The Tender House

This project was planned in an area lined with restaurants on Shirokane Platinum Street. The site is 35 meters wide and has a new and old appearance and a pleasant feeling, and is intended to be a building that "evokes memories".
We assisted in the schematic design and design supervision for this building, which aims to become a landmark in the city as a complex dining complex. Since the architecture was required to have a sense of openness, we created a sense of openness and shielding with cement folding stones, and a texture that seems to have been eroded by the wind and light. This also contributes to creating the atmosphere of the "dry land of the south," which is the keyword for interior concept design.
Based on a consistent concept, we assisted in everything from interiors concept design to planting and artwork selection in order to realize the unity of the interior where you can feel the wind and light flowing in from the outside, as well as greenery and water. When viewed from the outside, the interiors concept design that continues to the terrace, together with the planting plan, becomes one of the elements that color the façade. It is established.
The facility has dining, teppanyaki, two banquet halls, a chapel, and all kitchens are walk-in or open kitchens. The front room of the chapel and the bucket is partitioned with glass, and emphasis is placed on the clearness of the line of sight and the continuity of the space within the facility.
In addition to being open to the street, the expression created by the materials that have already changed over time creates an atmosphere that has existed for a long time. I believe we can build relationships.
