ÉCHIRÉ L'Atelier du Beurre

This project, Echire L'Atelier du Beurre, is the eighth Echire store in Japan, handled by Kataoka Bussan Co., Ltd., a luxury goods manufacturer and food trading company that imports and sells luxury goods and food products from world-class brands. The store is located on the ground floor of Azabudai Hills. Our company was in charge of interiors construction for this store, which boasts the largest floor area of any Echire store in Japan.

Based on the new concept of "butter atelier" presented by French A.O.P. certified fermented butter "Esile", high-quality construction that gives a sense of specialness was required to create a store that sells viennoiserie and original baked goods that can only be found here. At the same time, there was a request to shorten the construction period as much as possible so that the operational training period could be secured.

We formed a project team capable of quickly responding to changes in interiors concept design and other operational needs, and maintained close information sharing and collaboration between our company and each of our partner companies. As a result, we were able to adhere to the construction schedule for one of the largest-scale projects in Japan and provide a high-quality space with a special feel.
