JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo

TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY, a town directly connected to JR Takanawa Gateway Station, and THE LINKPILLAR 1 SOUTH, a skyscraper located directly in front of the station, boast an exceptional location with excellent access not only to major areas in central Tokyo but also to Haneda and Narita airports and Shinagawa Station.
Located on the 23rd to 30th floors of the same building, the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo is the second JW Marriott brand hotel in Japan to bear the name of its founder, J. Willard Marriott, and is one of the most prestigious brands among the more than 30 brands operated by Marriott International.

Our company was responsible for interiors construction of the public areas, including the lobby, restaurants & bars, pool, and banquet halls, at the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo, which had its grand opening on October 2, 2025.
To embody concept design of Yabu Pushelberg, an internationally acclaimed concept design studio that has worked on numerous luxury hotels including Marriott, we spent over three years collaborating with Project Management and local architects.

1. Value engineering proposals from a broad perspective
2. Ensure the quality of Yabu Pushelberg's concept design.
3. Coordination of construction periods and schedules between building construction and other construction work.

We received the above request.

1. We made a wide range of value engineering proposals, including considering the replacement of each material and materials, working on new products, and proposing methods to be used in other fields.
2. While always being aware of concept design, construction, and maintainability, we created construction drawings, which are detailed drawings to be realized, and communicated closely with interior designers and local architects to ensure quality.
3. In response to various construction period and process changes, we secured the construction period by reassembling the process each time with a separate contractor such as a general contractor, FF&E, and artwork, which is a construction work, and by subdividing the construction content into areas so that it can be worked in turns.
