This project involved the renovation of the "Accident Information displays Room" located within the Seibu Training Center, which was established in 2009 for the purpose of safety education for Seibu Railway employees. In addition to the existing "displays Area," a new "Learning Area" was added, and the room was redesigned as a "Safety Education Room" with the aim of encouraging each employee to think for themselves, take action, and share an awareness toward building safety, so as to learn from past accidents and prevent accidents from happening again. In the "displays Area," based on the accident information accumulated to date, employees can reaffirm Seibu Railway's "safety first" principle and learn lessons from accidents. In the "Learning Area," the focus is on human error and the latest safety management concepts are introduced. Through experiential displays and workshops, the aim was to share an awareness of safety among employees by encouraging them to think for themselves about how to solve problems and to discuss them in groups. Our company handled the planning and concept, design, layout, signage and graphic concept design, design supervision, environmental features, exhibit execution, interior execution, and building execution.

The new Lawson store, which opened within the 2025 Japan International Exposition site, is located in front of the East Gate entrance, directly connected to Yumeshima Station (Osaka Metro Chuo Line), the closest station to the venue. Through noren (traditional Japanese curtain) art representing the 47 prefectures of Japan and wall art inspired by Lawson's vision for the future, "Happy Lawson Town," the store expresses the symbiotic society fostered by the connections between Lawson stores across Japan and each region. Furthermore, with future use after the Expo in mind, sustainable building materials such as wood and scaffolding pipes have been incorporated extensively. In addition, concept design incorporates elements of Lawson's roots since its opening in 1975, such as the logo of the first store and milk cans, expressing its uniqueness and communicating the essential value of being a "community hot station" that lives together with the community from the past to the future.

In May, when the zelkova trees lining the streets are covered in fresh green leaves and Sendai becomes its most beautiful "City of Trees," the "Sendai Aoba Festival," a historical festival showcasing the refined elegance of the Date clan, is held. This festival began in 1985, the 350th anniversary of the death of Date Masamune, as a revival of a festival from the Edo period Sendai domain. For the fourth festival in 1988, five Sendai Yamaboko floats were created to recreate the procession of floats from that time, and the procession was revived. The following year, five more floats were added, and in 1995, one more was created, bringing the total to eleven. Our Tohoku branch has been involved in the creation of the floats from the early stages, and because of that connection, our branch staff still work together every year to support the procession. And in 2025, for the first time in 30 years, a 12th float, the "Gokoku Hojo Yamaboko," will be added to the festival. Creating a new float requires considerable expense. Furthermore, with the participation of over 100 people, including those pulling the float and dancing, sponsorship requires a fairly large local organization or group. In this context, the cooperation of Iris Ohyama, a company based in Sendai, Miyagi, made the creation of a new float a reality. Due to our long-standing relationship with the "Sendai Aoba Festival," our company was in charge of the concept design and production of the float. *Event period: Every year on the third Sunday of May and the day before.

Tokiwakan, a ryokan inn in Gamagori, Aichi Prefecture, was beloved by many literary figures during the late Meiji period. The Ume Annex, originally built as a detached building, has been reborn as "THE COVE," a Gamagori Classic Hotel accommodation facility, offering a whole-house rental experience. Based on the concept of "encountering the blessings of the region surrounding Mikawa Bay and enjoying them with all five senses," the hotel makes the most of the renowned building, a registered tangible cultural property, and the views it commands, nestled on a hill overlooking Takeshima Island in the tranquil Mikawa Bay. Furthermore, by adding a touch of "newness" where necessary, the hotel creates a pleasant contrast and an extraordinary lodging experience. The hotel is packed with the charms of the region, featuring artwork using traditional techniques handed down in the area and the development of original drinks crafted by local people using local ingredients.

