Uvale!, a cafe, restaurant, and shop attached to Omine Sake Brewery in Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is surrounded by abundant nature. The existing office and cafe space was reconstructed, and a layered structure utilizing beams and columns was planned to gently connect the shop, dining area, and sake brewery. By carefully adjusting the placement of columns and ceiling heights, a sense of openness is maintained while naturally dividing each area, creating diverse experiences for visitors. Furthermore, by expanding the openings, a comfortable environment with plenty of natural light has been achieved. In addition, the reddish-brown color reminiscent of the Sekishu tiles found in the region was incorporated into the steel frame and materials, and together with the three-dimensionally arranged plants, a space was created that resonates with the rural landscape of Mine that spreads out outside the windows. The aim was to create a place where nature, architecture, and the activities of sake brewing are gently connected.

This is the first franchise location in Indonesia for YAKINIKU JUMBO, a brand originating in Japan.  Jakarta's Gunawarman district, with its charming streets lined with buildings strongly influenced by post-colonial architectural styles, is considered a high-end, trendy area. Drawing ispiration from Jakarta's architectural characteristics─which have long incorporated features to mitigate strong sunlight and sunlight and sudden downpours while managing humidity and airfrow─we adopted the theme of "wind" and integrated it with the JUMBO brand's heritage to design the space.The architecture,wrapped in "bamboo blinds"─which in traditional Japanese homes have long served to shield against rain, block sunlight, and regulate airflow─allows for a moderate flow breeze and light.The zoning,featuring veranda-like walkways and contryards that offer unobstructed views,along with details that evoke the sensation of a great breeze,allows visitors to truly experience the presence of the wind.

The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay is a newly built hotel with 750 rooms, located within walking distance of Tokyo Disney Resort. Based on the concept of "TRAVELOGUE = Memories of a Journey to a Foreign Land," the hotel features standard rooms themed around the world's oceans, such as the Mediterranean and the Gulf of Mexico, to evoke a sense of wanderlust, as well as concept rooms that offer an extraordinary experience as if you've stepped into a storybook. The rooms are vividly designed to leave a strong impression, as if you've traveled to a foreign land, while also possessing a nostalgic, comforting, and warm atmosphere. The hotel offers a hotel experience befitting the prologue and epilogue of a Disney Resort trip, where the exhilaration of an extraordinary experience continues long after. Our company was responsible for planning, design and architecture, FF&E, graphic and art design, and sign design and construction.

"Happy Lawson Town" is a concept that aims to revitalize the town by making Lawson stores community hubs and creating real connections between people of all generations. Our company and Nomura Arcs, a group company that handles comprehensive building services, were consistently responsible for the realization of Happy Lawson Town, from the survey and planning of this store, to the basic concept, as well as the design including the building and landscape, construction, and logo signage.

In May, when the zelkova trees lining the streets are enveloped in fresh greenery, and Sendai becomes the most beautiful "City of Trees" of the year, the "Sendai Aoba Festival," which conveys the essence of Date culture to the present day, is held. Our Tohoku branch has been involved in the creation of the festival's symbolic floats (yamaboko) from the early stages, and even now, every year, our branch staff work together to support the procession. And in 2026, the 12th new float, the "Gokoku Hojo Yamaboko," was completed for this festival, the first in 31 years. The construction of a new float requires not only a large amount of money but also the participation of more than 100 people, including pullers and dancers, so the support of large organizations and companies deeply rooted in the community is indispensable. This time, thanks to the cooperation of Iris Ohyama, who shared our vision, a new float has been realized. Our company was in charge of the design and production of this float. Conception began in May 2024, and in 2025, Iris Ohyama, wanting to share the process with the local community, included the float in its unpainted, unfinished wooden state during the parade. After approximately two years of meticulous production, the completed float has now been unveiled. *Event period: Every year on the third Sunday of May and the day before.

