The new indoor playground "mirocco" opened in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture in July 2025. It aims to be a place where not only children can play to their heart's content, but also families and local people can enjoy together. This facility was built by renovating the pool and hot spring facilities at the indoor facility "Tamarina" in 22nd Century Hill Park in Mansui, Kakegawa City, and renovating it into an all-weather playground. We were responsible for the entire process, from concept formulation to design, construction of interiors, play equipment, decoration, and operation, while utilizing our know-how in regional revitalization and facility business. In addition, as an independent DBO* project, we made private investments in this facility, and improved the facility's appeal by adding play equipment, built-in furniture, signs, graphics, etc. About the facility concept/space concept design The facility concept is "Let's create a bouncy everyday life." The name "mirocco" was decided by vote, with the intention of creating a facility that everyone will want to visit 365 days a year (3=mi/6=ro/5=ko). The main areas are "Guru Guru no Yama" where you can play with play equipment, "Waku Waku Base" where you can play quietly, "Hitoyasumi Lounge" where adults can relax, and "Haihai no Hara" where babies can play safely. In addition to these areas, "This Is Cafe", which has new stores in Shizuoka Prefecture, will open in Tamarina and offer a menu that is easy for customers of all ages to use. In addition, the interiors of the facility, play equipment, benches, etc. are made with local resources, and environmentally friendly materials are used in various places, such as benches made from local felled wood, a craft space where scraps and waste materials are used as craft materials, and plaster walls made from Kakegawa's "soil". *DBO: Abbreviation for Design Build Operate, a business method for developing public facilities. The public sector commissions private businesses to design, build, and operate the facility.

This was an office renovation project for Star Micronics, Head Office headquartered in Shizuoka City whose mission is to contribute to the sustainable development of society as a "great small and medium-sized enterprise" that takes on the world. The seven-story Head Office, which opened in 2018, featured open offices on floors 1 through 6, with the seventh floor designated as a prestigious, secret executive floor. Six years later, in 2024, the decision was made to extend the seventh floor to office space in response to an increase in the number of employees and changing work styles. Based on the request, Star Micronics' Prosperity Partner, Kiuchi Construction, proposed, designed, and construction the seventh floor, which reopened in February 2025. The plan, which juxtaposes a central light courtyard across the floor, features a quiet work area with 40 seats on the east side, an active area for lively discussions on the west side, private executive offices on the south side, and an executive conference room (usually used as a work area) on the north side, maintaining an open atmosphere while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance.

I-NEC has relocated Head Office to Frontier Meieki, an environmentally friendly, cutting-edge office building in Meieki, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya. The concept is "rays of hope," with the symbolic color "I-NEC Blue" and light interwoven in the space, so that people can take a new step and feel a hopeful future. The cutting-edge office space combines environmental consideration with concept design, and concept design elements of "light," "blue," and "environmentally friendly materials" create a place that embodies the company's purpose and vision. Under the direction of Taki Tanaka, representative of IZA, who is in charge of I-NEC's branding, a symbolic piece of "light" art was installed at the reception in collaboration with Takahiro Matsuo (artwork), representative of LUCENT Inc, and Setsuya Kurotaki (sound concept design), representative of NOiR inc. In addition, the entire office is gently enveloped in I-NEC Blue, bringing a sense of unity and connection to all who gather here. In addition, the existing base for the OA floor was washed and used as is, eliminating the need for finishing materials to reduce the environmental impact, and the walls are made of cement tiles made from recycled waste materials such as coal ash from thermal power plants and used coffee beans. We were in charge of the design and construction.

The Malaysian Pavilion, exhibited at the 2025 World Expo in Japan (Osaka-Kansai Expo), is a space that comprehensively expresses the tradition, diversity, and advanced nature of the multi-ethnic nation of Malaysia, with the theme of "INTERWOVEN - Weaving a Harmonious Future." At the center of the pavilion is the symbolic "Tree of Harmony," about 10 meters tall, whose leaves are hand-woven by artisans from all over Malaysia using sustainable natural materials, and whose trunk is an organic structure made by weaving fast-growing bamboo in a spiral shape. The morphological language of this design is also deployed in displays floor, lighting, and graphics, symbolizing the network that weaves the entire pavilion. As a pavilion where diversity intersects to weave one big story, it has become a place that embodies hope for a harmonious future.