Ceravie Resort Izumigo Co., Ltd. operates hotels, cottages, and dog resort facilities in 11 locations across Japan. We were in charge of renovating the restaurant at "AMBIENT Azumino Hotel," a mountain resort surrounded by the Northern Alps. The background to the plan was to improve the efficiency of operations by expanding and consolidating the restaurant, which was previously divided into two floors, the basement and the first floor, onto the first floor, and to create a resort atmosphere with the magnificent Northern Alps visible from the observation terrace on the first floor, thereby improving the value of the customer experience. The plan was to create an extraordinary atmosphere using space, furniture, and decorations that reflect the region's unique culture, history, and crafts, and to create a new live kitchen that uses local ingredients to create cooking methods unique to the area, and to incorporate elements that will make customers want to stay again.

In preparation for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo, renovation work has been underway at Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 since 2021. As the gateway to Kansai, this project aims to "expand international flight capacity," "enhance the airside area," and "improve the passenger experience." Previously, the airport had separate lounges for each airline, but these are being consolidated into one, providing a larger space through space efficiency. This project is the third phase of a large-scale renovation, and is an international business lounge with a total area of 2,970 m² and 658 seats, themed around "ancient capitals and cities." The interior is divided into two areas with different concepts: "North Side" and "South Side." schematic design was handled by Azusa Sekkei, and our company was in charge of interiors (FF&E), working drawings and construction of equipment, and art supervision.

The Hiwasa Sea Turtle Museum Caretta is a rare sea turtle museum located on Ohama Beach in Tokushima Prefecture, and is beloved as the oldest loggerhead turtle conservation site in the region. At the same time, it also serves as a base facility for the local Minami Town's plan to increase the return rate of sea turtles. This renovation has created a place where people can learn about the coexistence of humans and nature through sea turtles and nurture the next generation of leaders by providing a comfortable space for visitors and making it easy for sea turtles to live in from the perspective of animal welfare.

We planned the Mie Prefecture booth to be exhibited within the Kansai Pavilion at the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo). The Mie Prefecture booth is themed "The Origin of the Japanese Spirit" and is designed as a space where visitors can experience the charm of "Beautiful Mie," including its rich nature, history, diverse culture, and food. It is an interactive booth that will allow visitors to experience Mie with all five senses through unique displays and content that can only be found at the Expo.

The project is scheduled to be completed in March 2025 after approximately five years of full-scale renovation work. It will include new stands (viewing facilities for a wide range of customers, including the general public and guests), entrance gates, the first double-sided paddock screen at a Japanese racecourse, and a grass plaza, and will open as a facility that allows many people, including local residents and horse racing novices, to experience the feeling of being an "open racecourse."

Opened in July 2025 in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, the new indoor playground "mirocco" aims to be a place where children can not only enjoy playing to their heart's content, but also enjoy it with their families and local people. This facility has renovated the pool and hot bath facilities that were located in the indoor facility "Tamarina" in the 22nd Century Hills Park in Mansui, Kakegawa City, and have been renovated into an all-weather playground. While making use of our know-how in regional revitalization and facility business, we were in charge of everything from concept formulation to design, construction of interiors, playground equipment, and decoration, and operation. In addition, as a voluntary business of the DBO* business, we have made private investment to improve the attractiveness of the facility by adding playground equipment, artificial furniture, fixtures, signs, graphics, etc. About Facility Concept/Space concept design The facility concept is "Let's create every day." 365 (3 = Mi / 6 = Ro / 5 = Ko) The naming was decided by voting for "mirocco" with the meaning that it will be a facility where everyone can gather. The four main areas are "Guruguru no Yama" where you can play with playground equipment, "Waku Waku Base" where you can play quietly, "Hitoyasumi Lounge" where adults can relax, and "Hi Hi Hara" where babies can play safely. In addition to these areas, Tamarina will open a new store in Shizuoka Prefecture, "This Is Cafe", offering menus that are easy to use for customers of all ages. In addition, the interior of the facility, such as the interiors, playground equipment, and benches, uses local resources, and uses environmentally friendly materials in various places, such as benches using prefectural logged wood, workshop spaces that use scraps and waste materials as work materials, and plastering walls using "soil" from the Kakegawa River. *DBO: Abbreviation for Design Build Operate (design, construction, and operation), one of the business methods when developing public facilities. The public entrusts the design, construction, and operation of facilities to private operators.

