このプロジェクトは、白金プラチナ通りのレストランが立ち並ぶエリアに計画されました。35ｍの幅を持つ敷地に新しくも昔からあったようなたたずまいと気持ちの良さ、「記憶を呼び起こすような」建物を意図しています。 コ ンプレックスダイニングとして、街のランドマークとなることを目指した今回の建築では当社は基本設計とデザイン監修をお手伝いいたしました。建築には「抜 け感」が求められたため、抜け感と遮蔽のためのセメントの折石、そして風と光に浸食されたような素材感を演出しています。これはインテリアのデザインキー ワードである「南方の乾いた土地」の空気感を生むことにも貢献しています。 一貫したコンセプトに基づき、外部から流れ込む風や光、そして緑や水を 感じられるようなインテリアの一元性を実現するため内装デザインから植栽・アートワーク選定までをお手伝いさせていただきました。外から見たとき、テラス まで連続する内装デザインは植栽計画とあわさってファサードを彩る要素の一つとなり、建築ファサードは内部空間からの借景となり、内と外が引き立て合うこ とでこの空間が成り立っています。 施設内にはダイニング、鉄板焼き、2つのバンケット、チャペルがあり、厨房はすべてウォークインまたはオープンキッチンを採用しています。チャペル、バケットの前室はガラスで仕切り、施設内でも視線の抜けや空間の連続性を重視しています。 また通りに対して開放的であることに加え、既に経年変化したような素材が生み出す表情により昔から存在していたような雰囲気を醸し出し、特徴的なランドマークとなると共に街に対して親密な関係を築けるのではと考えています。   ◎当社グループプロジェクトメンバー 【営業】竹中　久恭、北井　琢也 【ディレクション】小坂　竜 【デザイン・設計】建築：飯泉　博之　　インテリア：齋藤　玲子、久兼　将弘 【制作・施工】出井　敬二

【プロジェクト概要文】 さいたま新都心にある営業面積約7万平方メートルの大型商業エリア「コクーンシティ」。生活に彩りをあたえる「ライフクリエーション」をコンセプトに、 164ものテナントで新たに構成された中核施設であるコクーン２がこの春オープンしました。既存施設のコクーン１に加え、旧イトーヨーカドー棟も新たにコ クーン３としてリニューアルして、これらが複合したショッピングセンターは”訪れるたびに　驚きがある街”として誕生しました。 片倉工業株式会社 様が自社不動産開発をされたコクーンシティにおいて、当社はプロジェクトのパートナーとして、コクーン２の開発段階から、商業計画の企画コンサルタント・ ＭＤ計画、環境デザイン・設計、制作・施工、テナントリーシング、内装監理業務まで、ソフト業務からハード業務に至り、プロジェクトの具現化に向けて総合 的にサポートさせていただきました。 この街に来られる幅広い年齢層のお客様に楽しんでいただけるよう、心地良い街歩き感覚の楽しさを象徴した陽の光を取り入れた空間で訪れる人の生き生きとして生活の輝きが表現されています。 ま た、繭（まゆ）＝「コクーン」と名付けられたように、ここはもともと片倉工業株式会社様の代表的な「片倉大宮製糸場跡地」であったことから、この地で長い 歴史を紡いできたという想いを込めて、「片倉と大宮のあゆみ」を紹介する「カタクラギャラリー」展示や「記憶の回廊」グラフィックもほどこし、近隣住民か ら来街者も街の歴史を感じ、楽しめる空間も演出しました。 当プロジェクトでは、当社グループ会社のノムラプロダクツ、ノード、ノムラデュオも参画 して、あらゆる場面で「乃村工藝社グループの総合力」を発揮し、クライアントの多様なニーズにお応えしました。また、空間創造業務の他にも、管理運営の経 験を活かした開業準備の支援や、テナントフォロー業務など、オペレーションに関するニーズにもお応えし、SC開発全体でお手伝いさせていただきました。

[Project Overview] At Joinus, located at Yokohama Station on the Sotetsu Line, a new baby rest area has been installed on the 3rd floor ladies' fashion floor, and the women's restrooms and multi-purpose restrooms have also been completely renovated. Our company assisted with design, layout, production, and construction, and "Team M," composed of female employees who are currently raising children, joined the project members. Together with the client's staff, they created a space that paid attention to details such as easy-to-use traffic flow and comfort for mothers and babies during breastfeeding.

[Project Overview] Toranomon HOP is a bar located in Toranomon Hills where you can enjoy a wide variety of German beers. In order to embody the "Gathering Hub" concept of the Toranomon Hills commercial stores, we aimed to create a store where borderless communication could be born. More than half of the store's walls face the building's curtain wall, and the location overlooks the outdoor garden "Oval Plaza," so we created a space that projects its presence to the plaza while simultaneously providing a comfortable feeling of being surrounded by wood. The bar counter expresses the style of German beer with a heavy mortar finish using traditional motifs, and all the counter tops and furniture that you touch are made of thick solid wood with a band saw finish, resulting in a friendly form. In addition, the standing tables that extend outwards create a lively atmosphere like a street-level store where people and goods spill out into the street. Our company assisted with design, layout. Kewpie Corporation's "Mayo Terrace" visitor facility has opened on the site of the former Sengawa factory. This facility allows visitors to learn about various aspects of mayonnaise in a fun and immersive way through a 90-minute guided tour by reservation only. Our company provided total support from schematic design to construction. It's a space that will make your heart flutter just by being there!