This is the first store for Henri Charpentier's new brand, financier specialty store "BEAN to FINANCIER." The concept of "baked color" is expressed throughout the store by using tiles with uneven baking marks. In addition, details that mimic the gold bars of Paris' financial district, the origin of financiers, are scattered throughout the store. The store symbolically shows the story of how the products go from the kitchen, wrapped in a gradation of baked colors, to being lined up in front of customers, allowing them to experience the brand with all five senses.

Sapporo Flower Carpet 2024 is a citizen-participation art event in which participants create large flower paintings using Hokkaido petals and natural materials, with the main venue being the Hokkaido Prefectural Government Red Brick Building and Sapporo Kita 3-jo Square. The aim is to promote the beautiful "flower scenery" of Hokkaido and Sapporo, and to promote the floriculture industry. The event began in 2014 and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, with a total of approximately 3,800 volunteers involved in the production and a total of approximately 640,000 visitors. In 2024, the event will be held from June 28th (Friday) to 30th (Sunday). Fujie Suzuki, a Sapporo native and art director at NOMURA Co.,Ltd. IVD, was invited to design the anniversary carpet (main carpet) commemorating the 10th anniversary of the event. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. IVD was also in charge of the key visuals for this event. The theme of the anniversary carpet is "Weaving, towards the future." The carpet is the largest to date, at 225m², and was concept design and created by Suzuki himself, the first Japanese concept design the Brussels Flower Carpet 2016, which was highly praised both at home and abroad. NOMURA Co.,Ltd. has been providing special support by concept design the anniversary carpet and key visuals, and providing PR and volunteer support. The Sapporo Flower Carpet has been held since 2014. It is run by a public-private partnership between the government (Hokkaido and Sapporo City) and private companies. It is working to develop human resources who will increase the value of the region, run by a diverse group of citizen volunteers, from young children to people working in the neighborhood and foreign residents, and promote understanding of the floriculture industry in Hokkaido for the next generation through collaboration with elementary and high schools.

"FUEGUIA 1833" is a perfume brand founded in 2010 by Julien Bedel in Buenos Aires. We were in charge of the construction operations of Azabudai Hills Gallery, our third store in Japan. The concept of the "tree house" is concept design, symbolized by the tree trunk that stretches from the center of the perfume table to the ceiling and the Andes Mountains painted on the window panes. The ceiling and walls are made of solid Japanese cedar, and a faint cedar scent wafts through the air. The wall fixtures are made of baked cedar used in traditional Japan architecture, and the flooring is made from reused cedar scaffolding boards used at actual construction sites. At the end of the perfume table, the Infusion Bar offers a selection of designer red wines, literally a one-of-a-kind shop that stimulates the senses.

The venerable RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka, which has a history of 90 years since its founding and has been loved by many guests, including state guests and the Imperial family, as the "Guest House of Osaka," has introduced the "Vignette Collection," one of the brands of IHG Hotels & Resorts, and has made its grand opening as the "RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka Vignette Collection" in preparation for the opening of the Osaka-Kansai Expo in April 2025. The hotel has been renovated into a space that will be loved for generations to come, inheriting the hotel's history and identity and incorporating the charm of the beautiful surrounding scenery unique to the city of water. In this renovation, we were responsible for concept design of the entrance, reception, public areas, guest rooms, banquet halls, and gym, as well as working drawings and construction of the guest room area, art, and FF&E.

We proposed focusing on the lives and dreams of the people who played an active role at Himeji Castle, allowing visitors to experience the value of the buildings and objects through displays appropriate to the location, such as the main keep armory, the connecting tower, and the decorative tower, and connecting this to a moving experience. Specifically, to convey the appeal of these things, we helped to create scenes of the lives and dreams of the people who played an active role at Himeji Castle, focusing on scene displays and experiential displays that recreate the conditions of the time.

