The Osaka University of Arts Animal Diorama Museum, "Geidai Zoo," is the world's first animal diorama museum within a university, where students from all departments can use it as teaching material for artistic expression, such as drawing animals or conceptualizing animal characters. Under the direction of Kenji Wakao, Professor and Head of the Liberal Arts Program at Osaka University of Arts and the overall producer, taxidermied animals donated by the Shiga Safari Museum were used to displays each animal in its natural habitat. Three diorama areas were created: "African Grassland," "African Forest," and "Rocky Grassland." In addition, areas were set up to displays taxidermied heads, wapiti fighting, and moose, categorized by species and region. Our company was responsible for everything from design to construction, including taxidermy research and restoration, and applications to the Ministry of the Environment.

The food court on the first basement floor of Haneda Airport's Terminal 1, which connects to Keikyu Railway and Tokyo Monorail stations, has been renovated into a new food zone called "Sora Chika." Before the renovation, the area and number of seats were approximately 540 m² and 130 seats, but after the renovation, they have nearly doubled to approximately 1,000 m² and 200 seats. Based on the concept of "a moment at the beginning and end of your journey," the facility aims to be a place where everyone can relax and enjoy themselves, meeting the diverse needs of airport users, such as a hearty meal before departure, a tea break, or purchasing bento boxes and prepared foods to take on board.

Located within the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion at the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo), this space allows visitors to see a real myocardial sheet made from iPS cells up close. The symbolic sculpture, based on the motif of a "tree" growing from a seed (iPS cell) into a large tree, represents the global progress of research and development since the discovery of iPS cells and the advancement of science and technology. Within the "tree," a giant heart model moves in sync with the beating of displays myocardial sheet, and the resounding heartbeats and video projections throughout the atrium express a future of health through the advancement of regenerative medicine.

This content is a virtual tour video introducing Sogenji Temple, the national temple of the Ryukyu Kingdom, located in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. The video explains and introduces the history of Sogenji Temple, the characteristics of its buildings, what Naha looked like when the Chinese envoys, known as "Sakhoshi," visited, and related historical sites and anecdotes, using 3DCG and animation. We have also released an interactive web browser-based content that allows users to tour historical sites related to Sogenji Temple. The interactive content, "Ryukyu History Travel" (website), is designed to allow users to experience what Naha was like in the past through three routes guided by a navigator, and to become aware of the changes in the city of Naha through quizzes. Our company was in charge of exhibit execution.

Located in Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the Kaikyokan Aquarium is a popular aquarium known for its diverse displays of pufferfish, a unique feature of Shimonoseki, and one of the largest penguin displays in Japan. It also boasts "lifestyle displays" that focus on the natural habits and behaviors of animals. This latest large-scale renovation, the first since the aquarium opened, involves updating and renovating aging equipment, as well as revamping displays. The new concept design, which prioritizes functionality, meets the expectations of visitors to the facility, which is widely loved in the Chugoku and Kyushu regions, as well as the local area.

The "Osaka Healthcare Pavilion Nest for Reborn," a joint venture between Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City, the host cities of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, brings together industry, academia, government, and the private sector. As the lead company in displays joint venture, our company was responsible for everything from basic planning and schematic design to working drawings and construction. The basic concept was "displays that allows visitors to experience a life where future medicine and healthcare are integrated, and that will also serve as an experiment for future society, creating a legacy," which was expressed through the future of "healthcare," "cities," "food and culture," and "entertainment." In the main program, the "Reborn Experience Route," visitors can meet their future selves 25 years from now by measuring their health data in a "body measurement pod." Together with this future self, they can experience the future of healthcare and urban life envisioned by approximately 20 exhibiting companies, mainly from Osaka, and have the experience of being reborn as their future self. displays embodies our hope that it will serve as a catalyst for a "future society where life shines," showing that "people can be reborn" and "take a new step forward." We renovated "Mitette," a new interaction area at the Kyoto Aquarium, located within Umekoji Park in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City, which attracts a wide range of visitors from children to adults. The new area offers a variety of functions, including displays about the aquarium, workshops, and a rest area. The space is designed to help visitors appreciate the Kyoto Aquarium even more by learning not only about the animals themselves, but also about the staff's passion for them and the activities of the staff and the aquarium.

As the host country of the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo), which will be held under the theme of "concept design a Future Society Where Life Shines," Japan's pavilion, themed "Between Life and Life," allows visitors to feel the significance of "circulation" through a seamless connection between displays and architecture. The Japan Pavilion, which embodies the relay of life with its circular structure, has a unique presence as the host country's pavilion. In addition to a flow of movement that naturally draws visitors into the Japan Pavilion as they walk around its perimeter, its most distinctive feature is the countless "wooden planks" arranged in a circle. Through the gaps between them, visitors can catch a glimpse of the interior, and the continuity between inside and outside, displays and architecture, gives visitors an opportunity to become aware of the "in-between" space that is also the theme of the Japan Pavilion. Another feature of this pavilion is the concept of "Japan Pavilion that eats garbage." Garbage generated at the Expo site will be decomposed by the action of microorganisms and converted into energy and water. This "living pavilion" allows visitors to relive the process through an installation*, experiencing firsthand how the generated energy and water power the Japan Pavilion. As they tour the pavilion, which is composed of three zones, they can feel the significance of "circulation," a core aspect of Japanese aesthetics, and realize that they themselves are part of this long and grand narrative. In addition, by using "wooden panels" mainly made of CLT (cross-laminated timber) and steel for the structure, CLT is used in the simplest and most symbolic way possible. The CLT used in the Japan Pavilion is planned to be reused by companies and local governments throughout Japan after the Expo, and has been designed to be easily dismantled and repurposed. By understanding the value of "circulation," which underlies the Japan Pavilion's theme, "Between Life and Life," we aim to encourage visitors to re-examine the circulation that is so close to us, leading to an exploration of the future of society and hints for a sustainable future. Our company is responsible for displays concept design (schematic design, working drawings), construction, and operation of this Japan Pavilion. *A contemporary art form in which the entire displays space is experienced as a work of art. The audience walks around the space, enjoying the artwork through sight, sound, and other senses.

