overview

This project was planned for the area of Platinum Street in Shirokane, lined with restaurants. On a 35-meter-wide site, the aim was to create a building that feels both new and familiar, with a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of "evoking memories."
In this building, which aims to become a landmark in the city as a complex dining space, our company assisted with schematic design and design supervision. A sense of openness was required in the architecture, so we created a sense of openness and shielding using folded cement stones, and a material texture that looks as if it has been eroded by wind and light. This also contributes to creating the atmosphere of "a dry southern land," which was a key concept design word for the interior.
Based on a consistent concept, we assisted with everything from interiors concept design to planting and artwork selection to achieve a unified interior that allows you to feel the wind, light, greenery, and water flowing in from the outside. When viewed from the outside, interiors concept design that continues to the terrace, combined with the planting plan, becomes one of the elements that beautify the facade, and the architectural facade becomes a borrowed landscape from the interior space, so that the inside and outside complement each other and make up this space.
The facility includes a dining area, a teppanyaki restaurant, two banquet halls, and a chapel, with all kitchens being either walk-in or open kitchens. The chapel and the anteroom of the bucket are separated by glass, emphasizing unobstructed views and spatial continuity throughout the facility.
In addition to being open to the street, the texture created by the already aged materials gives it an atmosphere as if it has been there for a long time, making it a distinctive landmark and fostering a close relationship with the city.
