[Project Overview]
Hotel Koe Tokyo is a place that embodies the brand concept of the lifestyle brand "koe," which is "new basic for new culture."
concept design with a global perspective that looks ahead to "the present" and "the future," as well as "Japan" and "the world," this hotel-attached store offers a unique shopping experience.
They create a fusion of the ordinary and the extraordinary, and a new culture, centered around stays, fashion, music, and food.
As a construction company, we assisted Stripe International and Suppose concept design Office, the design firm, in bringing their ideas and visions to life.

[Customer's challenge
The challenge was to understand the world view that Stripe International and its design company, Suppose concept design Office, had in mind, and to embody it, including how to create it.
While keeping in mind the investment of the project, we made the best suggestions on how to construction create it in terms of construction methods.

[Solution]
To address the challenges mentioned above, we repeatedly held meetings with Suppose concept design Office to share ideas and discuss construction methods, by proposing a wide variety of materials and creating samples.
Furthermore, by making proposals that were mindful of project investment, responding promptly and continuously to specification changes, and being mindful of the schedule, we fulfilled our role as construction company until the opening of the facility.
