ÉCHIRÉ L'Atelier du Beurre

This is the 8th store in Japan for Eshire, which is handled by Kataoka Bussan Co., Ltd., a luxury goods manufacturer and food specialty trading company that imports and sells luxury goods and foods from the world's top brands, and is located on the ground floor of Azabudai Hills. This is a project of Echire L'Atelier du Bourg located on the second floor. Our company was in charge of interiors work for this store, which boasts the largest area in Japan.

Based on the new concept of a "butter atelier" presented by the French A.O.P. certified fermented butter "Essire", high-quality constructions that give a special feeling were required to create a store that sells viennoiserie and original baked goods that can only be found here. At the same time, there was a request to shorten the construction period as much as possible so that the operational training period could be secured.

We formed a project team that was able to quickly respond to changes in interiors concept design associated with the operations, and closely shared information and collaborated between our company and each of our partner companies. As a result, we were able to meet the construction deadline for the largest area in Japan and provide a special, high-quality space.
