Rose Garden Matsue, a private wedding venue in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, has opened. Surrounded by the greenery of a small hill, this facility is a warm space that exudes a homely atmosphere. We assisted with the construction of the exterior and interiors of the building, as well as the finishing of the roof and exterior structure.

Our company assisted with the complete renovation of a rental apartment complex consisting of six buildings built 27 years ago. Based on the theme of "a hotel with a New York fireplace," the charm of the space is maximized by making use of the existing architecture while adding new concept design. Combining the original sauna and shower room with the bathroom made it possible to create a spacious bathroom, and the unused fireplace was brought back to life by renewing the equipment and materials and setting up a firewood shed in the garden. Natural materials such as solid wood, stone, and plaster walls were used to create a high-quality, relaxing space. Two banquet halls in the main tower of Shinagawa Prince Hotel have been renovated and reopened as banquet halls specialized for bridal events. The 19th floor banquet hall "Gold 19" has an "elegant" image with off-white and champagne gold as its base color. It makes extensive use of crystal ornaments and mirrors, creating a space that will satisfy even mature women. The 36th floor banquet hall "Garnet 36" has a "stylish" image with white and grayish tones as its base color. Taking advantage of the venue's high ceiling, the space allows for video production using a 360-degree moving projector. We provided total support from concept design to construction. All guest rooms, the lobby, the entrance and the restaurant (1st floor) of The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo have been renovated and reopened. Located in Shinagawa, which serves as a place where people come and go (cross), concept design concept of this facility is "weaving." Taking advantage of the facility's characteristics of having a Japanese garden, the space exudes a sense of Japanese harmony with the scenery outside the window. In addition, through collaboration with a kimono designer and a lighting artist, Japanese craftsmanship is sprinkled throughout, and artisanal techniques are woven together with new concept design. A wedding facility with an art gallery and restaurant has opened in the Minato Mirai 21 district. The architectural concept design concept is "VOYAGE." Each of the four banquet halls on the floor has a different theme, and art pieces linked to the interior and concept are displays. In addition, with the desire to have a gathering place open to the local community, the facility is also available as a venue for various events. The Palace Hotel Tokyo Chapel is located inside the Palace Hotel Tokyo, which opened in Marunouchi, Tokyo in May 2012. In order to embody the hotel's vision of "the finest quality of Japan," the hotel has adopted concept design based on a Japanese concept, taking the surrounding landscape as a material, and adding the minimum necessary form to bring out its best qualities. The veil of the spired arch structure, which is made by hand weaving steel pipes one by one, is the result of meticulous structural calculations, mock-up testing, and the skill and labor of human "manufacturing."

"Wadakura" is a famous kaiseki restaurant that has been in business since the days of the old Palace Hotel. Guests can enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine while looking out over the "Wadakura Moat" and "Wadakura Bridge," from which the restaurant takes its name. The restaurant is made up of "earthen spaces" and "wooden spaces" that use traditional craftsmanship in various places, creating a modern Japanese space that exudes a sense of genuine quality. "Rihga Royal Grand Okinawa Dining & Bar Age" is based on the hotel's concept of "Okinawan Nature" with the theme of "forest" for the bar lounge and "sun" for dining. While incorporating Okinawan genes such as nature and culture, we are proposing a new style of dining in Okinawa by using unprecedented expressions in the construction of spaces. Our company was design, layout in charge of production and construction.

[Project] ORIENTAL HOTEL, one of Japan's oldest hotels, was established in 1870. In March 2010, 15 years after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, it began to make a new history as a symbol of the city's recovery. Throughout the entire building, while valuing the texture of the materials of stone and wood, we have added an oriental essence to the details to create a calm, high-quality feel and a new uniqueness.

As a facility that plays a central role in the redevelopment project in front of Shizuoka Station, the theme of the upper floors is Euro-Modern, while the theme of the middle floors is Orient-Modern, with 2 chapels and 14 banquet spaces. From the sky chapel on the 25th floor to the large banquet hall on the 4th floor with a ceiling height of more than 6m, we have designed a facility that takes advantage of the architectural characteristics of each and completed a facility that can provide a wealth of options. [Project Summary] Takashimaya Osaka is a modern building with high historical value, decorated with Corinthian wall columns and arches, located at the end of Midosuji. "Namba Dining Maison" is a three-story dining zone from the 7th to 9th floors, spanning the expansion and the existing building, and was required to have a "high quality and class" appropriate for Takashimaya, as well as a "lively and energetic" atmosphere typical of Osaka. By sprinkling the "memories of modern architecture" throughout the interior space, we aimed to create a space that evokes the feeling that visitors are in a building with high historical value. We concept design the original pattern based on the details of the exterior of the building built in the early Showa period in a modern style, and continued it to evoke a Western patio in the atrium on the three floors and in front of the store facade, and further deployed the details of the exterior of the building in various parts of the environment to create a sense of unity across the three floors with different scenes.
