MIRAI-Bit is a website where you can experience online on your personal device some of the content related to the permanent displays of Miraikan, which will be reopened in November 2023, including "Aging Park," which allows you to experience the aging that everyone experiences; "Nanairo Quest," which focuses on a future in which robots and humans live together; and "Planetary Crisis," which is about the global environment. In addition, we are running a traveling exhibition in various locations so that science museums and other facilities across the country can experience MIRAI-Bit. We were in charge of creating the content and designing and construction the traveling displays fixtures.

Bridgestone has opened an innovation hub, "Bridgestone Innovation Park," in Kodaira, Tokyo. The central innovation center, "B-Innovation," is a facility to further promote interaction between people inside and outside the company, connect empathy for Bridgestone to co-creation, and accelerate innovation. Our company was in charge of planning, design, environmental production, and construction of "Bridgestone Open Innovation Hub," the entrance to "B-Innovation," where people can see and touch Bridgestone's core concept design and products to expand their ideas. In addition, in repeated discussions with Bridgestone, we are carrying out operation and spatial design based on behavioral science to lead people to the psychology they want to be.

Miraikan, the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation, opened new permanent displays in November 2023, with the theme of "robots," "Hello! Robot" and "Nanairo Quest - A story of the future of living with robots." "Hello! Robot" is displays that allows visitors to imagine living with various robots in the future and discover new possibilities through interacting with robots and introducing the latest robotics research. "Nanairo Quest" is an exhibition where visitors explore the displays space using a dedicated tablet to solve problems that occur in "Nanairo City," a futuristic displays where people and robots live together, and learn about various ways of interacting with robots and gain new insights through conversations with residents and information about robots active in the town. We were in charge of schematic design, working drawings, and construction. We were also in charge of the design and construction of "Nobel Q," which was renovated in September 2023.

1955 Tokyo Bay by Hoshino Resorts, located in the Maihama-Shin-Urayasu area of Chiba Prefecture, is a 638-room hotel concept design around the theme park concept of "OLDIES GOODIES," inspired by the American aesthetic of 1955. The hotel offers a variety of hotel services to make your theme park trip convenient and comfortable, including a restaurant where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals even late at night or early in the morning, a 24-hour public space called "2nd Room," and rooms and amenities designed for families and families. The various room types, featuring interiors reminiscent of the American era of the time, are designed to accommodate a variety of occasions and ages, including families, couples, friends, and groups. Our company has been involved in the creation of spaces for numerous Hoshino Resorts concept design, including Hoshinoya, Kai, and OMO, and was involved in this facility from the conception stage. We were responsible for everything from formulating the spatial concept that forms the core of the branding to art direction, design, layout, and construction.

This was a project to plan, design and construction an employee lounge for office tenants in Shinjuku Center Building. We participated in this project from the upstream stage, proposing business planning, basic concepts, operational support, and concept naming. We responded with concept design that took into consideration the possibility of repurposing the space in other areas (vacant lots) as a place for demonstration experiments.

"CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY" is an entertainment facility that combines motorsports and technology, with the largest urban circuit in Japan centered on EV (electric) karts and the only circuit course in Tokyo's 23 wards. This facility uses dedicated EV racing karts and simulators to provide a full-scale urban racing experience on outdoor and indoor courses. The indoor course is a space where motorsport fans and families can enjoy all day long, in addition to productions that utilize projection mapping. Our mission is to deliver a new urban circuit experience to everyone by utilizing EVs and other technologies, promote well-being through next-generation mobility, and contribute to the SDGs by realizing a sustainable society using EVs. As a joint planning company, we handle a wide range of areas, from business planning to adding value after operation. In the future, we will work with TOM'S to expand this business nationwide in order to expand mobility entertainment.

This new office project has as its theme "people and companies create waves (resonance, sympathy) with each other, and grow into big waves (influence)." To express Careritz Technologies' determination to "continue to be an innovative, creative, and ever-growing company," we layered the image of water spreading and moving like ripples in concept design, using the transparency of water and its unexpectedness in changing into various colors and shapes.

Orque d'Or Salon AOYAMA is a members-only salon for the wealthy run by Tokai Tokyo Financial Group. Planned in Aoyama as the third location following Nagoya in 2016 and Nihonbashi, Tokyo in 2019, the facility has been created with the concept of a new "social space that stimulates the curiosity of adults" that connects "wealthy" members with "start-up entrepreneurs". Aiming to create a salon that welcomes more customers with multifaceted and memorable surprises, we have created a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where you can enjoy spatiality, art, sustainability, and craftsmanship.

