This is the third experiential museum in Japan (and the first in Tohoku) to realize children's wishes to "meet Anpanman" and "enter the world of Anpanman." We were in charge of major tasks such as commercial planning, design administration and supervision, environmental design and construction, tenant construction, and furniture and fixture manufacturing, and contributed to the creation of the dream space.

Aomori Prefecture has a valuable history in the history of aviation in Japan. The Aomori Prefecture and Misawa City worked together to establish the Aeronautical Science Museum, which opened in 2003. In 2021, NOMURA was responsible for the overall renovation work, including the renewal of displays, the installation of a new space zone, and the introduction of new roller zippers. The management organization is mainly local companies and NPOs, and NOMURA, as the designated manager, is responsible for the maintenance of displays, information network, operation of the video hall, and event planning such as special exhibitions. In addition to the aviation zone, which is an aircraft displays area related to Aomori Prefecture, the science zone, which focuses on a science experiment workshop run by instructors, and the space zone, which was newly added in the renovation, the museum also displays the only "HondaJet Technology Demonstration Aircraft" in Japan.

[Project] ORIENTAL HOTEL, one of Japan's oldest hotels, was established in 1870. In March 2010, 15 years after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, it began to make a new history as a symbol of the city's recovery. Throughout the entire building, while valuing the texture of the materials of stone and wood, we have added an oriental essence to the details to create a calm, high-quality feel and a new uniqueness.

This is the first collaboration showroom in a major metropolitan area and is the largest in scale (total area 840 tsubo) between TOTO, Daiken Corporation, and YKK AP. It targets the demand for renovation and remodeling in the Keihanshin area, especially the Hokusetsu region. While functioning as a base for communicating the corporate brand, it also features displays displays for the living/dining/kitchen space and for each part of the building, such as the bathroom, floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and exteriors, allowing visitors to experience TDY's products comprehensively. The Ocean Zone has four laboratories in a space modeled after the Minato Mirai Ocean Research Institute, showcasing the latest technology and research. In the Technology Exploration Zone, you can learn about the mechanisms of levers, pulleys, pistons, and other devices that are used in a variety of technologies. The "National Conference for Creating a Rich Ocean" is held every year in various locations in the country, attended by Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress, to raise awareness of the preservation and cultivation of marine resources and the environmental conservation of the seas, lakes, and rivers in which these creatures live. In recent years, marine resources have been declining, and the restoration of resources and ecosystems has become a national issue. Through this conference, various initiatives are being promoted, such as the promotion of aquaculture, cleaning of rivers and coastal areas, and tree planting campaigns. As a facility that plays a central role in the redevelopment project in front of Shizuoka Station, the theme of the upper floors is Euro-Modern, while the theme of the middle floors is Orient-Modern, with 2 chapels and 14 banquet spaces. From the sky chapel on the 25th floor to the large banquet hall on the 4th floor with a ceiling height of more than 6m, we have designed a facility that takes advantage of the architectural characteristics of each and completed a facility that can provide a wealth of options. As part of the Pasona Group Headquarters relocation project, we carried out interior interiors work within the Pasona Group area of the Gofukubashi Building, where our company was relocated. For the building greening plan, in line with the concept of "Urban Farm" of the Pasona Group, we were in charge of construction of planting equipment, including vegetables, on the exterior walls and inside the building, contributing to widely communicating the Pasona Group's corporate philosophy both inside and outside the building.

The Tokyo Water Science Museum, a PR facility of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Waterworks, has been renewed as a general facility for social studies field trips and an experience facility for families. We have also received orders for operation consignment after the opening, and we are contributing to continuous visitor attraction by strengthening cooperation with the media.

Moved by the mysterious stories passed down in the Tono region of Iwate's countryside, Kunio Yanagita wrote "The Tales of Tono," which opened the eyes of Japanese folklore studies and continues to inspire people's imaginations to this day. Now, 100 years after its publication, the museum has been re-examined through "The Tales of Tono" and aims to build a new traditional culture. The story of the creation of Tono unravelled through "The Tales of Tono," and the depictions of the people's activities and climate that became the soil for the stories, as captured by contemporary artists fascinated by "The Tales of Tono," project the mysterious power of this land into displays space, creating an opportunity for each visitor to develop a new "Tales of Tono."

Approximately 1,000 carefully selected posters, products, art, illustrations, etc. from the approximately 100,000 items in the Shiseido Corporate Museum's collection were re-edited and displays with a focus on "beauty," introducing Shiseido's corporate culture, which has pursued beauty for 138 years. [Project Summary] The Naval Air Training School Peace Memorial Museum was established to preserve and displays the history of the Naval Air Training School, also known as "Yokaren," and the war history of Ami Town, as well as to accurately pass on these facts to future generations and encourage them to think about the value of life and the importance of peace.

Through the works related to the construction of the Great Buddha, we were able to see the essence of the Tenpei culture. In addition to the 4.5-meter-tall octagonal lantern (National Treasure) in front of the Great Buddha Hall being unveiled for the first time outside the temple, the Nativity Buddha Statue (National Treasure), which is known as the Japan largest ancient birth Buddha, and the Kakuraku Mask (Important Cultural Property), which was used for the Great Buddha's eye-opening memorial service, were displays in one place. In addition, he introduced the history of Todaiji Temple, which has been passed down to the present day, through masterpieces of portrait sculptures of Jugen Jojin and Kōkei Johito, who revived the Great Buddha in the Kamakura and Edo periods.   Responsible for design, layout, Production & construction

[Project Summary] Takashimaya Osaka is a modern building with high historical value, decorated with Corinthian wall columns and arches, located at the end of Midosuji. "Namba Dining Maison" is a three-story dining zone from the 7th to 9th floors, spanning the expansion and the existing building, and was required to have a "high quality and class" appropriate for Takashimaya, as well as a "lively and energetic" atmosphere typical of Osaka. By sprinkling the "memories of modern architecture" throughout the interior space, we aimed to create a space that evokes the feeling that visitors are in a building with high historical value. We concept design the original pattern based on the details of the exterior of the building built in the early Showa period in a modern style, and continued it to evoke a Western patio in the atrium on the three floors and in front of the store facade, and further deployed the details of the exterior of the building in various parts of the environment to create a sense of unity across the three floors with different scenes.

The Tokyo Waterworks History Museum opened in 1995 as a facility promoting the history and culture of Tokyo's waterworks from the Edo period to modern times and the present. It consists of three floors: 1F History of Modern Waterworks, 2F History of Edo Waterworks, and 3F Library and Lecture Hall. The first and third floors have been mainly renovated. In addition to renovating displays space, efforts have been made to expand the scope of the facility's operations, such as creating a library of video materials and introducing audio guides (in four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese). In addition, the museum has been contracted to operate the facility after its reopening, and is promoting the waterworks by expanding the scope of operations, such as having attendants guide displays (in Japanese and English), holding special exhibitions and events, and introducing AR guided tours.
