Grand Hyatt Fukuoka 1F all-day dining renovation project.
[Customer issues/requests]
We received a request for content and concept design that will transform the 1st floor AROMA'S into a lively dining restaurant, and that can be used by non-hotel guests as well.
We were asked to set up an actual charcoal grill and concept design a buffet-style open kitchen as the store's selling point.
【solution】
We aimed for an open storefront in the hotel reception and lounge area, with a combination of moderate luxury and casualness.