[Project Overview] "Attack on Titan," a manga series that has sold over 44 million copies in Japan and is available in more than 10 countries worldwide, is the focus of this exhibition. The unique worldview and skillful storyline, centered on the battle between humanity and the giants that devour them, were presented using a variety of displays methods. In addition to displays of original artwork, there was a large-scale 4D immersive theater, realistic 3D models of giants, and a 360-degree video space using the latest HMD (Head Mount Display) technology. This was an experiential displays event that could be enjoyed by both those familiar with the work and those unfamiliar with it, and it was the most popular in Japan in 2014, generating buzz in the media and through word of mouth. Our company assisted with the planning, design, layout, and construction of the spatial presentation. In conjunction with the expansion of the entire terminal building to accommodate the increased number of international flights at Haneda Airport, the JAL International Sakura Lounge was renovated and expanded to 2.5 times its original size. Based on the Japanese concept of "Room To Room," where rooms are interconnected but maintain independence through partitions, the number of corridors was reduced. Original latticework and washi-sanded glass were used to create gentle partitions, ensuring privacy while maintaining an open feel with views of the runway from each seat. Furthermore, the use of traditional Japanese techniques in original artwork aligned with the theme—including a skip-floor design that expands the view, motifs reminiscent of the sky and travel, and flower petals symbolizing the Sakura Lounge—embodies a high-quality and sophisticated "tradition, innovation, and the Japanese spirit." Toriba Coffee Ginza Main Store is a boutique roaster with a specialty coffee bean shop on the first floor and a self-roasting factory on the second floor. To express the "Hawaii" at the heart of the concept, we aimed to create a luxurious space with an open facade concept design that allows the aroma of coffee to waft out onto the street. In addition, the 7.3m vertical garden installed in the atrium, which uses some real plants, provides a new view to the Ginza area and creates a relaxed atmosphere inside the store, making it feel like a higher quality space. The first class lounge has been renewed and expanded to three times its original size. One corner of the lounge, an expanded area, was planned with the theme of a hideout-like space for adults. In a new approach, folding screens with patterns of mica powder on Japanese paper were placed on both sides, and plastering art on the theme of Shuhei Hasado's contrails was placed in front. We believe that this lounge, which has different concepts depending on the area, can embody the challenge of JAL, which continues to innovate while preserving tradition.

The Seibu & Sogo Musashi Kosugi Shop, which opened in the Grand Tree Musashi Kosugi complex, is themed "SUITE RESIDENCE" and features motifs that evoke nature, such as wind, light, and greenery. It concept design a pleasant atrium and a comfortable space with casual yet high-quality furniture and materials. Our company assisted with design, layout, production, and construction. We assisted with the complete renovation of a 27-year-old rental apartment building consisting of six buildings. Based on the theme of "a New York hotel with a fireplace," we maximized the appeal of the space by incorporating new concept design while preserving the existing architecture. By combining the original sauna and shower rooms with the bathroom, we were able to create a spacious bathroom. The unused fireplace was revived with new equipment and materials, and a woodshed was added to the garden. Natural materials such as solid wood, stone, and plaster walls were used to create a high-quality, relaxing space. The owners, who actually live there, commented, "It feels wonderful every time I come home." B by B, a Belgian chocolate specialty store, has opened its first overseas flagship store in Ginza. In the center of the store is a transparent drawer from which chocolates appear to float, allowing visitors to experience the world of the product packaging by pulling out and selecting products themselves. As a joint project with nendo, a concept design office based in Tokyo and Milan, our company assisted with everything from schematic design and working drawings to interiors construction. "Wonder Life BOX 2020" is a facility located within the Panasonic Center Tokyo that showcases Panasonic's displays of "A Rich Life You Aspire to: Living Comfortably and In Your Own Way," the facility displays areas such as an "entrance," "living room, dining room, kitchen, and private office," and "bathroom and bedroom." Using life logs such as sounds, images, and energy collected from home appliances and housing equipment, it proposes a rich lifestyle that allows for proactive and comfortable living by seamlessly integrating optimal urban and social services into the home. The tour is conducted in a guided format, with visitors experiencing the facility through demonstrations by attendants. After the tour, visitors can exchange opinions in a meeting room within the facility. The dining area on the B1F of Mitsui Tower was completely renovated this March. The space is unified by concept design that creates a sense of unity and openness, expressing a fusion of the refined elegance and stylishness of the Muromachi period. The six tenants, each featuring an open counter kitchen, are bustling with office workers every day. Our company provided comprehensive support, including planning, design, layout, construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing. The Tama Rokuto Science Museum opened in 1994, underwent its first displays renovation in 2001, and its second renewal in March 2013. The 2013 renewal leveraged the double benefit of having the same person as both displays designer and designated manager, incorporating feedback from the museum's on-site staff into the refinement process by NOMURA Co.,Ltd. 's planners and designers. While retaining existing displays, displays rooms were completely transformed, creating a user-friendly and manageable environment for the museum's frontline staff. Key features of displays design include the inclusion of three distinct areas in each exhibition room: a "laboratory" experience space where visitors can deepen their scientific learning through communication with staff; a "connecting spot" for information dissemination in collaboration with local talent, businesses, and academic institutions; and a "kids' space" to foster intergenerational exchange. These features ensure that displays displays remains "people-centered" and "continuously growing and evolving."