信州土産としても名高い八幡屋礒五郎（やわたやいそごろう）様の七味缶。販売100周年を記念して行われた展示会のテーマは、「七味缶の解剖」です。歴史、素材、デザインといった観点から小さな缶に込められた秘密をひも解きました。ラベルを展開したようなパネルデザインが、小さな会場を包み込み、食卓で愛される名脇役の七味缶が主役となって会場を彩りました。また、本展は長野県立美術館の市民ギャラリーで開催され、ギャラリーの展示会としては最多の来場者数を記録しました。

FOXEY（フォクシー）は1980年の創業当時から、「女性の美しさを際立たせた服」をコンセプトとして一貫したものづくりを続けてきた、唯一無二のメイドインジャパンのブランドです。「FOXEY ADEAM KITTE大阪店」は、大阪の新しいランドマークとなったKITTE大阪に出店し、大阪エリアで初となる路面店となり、当社は内装施工業務を担当しました。

グラングリーン大阪に開業した「sorappa（ソラッパ）」はダイニング、ワークスペースを兼ねたカフェ、テラスで構成されたワーカー専用ラウンジです。ダイニングは、天井高7mの窓から「うめきた」の公園の景色を一望できる開放的な空間で、団体でも周りを気にせず利用することが可能です。カフェからテラスへは開放的な空間が広がり、天気の良い日は美しい景色を眺めながら、ゆったりとしたカフェタイムを楽しめます。

百年留学生記念館は、20世紀初頭に日本を訪れ、新たな知識と技術を求めて学んだアジア人留学生の若者たちの物語を、未来へとつなぐ文化交流施設です。展覧会の開催をはじめ、異なる文化や価値観が交差し、人々が対話を重ねながら相互理解を深める場となることを目指して開館しました。当社は、百年留学生記念館の企画・基本構想をはじめ、デザイン・設計、制作・内装施工を担当。また開館を記念した特別展「青年周恩来の東京足跡展」における展示設計・施工も担当しました。

THE SEVEN様は、グローバル市場向けのコンテンツ企画・開発や、さまざまなエンターテインメントビジネスのプロデュースを手掛けています。このたび、さらなるクリエイティブ強化を目的とした画期的なオフィスとして増床しました。本オフィスは、一貫して、映像制作における企画から最終チェックまでの機能を一つの空間に集約することを目的とし、極めて高品質な映像に対応し続けるため、クオリティチェックの工程をひと際重要視しています。そのため、プレビュールームには、8KプロジェクターとDolby Atmos（※） 7.1.4サウンドシステムを備えることで、最高品質の映像と音響下のチェックによる、高精度な修正指示を可能とし、さらなるクオリティの向上を実現しました。意匠面では、「映像のような美しいデザイン」と「SF（Science Fiction）」というキーワードを基に、美しさと非日常性が共存するデザインを目指しました。画一的な表現を避けるべく、手描きによる感覚的なフォルムを各所に取り入れながらも、そこに一貫した規則性を持たせることで、空間が心地よいバランスを保てるように検証を重ねながらつくり上げました。デザインをTBSテレビ  デザインセンター様が担当し、当社は設計業務と内装・什器・電気・給排水設備・サイングラフィック工事を担当。また、設計施工を一貫で発揮できる当社の強みを生かしながら、TBSテレビ  デザインセンター様や別途施工業者との良好なコミュニケーション構築によって、円滑な推進・竣工を達成しました。※Dolby Atmos：オーバーヘッドスピーカーや上向きのスピーカーを使用し、立体的なサウンドスケープを生み出す。

千葉市動物公園内に併設された動物科学館は、築40年近くになることを踏まえ、展示エリアの全面リニューアルを行いました。生命の宝庫「熱帯雨林」をテーマに、生態系について知り、学び、そして未来のために行動することを目的とした‟ズーロジカルミュージアム”です。ゴリラや鳥類、夜行性動物など熱帯雨林に生息する動植物を間近で観察しながら、前後の展示を通して、命のつながりや地球環境の尊さを伝えます。
