoining Koala Cafe, you can enjoy Allpress Espresso coffee and food menus that express "Aussie" culture. *As of February 2026, the company name has changed from Koala Sleep Japan Co., Ltd. to Koala JP Co., Ltd.

"SEGA STORE TOKYO" opened in Shibuya PARCO as the first flagship store in Japan to embody SEGA's "Transmedia Strategy." It is an information hub that provides new "surprises" and "emotions" to fans around the world by developing the diverse worldviews of the company's IPs* as an "experience" that goes beyond mere merchandise sales. Our company was in charge of design, layout, production and construction, and VMD (Visual Merchandising) support for this project. We created a space where fans can enjoy the charm of SEGA's unique content with all five senses, realizing the "place-making" of connecting fans both domestically and internationally with the content. *Refers to all content protected by intellectual property rights.