This is an office renovation project for Star Micronics, Head Office headquartered in Shizuoka City, whose purpose is to "contribute to the sustainable development of society as a 'great small and medium-sized enterprise' that challenges the world." The seven-story Head Office was initially operated in 2018 with open offices on the first to sixth floors and a prestigious, confidential executive floor on the seventh floor. Six years later, in 2024, in order to accommodate the increase in the number of employees and changes in work styles, it was decided to operate the seventh floor as office space as well. Based on the request, we collaborated with Kiuchi Construction, which is also Star Micronics' prosperity partner, to propose, design, and construction, and it reopened in February 2025. The plan, which places a 40-seat quiet work area on the east side, an active area for lively discussions on the west side, private executive offices on the south side, and an executive meeting room (normally an office area) on the north side, with a light court in the center of the floor, provides a sense of openness while ensuring an appropriate distance between different areas.

AINEC has relocated Head Office to Frontier Meieki, an environmentally conscious and advanced office building located in Meieki, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya. The concept is "Hope of Light," reflecting the new beginning and hopeful future that the company will experience in a space where its symbolic color, "AINEC Blue," and light intertwine. The office space features an advanced design that fuses environmental considerations with concept design, and uses "light," "blue," and "environmentally friendly materials" as concept design elements to create a place that embodies the company's purpose and vision. Under the direction of Taki Tanaka, CEO of IZA, who is in charge of AINEC's branding, a symbolic "light" art installation was created in the reception area in collaboration with Takahiro Matsuo, CEO of LUCENT Inc (artwork), and Setsuya Kurotaki, CEO of NOiR inc (sound concept design). Furthermore, the gentle AINEC Blue envelops the entire office, fostering a sense of unity and connection among all those who gather here. In addition, for the raised access floor, the existing subfloor was cleaned and reused, reducing the environmental impact by eliminating the need for finishing materials. For the wall materials, cement tiles made from recycled waste such as coal ash from thermal power plants and used coffee grounds were used. Our company was in charge of the design and construction.

The Malaysian Pavilion, exhibited at the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo), was themed "INTERWOVEN - Weaving a Harmonious Future," and was a space that comprehensively expressed the tradition, diversity, and progressive spirit inherent in Malaysia, a multi-ethnic nation. At the center of the pavilion was the symbolic "Tree of Harmony," standing approximately 10 meters tall. Its leaves were hand-woven by artisans from all over Malaysia using sustainable natural materials, and its trunk was composed of an organic structure made of fast-growing bamboo woven in a spiral. This sculptural language was also extended to displays floor, lighting, and graphics, symbolizing a network that connects the entire pavilion as if weaving together. As a pavilion where diversity intersects to weave one grand story, it became a place that embodied hope for a harmonious future.

This is the first store for Henri Charpentier's new brand, financier specialty store "BEAN to FINANCIER." The concept of "baked color" is expressed throughout the store by using tiles with uneven baking marks. In addition, details that mimic the gold bars of Paris' financial district, the origin of financiers, are scattered throughout the store. The store symbolically shows the story of how the products go from the kitchen, wrapped in a gradation of baked colors, to being lined up in front of customers, allowing them to experience the brand with all five senses.

The prestigious Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka, which boasts a 90-year history and has been loved by many guests including state guests and members of the Imperial Family as "Osaka's guesthouse," has grand reopened as "Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka Vignette Collection" in anticipation of the opening of the Osaka-Kansai Expo in April 2025. This is due to the introduction of "Vignette Collection," one of the brands of IHG Hotels & Resorts. Inheriting the hotel's history and identity, and blending it with the charm of the beautiful scenery surrounding it, unique to the city of water, it has been reborn as a space that will be loved for generations. For this renovation, our company handled concept design of the entrance, reception, public areas, guest rooms, banquet halls, and gym, as well as working drawings and construction of the guest room area, art, and FF&E.