This project involved the concept design, interiors renovation, and environmental features of the "Children's Corner" at Nakano City Central Library, located a 10-minute walk from Nakano Station. Our goal was to create a space where parents and children can feel comfortable and where the joy of books can flourish. In the raised area, we created and installed benches, a bookshelf for picture-story shows, and wooden motifs, as well as rotating blocks and a mechanism for measuring height. We also designed and produced a bulletin board with a mailbox, a hemispherical chair, and a movable bookshelf, and used "Tama wood," a local wood source in Tokyo, to create the wooden furniture, in line with the concept of wood education. We also produced 11 types of book stands, including original characters from the Central Library, to create a space that is both "playful" and "warm."

The event was held at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, sponsored by Mitsui Fudosan and Discover Japan, with the aim of creating an opportunity to think about a society that can live sustainably with greenery. It was a real event based on the theme of "Living with Wood," a special feature in the magazine "Discover Japan" published in August 2023. The atrium on the first floor was used as an introduction area to symbolize this event. In order to create a space that envelops the woodcarvings, we adopted the concept of "how to interact with wood," which is experienced with the five senses while being surrounded by the scent, sound, and light of wood. We were in displays of the design, layout, and construction of this spatial production. In addition, a panel exhibition in the underground passage of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya introduced our R&D activities, "concept design by Thinking with Hands" and displays actual prototypes.

Tokyu Plaza Harajuku "Harakado" is a new commercial facility that inherits and further develops the culture of the former "Harajuku Central Apartment." Located at the southwest corner of Jingumae intersection where Omotesando and Meiji Dori cross, it aims to be a new landmark and cultural hub in the Harajuku-Omotesando area, alongside Laforet Harajuku across the street and Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku "Omokado" diagonally across the street. We were responsible for the master plan for the entire facility environment, design, layout of each section, the concept and part of the planning for the facility's merchandising, tenant leasing for the food and beverage floors, and the design and construction of some of the restaurants.

TOTO Technical Center Tokyo, a place that collaborates with business users to create the water-related spaces of the future, reopened in April 2024 under the concept of "co-creation." The concept of this renovation is "Fine & Flow," expressing the "free, delicate, beautiful behavior of water and seamless transitions without interruption." We aimed not only to convey the attention to detail that only water-related professionals can provide and the reliable quality of TOTO, but also to create a facility with equipment and an appearance worthy of co-creation, and a proposal facility that should exist in the digital age. We were responsible for the overall design, construction, and system development.

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has opened a new concept design presentation hall that combines real and digital in its Global concept design Center in Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture. The hall is equipped with a curved 24K LED screen, a full-color ceiling screen, remote lighting technology, a 7.1ch sound system, and other features, making it possible to reproduce with high precision the various environments in which customers around the world actually use cars. The aim is to develop products that meet diverse needs in a more timely manner by digitalizing concept design process. We were in charge of the design, structural calculations, interiors construction, and the full-color ceiling screen. Time-based changes in light, weather, and natural elements can be reproduced in real time with a high sense of realism and immersion, making it possible to verify and check models created digitally in accordance with various market environments.

This facility is a PR facility for a fuel cell system* developed by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. that uses solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) as a power generation device. It was opened in conjunction with the start of trial operation at the company's Tochigi Plant. *A stationary power generation system that generates electricity highly efficiently using bioethanol The master concept design was provided by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.'s concept design department, the basic and working drawings was handled by the Nomura Arcs design team, and construction was handled by our company. The master concept design was adjusted to a level that could construction, and design changes associated with changes to the SOFC itself, including surrounding equipment, were flexibly accommodated during construction. It embodies an advanced master concept design.

This is the 15th directly managed store by Seiban, known for its "Tenshi no Hane" school bags. Each store is concept design with a unique concept that draws on the local characteristics of each town. There are many greenways in the town of Yokohama Kohoku that blend into the daily life of the area, and these greenways are not just roads but also parks where children can play. Therefore, the concept for this store is "SEIBAN GREEN PARKWAY", and by incorporating the organic curves of the greenways, green elements, and the various colors encountered in nature, we concept design a space that makes you want to go deeper.
