The "National Rich Sea Development Convention" is held every year in various places in the presence of Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress in order to raise awareness of the maintenance and cultivation of marine resources and the environmental conservation of the seas, lakes and rivers where these organisms live. It is held.
In recent years, marine resources have been declining, and recovery of resources and ecosystems is becoming a national issue.
Through this competition, various initiatives such as promotion of fish farming, cleanup of rivers and coastal areas, and tree-planting campaigns are being promoted.