Spread out in front of the Koitoi coast in Hokkaido, "Roadside Station Shiranuka Koimunkan" is a facility where you can enjoy a comfortable car trip with a function as an RV park (*1), which is rare at a roadside station, and is equipped with showers, saunas, and laundromats. There are also restaurants that use local ingredients from Shiranuka Town, and on a clear day, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the Koimun Coast from the "Azumashi Living" with a view of the sea and the observation deck on the second floor. In addition, based on the idea of "Japan's best child-rearing support" advocated by Shiranuka Town, the facility is equipped with a children's family space (Kokko Park). We participated mainly in the planning work of this project as a consortium member, and after being commissioned, we promoted the work as a member of the construction JV (*3), and handled a wide range of tasks such as interiors design and sign planning.  *1 A sleep-in facility certified by the Japan RV Association. *2 DBO (Design, Build, Operate): One of the public-private partnership methods in which design, construction, maintenance, management, and operation are comprehensively ordered from private companies. *3 Joint venture system. A business organization formed by multiple companies for the purpose of receiving and construction a single construction project.

Technos College Tokyo Air Travel & Hotel College This is a renovation project for two classrooms, the "Bridal Room" and the "Presentation Room," used by the Bridal Department. Based on the theme of "mariage (harmony)," the "Bridal Room" aims to be a warm and glamorous space where users can naturally imagine their future lifestyles through wedding planning. It is also designed to be a practical learning space for students, nurturing their imagination and ability to make proposals to materialize their dreams. The "Presentation Room" is a space that will become a "hub of encounters and ideas" where students from all departments can gather to exchange opinions and engage in creative activities. Natural materials are used, and the lighting and acoustics are adjusted to create a harmonious learning environment that will help students develop the ability to produce life events.

This project involved the renovation of the practical training room for the Game Creator Department at Technos College Tokyo Institute of Technology (Koganei City, Tokyo). Our company was responsible for everything from concept design and environmental features to interiors construction. Starting with the initial request to create a classroom where students could imagine themselves working at a game company in five years, we conducted numerous interviews with the teachers and learned that the underlying desire was for them to "imagine their future without being confined to the game industry." Therefore, we proposed a concept design concept called "Game Creator's Labo" that would allow students to imagine themselves as creators in their own right, without being limited to the realm of games.

The Hiwasa Sea Turtle Museum Caretta is a rare sea turtle museum located on Ohama Beach in Tokushima Prefecture, and is beloved as the oldest loggerhead turtle conservation site in the region. At the same time, it also serves as a base facility for the local Minami Town's plan to increase the return rate of sea turtles. This renovation has created a place where people can learn about the coexistence of humans and nature through sea turtles and nurture the next generation of leaders by providing a comfortable space for visitors and making it easy for sea turtles to live in from the perspective of animal welfare.

We planned the Mie Prefecture booth to be exhibited within the Kansai Pavilion at the 2025 Japan International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai Expo). The Mie Prefecture booth is themed "The Origin of the Japanese Spirit" and is designed as a space where visitors can experience the charm of "Beautiful Mie," including its rich nature, history, diverse culture, and food. It is an interactive booth that will allow visitors to experience Mie with all five senses through unique displays and content that can only be found at the Expo.

Opened in July 2025 in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, the new indoor playground "mirocco" aims to be a place where children can not only enjoy playing to their heart's content, but also enjoy it with their families and local people. This facility has renovated the pool and hot bath facilities that were located in the indoor facility "Tamarina" in the 22nd Century Hills Park in Mansui, Kakegawa City, and have been renovated into an all-weather playground. While making use of our know-how in regional revitalization and facility business, we were in charge of everything from concept formulation to design, construction of interiors, playground equipment, and decoration, and operation. In addition, as a voluntary business of the DBO* business, we have made private investment to improve the attractiveness of the facility by adding playground equipment, artificial furniture, fixtures, signs, graphics, etc. About Facility Concept/Space concept design The facility concept is "Let's create every day." 365 (3 = Mi / 6 = Ro / 5 = Ko) The naming was decided by voting for "mirocco" with the meaning that it will be a facility where everyone can gather. The four main areas are "Guruguru no Yama" where you can play with playground equipment, "Waku Waku Base" where you can play quietly, "Hitoyasumi Lounge" where adults can relax, and "Hi Hi Hara" where babies can play safely. In addition to these areas, Tamarina will open a new store in Shizuoka Prefecture, "This Is Cafe", offering menus that are easy to use for customers of all ages. In addition, the interior of the facility, such as the interiors, playground equipment, and benches, uses local resources, and uses environmentally friendly materials in various places, such as benches using prefectural logged wood, workshop spaces that use scraps and waste materials as work materials, and plastering walls using "soil" from the Kakegawa River. *DBO: Abbreviation for Design Build Operate (design, construction, and operation), one of the business methods when developing public facilities. The public entrusts the design, construction, and operation of facilities to private operators.

Focusing on the lives and dreams of the people who played an active role in Himeji Castle, we proposed that visitors experience the value of the structures and objects by displays staging appropriate to the location, such as the armory of the main keep, the Watari Yagura (tower of the castle), and the make-up tower, and be moved by them. Specifically, in order to convey the charm of these structures, we helped create scenes of daily life and dreams along with stories of the people who played an active role at Himeji Castle, focusing on displays scenes and experiences displays that recreate the conditions of those days.