"Gallery Crevia Yokohama Sky Building" is the third "Itochu Housing Comprehensive Gallery" to be opened by Itochu Urban Development Co., Ltd. as an information hub for the new condominium brand "CREVIA," following Shinjuku and Yurakucho. It is a sales base for properties mainly in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is operated with the aim of supporting people in finding their new homes in the Kanagawa area and serving as a hub for communication between the brand and visitors. Our company was in charge of everything from basic design to construction, and based on the concept of "a sophisticated condominium gallery that embodies Yokohama's tradition and innovation," we have created a luxurious space like a hotel lounge so that the time spent choosing a home is a high-quality experience.

In the renovation of the Aisin Com Center History Zone, we revised the exhibition layout, which previously displayed all products in chronological order, and reorganized it under the theme of "Social Challenges and Aisin's Challenges in Each Era." By carefully selecting the exhibited products, we organized the information into a memorable amount for visitors, aiming to create a space that more clearly conveys the company's journey and the trajectory of its challenges. In terms of spatial design, we used the shelves and warehouses inside the factory, which are the basis of manufacturing, as motifs, and developed it as a museum that gives a sense of the industrial site. Furthermore, we have spatialized elements that symbolize the precision processing technology that has supported Aisin's manufacturing, creating an exhibition space in which products, technology, and history can be experienced together. Our company was in charge of everything from planning, design and planning to content design and production, and construction.

Sano Service Area in Tochigi Prefecture has finally reopened after its long-awaited renovation. Our company, under the supervision of our group company Nomura Arcs (which handled the construction), was in charge of the design and planning. We maximized the advantages of the service area's rich natural environment and the fact that visitors can walk between the inbound and outbound lanes, and carried out a renovation that envisioned the entire service area as a single "park." It has been reborn as a relaxing space where visitors can spend their time as they please. The commercial facilities are themed as "An Inspiring Market Where You're Sure to Discover Something New," and are designed as a place where visitors can experience local food, specialties, and culture. Under the design supervision of Kengo Kuma & Associates, we emphasized a sense of unity and openness between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a space that warmly welcomes visitors.

The Bandai Namco Group exhibited a pavilion at the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo to create a space that would inspire people around the world to think about the future through "Gundam." This pavilion was built around an original video story created for the Expo, themed "Designing a Future Society Where Life Shines," and was a walk-through, multi-stage theater that allowed visitors to experience a future world where living in space is commonplace and mobile suits are used peacefully. Our company worked alongside the Bandai Namco Group from the conceptual stage, and was asked to elevate and develop their content into an immersive spatial experience. We implemented in the space the unique and captivating story created by the Bandai Namco Group, maximizing its entertainment value with interactive experiences, overwhelming power, immersion, and a sense of presence. For guests, we created a comprehensive entertainment space like a theme park where they can broaden and deepen their thinking about their future and space through Gundam.

We were responsible for the planning, interior design, and construction of "THE LIVE Supported by Daiwa Jisho," Japan's largest permanent live viewing arena, which opened in "BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai," a large-scale mixed-use complex adjacent to Yokohama Stadium. The facility's design concept is "WAVE." The entire space expresses the invisible "waves" that breathe life into this city, such as the history of Kannai as a seaside town, its jazz culture, and the cheers and excitement that spread throughout Yokohama Stadium. Curved LED lighting with a wave motif was installed inside the building, and the synchronized effects of video, lighting, and sound create an unprecedentedly immersive live experience. On the first floor, we planned "LIVE FOOD HALL," a food hall with nine restaurants centered around a large LED screen and stage. On the second floor, we installed "BAYSTORE Flagship YOKOHAMA," a flagship shop with a wide selection of Yokohama DeNA BayStars merchandise, and viewing seats, creating a unified live viewing experience through the atrium. Furthermore, the "FOOD TERRACE" on the third floor features a restaurant with a rooftop terrace, creating a new entertainment hub where visitors can experience the vibrancy of both the city and the stadium.
