[Project Description]
Renovation project for the all-day dining area on the 1st floor of the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka.

[Customer's challenges/requests]
We were asked to transform the 1st floor AROMA'S into a vibrant dining restaurant, with content and concept design that would attract guests who are not staying at the hotel.
The requirement was to create a grilling area using actual charcoal and concept design a buffet-style open kitchen as the restaurant's selling point.

[Solution]
We aimed for an open storefront in the hotel reception and lounge area, creating a setting that blends just the right amount of luxury with a casual atmosphere.
